    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you. Still you should work on an entertaining message whilst there’s no signal. Went through the 5 steps and checked with other residents. Fault seems to be communal aerial on our so it’s over to @jjcaspell to send us someone

    Come on @SkyUK impossible to speak to an actual person & when you do they assure they will help and say I’m just transferring you to confirm & you hold for 27 minutes 4th attempt to sort out my bill since May .. #notgoodenough

    @SkyHelpTeam You know that was 13 hours ago. I'm a Q customer. I've resolved it by unplugging the Q box left it an hour plugged it back in. So while I appreciate the reply 13 hours is of little help

    @SkyHelpTeam I am now 9 days into no broadband or home phone - I’ve received one update from SkY 3 days ago - still nothing else - it’s quite appalling service if u ask me - just a message saying you’re working on it would suffice just being left in limbo constantly

    @SkyHelpTeam guys what update was sent out over night. I'm getting This screen does not support HDCP try reconnecting your HDMI cable. Sky appears for a split second then same blue screen

    @SkyHelpTeam what are we supposed to do if we have an issue before 8.30am. My husband has to start work at 7am and he can’t get logged in as we can not get an internet service . Since we joined Sky broadband we have had nothing but issues and it’s so frustrating .

    F**king @SkyUK. Phone line is down. Been down for a month. Now without appointment we have an engineer coming around to fix it despite the issue being out if our home & it needing social distancing. Be nice to ring to make an appointment at least. Changing ISP ASAP.

    @SkyHelpTeam Don’t have the option to hold the line sadly. My Sky ID is connected to when I was customer with you 8 years ago so can’t do anything now I’m a new customer again and this month my bill is double what it usually is for no reason. Can you advise how I speak to someone?

    Once again @SkyHelpTeam has screwed me over. When I cancelled BT sport in March cos of pandemic they said when I put it back it will be same price. Liars! Trying to charge extra £25 a month iso original £12. 45mins to be told by they dont give a **** @WhichUK @Ofcom

    @SkySports It’s only a pity he can’t stick to actually playing skilful football & not continually running around looking for the slightest touch to go down dramatically,claiming he’s always being hard done to. Besides bemoaning to the ref & officials like a spoilt brat.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've tested my speeds before as this happened multiples of times and I haven't put a claim in either. This time I'll look I to as its still doing it. It is completely cutting off and other in my town are having the same issues as well as nationally I've seen.

    @SkyHelpTeam Your engineer broke the dish. Then he didn’t have a long enough pole to fix it. Someone then cancels the job by mistake your end, not mine. And the only response you can give is you hope 12 July comes round soon! How rude and unprofessional.

    @SkyHelpTeam Thank you NW, will do later. She claimed there would be work carried out this afternoon at 5pm so I didn't think it was a real Sky call. I did tell her I had no issues and to stop disturbing me.
