@SkyHelpTeam well the good news my service is back from Sky if you can call the broadband a service. However only getting about 6 meg should be getting over 45. Utter garbage .

@SkyHelpTeam It seems like you're trying to suggest the fault is on my end of things... There is a shocking issue with the Sky feed of every game. The graphics, the audio, the video feed of the game. Are you trying to suggest there isn't an issue with the Sky sports production of VNSL??

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

@SkyHelpTeam The commentary team even mentioned it... I go round in circles with you all. I'm told to contact during the game as the issue is happening, you take over 12hrs to respond & dismiss me, or point me to V/R, they tell me they're sorry & tell me to contact you as the issues happen...

@SkyHelpTeam your customer service is absoloutly appalling, you sent an engineer to the wrong adress on monday in a different city. Told me you now cant clme back until a week thursday. And iv been promised two calls back. None of which have happened. Il be cancelling my sky 👍🏻
