@SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam No I’ve been trough this a dozen times doing speed tests and stupid photos of my set up, it is set up the same way it has been for years and it works fine with other providers, I want you to tell me what speed I should be receiving .. dont keep passing me to other people

@SkyHelpTeam Lights are on except when the connection drops for a few minutes. Running your tests usually cures the problem but not always. Today and for the last 13 hours my speed to all devices is 5mbps, normally 60+. I have tried running your broadband test but it is currently unavailable

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I had one to say that it’s an issue because of an old bank details but for the last seven years it’s been the same details. It originally let me watch it but after ten days stopped working. I was halfway through a box set so I’m really frustrated with it.

@SkyHelpTeam I just did the Sky Broadband test and all fine now. The annoying thing is that it shows as meeting min speed on the ‘speed history’ but this is only partial days so no compensation even when engineers have been called to fix
