@SkyHelpTeam No call no reply no help as usual. Sky have never been so poor in service. Sky plus was better even when you had to call India to sort out problems. Your engineers set it up they need to sort problem.

@SkyHelpTeam I called again and asked for sky plus to be reinstalled. No answer yet. Sky insist it is our Wi-fi but when I cannot view on mini box I can watch on my I phone. I am very annoyed we pay for sky q and it’s unreliable used a lot of calories running up and down stairs resetting

@SkyHelpTeam Good morning, not sure what ‘in’ is but we’ve rang, emailed and attempted to use the website in order to deal with the issue. We haven’t been able to contact anyone directly who can assist us. Surely there’s a direct number to someone in the UK who is able to help sort this out?

@SkyHelpTeam I can't even get into the account. It comes up with a message saying unavailable on this server. I'll try the phone again tmrw but when I went thro the automated service it sent me a text relating to broadband connection issues, then asks if I've received it then hangs up on me.
