Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way. The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace
