    @SkyHelpTeam There is nothing showing but when I ring 150 there is a recorded message acknowledging that there is "an issue with your local telephone exchange" . Since 8am. The whole street is affected.

    @BrionyHarford @SkyUK You need to find the signal strength meter in the install menu on the box (google that). If there is nothing indicated then is a connection to the dish. If there’s a slight signal the dish needs realigning or the LNB on the dish is shot. I have a digital alignment meter

    I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband outage seems fixed here in BS37, any sign of SkyTalk landline being fixed? I'm a bit reliant on my landline since I blew speakers on my mobile, playing music loud, lol

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had to connect my broadband to the Sky Q box several times this week and it is a proper pain. I know there is a known issue but please can you get a fix sorted or perhaps offer a discount for this inconvenience.

    @SkyHelpTeam Only having trouble with the mini, the main box is fine. Is there a number I can phone. Try fixing it using the sky app. Keep drop off every 10 to 15 minutes

    Thanks to the @SkyHelpTeam technical support that I spoke to on the phone on Tues night who was based in Bulgaria. Despite everyone else telling me to wait a month for a engineer. She diagnosed quickly that my sky Q box was busted, ordered me a new one that came yesterday.

    @SkyUK I'm having difficulty contacting a particular landline number from my Sky mobile. When I try, it says "this number does not exist" but when I call the number from any other mobile network it gets through fine and I know the number is working. What do you suggest?

    @SkyUK DON'T GO WITH SKY MOBILE! tried to get phone via sky. They sent me airpods instead. Now they are charging me for a phone I never received whilst they try to find phone. Told me if they can't I could have to pay full amount!Still paying for other phone for my NHS oncalls
