@lloydi @SkyHelpTeam It’s probably that your HDMI switcher doesn’t support your sky box’s standard. The switchers are normally pretty cheaply made unfortunately. The sky box might be 4K 60htz and the switcher won’t cope. Does this sound plausible?

@SkyHelpTeam hi, BT Sport has just disappeared from my subscription. I just spent 30m to speak to someone in cust service who then transferred me to the Value Team - who aren’t working today! How can I get someone to speak to me about this without having to call and wait again?

Everyone using @SkyUK Broadband, what devices to have connected and how many? Am getting fed up @virginmedia this year. Nothing but issue and disconnections! Customer service non existent, engineers unable to help unless were happy to have no internet until January!

@SkyHelpTeam morning, broadband issues in EN11, intermittent, 2 mins working, 2 mins off, etc. Obviously all troubleshooting/diagnostics are useless as it’s sometimes working. Been the case for at least 24 hours, & getting worse (ie, outages more regular). Issues you’re aware of?

@ast_carter @SkyUK @virginmedia So obviously you have been working from home. What else do you have connected, did you notice any difference in speeds? When mine works getting 200+mb speeds but even that I’m still thinking it’s slow at times.

.@SkyHelpTeam please can I have some help. I booked an engineer for a home move on the 4th November - a guy turned up on the 4th Dec and then left me. I’m still without TV and next appointment is 6th Jan. Wouldn’t mind so much but was told I’d get an earlier date

@SkyHelpTeam It drops on occasion, never usually for a massive amount of time... 30 mins to an hour, sometimes longer. Obviously I know work needs to be done so that's not an issue, it's just hard to determine if it's on my side or your side! You have to kind of wait and hope!

@SkyHelpTeam have you ever tried calling Sky by phone!?!? I requested on the original form for my complaint to be addressed by an email return and that is what I am expecting. How about providing a "VIP member" with even some basic customer service

@SkyHelpTeam Are you seriously saying you have no internal communication facility!?!? The whole crux of this is I raised the complaint in the manner you are suggesting and 3 weeks later I have heard nothing, and yet you are telling me to do this all over again!
