    @lloydi @SkyHelpTeam It’s probably that your HDMI switcher doesn’t support your sky box’s standard. The switchers are normally pretty cheaply made unfortunately. The sky box might be 4K 60htz and the switcher won’t cope. Does this sound plausible?

    @SkyHelpTeam morning, broadband issues in EN11, intermittent, 2 mins working, 2 mins off, etc. Obviously all troubleshooting/diagnostics are useless as it’s sometimes working. Been the case for at least 24 hours, & getting worse (ie, outages more regular). Issues you’re aware of?

    Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

    @SkyHelpTeam Why direct me to article about compensation for total loss of service when I’ve said many times it’s an intermittent problem? I need to be able to rely on broadband which I currently can’t.

    @SkyHelpTeam no wifi, having to use mobile data, can’t use any apps via the box, what is going on, we more than enough money for this service. In fact most of my plans have expired, may have to look at competitors

    @ast_carter @SkyUK @virginmedia So obviously you have been working from home. What else do you have connected, did you notice any difference in speeds? When mine works getting 200+mb speeds but even that I’m still thinking it’s slow at times.

    @SkyHelpTeam any problems with broadband in the Hoddesdon area? On MySky app I can’t run a broadband test as it shows page not found.

    I believe the ball went out however #var and #PremierLeague are now frantically sorting it so this never happens to Man Utd themselves in a game, and not surprisingly @SkySports haven’t done a Hawkeye type angle and only show the behind goal views which only prove so much

    Brand new router from @SkyUK which I didn’t need or ask for (signed new contract). But it has a “wifi guarantee in every room” Internet speed a fifth of what it was and devices over 6 feet away have too weak a signal to even connect to the router.

    @SkyUK the time on our sky+hd box is still incorrect. I have an inside knowledge of technical problems DST can cause. However; it should have been possible to have fixed this by now. Could someone define the difficulties you're experiencing please?

    @SkyHelpTeam My electrics briefly went off today, for around half an hour. Now saying my Sky Q box can’t connect to network, nor my mini Sky Q box. Network showing it is connected. Have tried numerous times to start and reconnect, no luck. Any clues?

    @ASkauen @SkyHelpTeam I have tried 4 different devices, mobile, iPad, desktop app and chrome book using sky go and the sky sports app, and the red button games are not working. Not listed on the desktop app, but the link on the sky sports app is broken.
