    @SkyHelpTeam Another poor performance from Sky again. My router used to connect at 56 meg I checked tonight and it’s down to 48 but sadly it’s just above the 45 minimum so Sky won’t do anything😡. Roll on November then I can escape .

    @SkyHelpTeam How ironic. I received a message on the My Sky app today . “Renew your Sky package for this great offer of a extra £50 per month “ 😡 On top of that my Sky broadband is not working again😡😡. Renew? The place Sky is going is in the rubbish bin where it belongs 😡😡.

    @piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam well the good news my service is back from Sky if you can call the broadband a service. However only getting about 6 meg should be getting over 45. Utter garbage .

    @SkySports why can’t you just give a balanced review of a game. You go about your business as if the whole world are only interested in Man Utd and Liverpool. It may help to have non connected ex players in the studio as all they want to do is talk about their team. Just an idea

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve found the problem I have iCloud private relay turned on. This should affect website traffic only. It acts as a VPN but just for browser website traffic not video When I disable iCloud then the videos start to play again Never had this issue before You must be blocking iCloud

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam completed all steps your diagnostic tool wont test my internet as it is so poor rendering you incapable of providing a service to me. This is against ofcom rules for how you need to provide a service. I want to cancel; can you expedite that?
