I would love to be on the kind of mobile network where I could just stop on my walk, sit on a bench and check Instagram but sadly @SkyHelpTeam mobile network has truly awful network coverage you can’t do basic things like that, really pissing me off now.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky mobile coverage across the UK is truly awful . Any plans to improve it so people, you know, can use the phones/plans we pay you a lot of money for?

Seriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

@SkyHelpTeam FYI I've just had a call claiming to be from Sky and that my 'sky maintenance' is due. I've never heard of it before and I've been with sky for a few years now. I'm pretty sure it's a scam as it's from a spoofed number.

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband now reinstated Landline still not working , but hopeful it will be resolved soon. Lots of phone calls involving diagnoses about coincidental "main phone line "problem & #openreach engineer appointment for next week. Also text asking for payment of bill paid yesterday.

Engineer has been. We have to literally wait for a phone call after he contacts some department at @SkyHelpTeam , when they will ACTUALLY switch internet & landine back on. He is going to ring me when it's done, rather than hang about here. Takes a while for him to get through .

@SkyHelpTeam if I’m ever going to be a good dad I need to be able to send Taylor Swift GIFs to my daughter & I can’t do that if your network coverage is absolutely awful. Can you please improve your coverage around Bristol. Why would I pay for data package if I can’t access data

I feel @SkyHelpTeam are *************** out of me. Sent a text saying added free 5G add on to my plan. Centre of Bristol 5G showing, 4 bars signal still can’t watch a Tik Tok video or open an Instagram story. Absolute shite network, just does not work in so many places

@SkyHelpTeam fuming. Moving and you’ve disconnected the internet week earlier than told us. Now unable to work and lost a day’s pay. Their advice. Get a bolt on and use phone as hotspot because it’ll take 5 days to reconnect. Can’t even do that as mobile signal is rubbish here.

Is SkyGo on a PC just about the worst app ever written? It never works. I have tried to clear caches and all the other remedies but that still doesn't work. Why isn't it just web based and easy to use? @SkyHelpTeam
