    @SkySports why can’t you just give a balanced review of a game. You go about your business as if the whole world are only interested in Man Utd and Liverpool. It may help to have non connected ex players in the studio as all they want to do is talk about their team. Just an idea

    @piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam another rubbish night of Sky broadband. Had enough of their rubbish service. Moving to a decent provider . Just about made 1 meg tonight should be about 50.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam How ironic. I received a message on the My Sky app today . “Renew your Sky package for this great offer of a extra £50 per month “ 😡 On top of that my Sky broadband is not working again😡😡. Renew? The place Sky is going is in the rubbish bin where it belongs 😡😡.

    @SkyHelpTeam Another poor performance from Sky again. My router used to connect at 56 meg I checked tonight and it’s down to 48 but sadly it’s just above the 45 minimum so Sky won’t do anything😡. Roll on November then I can escape .

    @SkyHelpTeam well the good news my service is back from Sky if you can call the broadband a service. However only getting about 6 meg should be getting over 45. Utter garbage .

    @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

    @SkyHelpTeam - now 2 weeks with hardly any broadband - engineer came Tuesday, advised noting they could do internally as an issue in the area (losing packets of data supposedly) and it’s with networks - SM postcode - Please advise when this will be fixed as can’t do any work

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m guessing you didn’t read the bit where I clearly said I’d had a conversation with a Sky engineer AND opened another complaint? Perhaps if the customer service & online side of your organisation DID join up AND liaised properly with BT we would have a resolution 9 yrs on.
