@SkyHelpTeam We’ve had a call today claiming to be needing to check our broadband for issues we’ve had and they had permission from sky head office. The callers English was very poor & the background was noisy. Does this sound like something which is real or a scam?

@SkyHelpTeam That it would still be affected by the trees. Currently the line of sight in its current location hits the very centre / bulk of the tree. The location I suggested I think at worst would clip some lower branches. I think if mounted low enough it would not hit the tree at all.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been a sky customer for 17 years. Broadband up by £8 on renewal. All rivals BB £10 less as well as Sky’s own offer for new customers. Sky said we won’t offer any discounts despite spending £150 a month with them. Bye Sky, will move everything. Loyalty dead
