@SkyHelpTeam It is due to cancel on the 15th. I am moving house very soon, I was asked which address I need it sent too in which I asked how long it would take, I was told it would be around a week which meant my current address would be fine but time is running out

@SkyUK Your customer service is so consistently poor because you don’t listen, you give incorrect information, you try to sell things not compatible with my needs or property, you fail to do what you promise and this all ends up in hours and hours of calls to you, every time !

@SkyUK Why is your customer service so consistently appalling!? 4 hours of calls over 2 days to try sort out yet another problem caused by yourselves! No call back yet again, false / incorrect information given and yes… I have to call you yet again tomorrow. Nothing changes!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

@Hauxley1 @SkySports Don’t care anymore. Trent has lost the opportunity to become generational local legend. Now just that guy that left to help a rival dominate Europe on a free, whilst his home club is aggressively close & trying. So yes he can go, but can’t expect relations to ever be the same.
