    @SkyHelpTeam please, help me with this one. Every single night at 2:45am my broadband stop to work and doesn’t come back until 6am. This is happening for the past 2 weeks and it’s quite annoying since I use a lot during this period.

    @SkyUK giving me absolutely terrible customer service... all i want is better internet connection and they cannot fulfil the speed we should try and get and are telling me i have to pay to leave them!!! Ridiculous!! Not happy virgin media calls...!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Law and order. The app doesn't list then in order as you can see but half the series are missing which really doesn't help. Surely someone has the capabilities at sky to run the programmes in order it's so frustrating. It's not just that series it's others too

    @SkyHelpTeam OK thanks. It would be better to address it to us by name rather than "Dear Customer", which is normally a sure sign of a dodgy email. Gmail sent it straight to my junk folder.

    @SkyHelpTeam I wanted to make my frustrations felt as your company is awe full, tel line down, Broadband up/down, standard message it could take up to 5 days, been with EE for nearly 3 years no issues at all, what’s going on sky, feel let down as my alarm keeps beeping even worse

    @SkyHelpTeam Please help! I have an old sky email address that I understand Yahoo now manage but I have been informed I need to contact sky as I have experienced issues with the email account. Password not recognised nor phone number recovery used.

    @SkyHelpTeam my wife has a new iPhone XR. We reset the password last night but she hasn’t been able to log in to her emails and the phone hasn’t downloaded any since 7am this morning. I’ve checked all the settings I can think of. Help!

    @SkyUK we left virgin to join sky and we have had nothing but hassle, we have used all our mobile data waiting for you to connect us, this is terrible service!

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK I live in a big block of flats and the box they need has lots of connections. What happens is openreach come and fiddle around for a new customer and end up knocking someone else off.

    @dtoole764 @SkyUK Firstly they said they could fix it outside. Then needed access. Then they didn’t need access. Then they said it’s fixed and it isn’t. Now had to send picture of hub etc.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam hi, I wonder if you can help.I have been sent a message to say a sky engineer is visiting me between 8-10 on 16/7. An engineer come out a week ago and solved my issues. I do not need an engineer tomorrow. Can you please cancel this appointment.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK just received this. As a “valued “ customer who has been with sky a long time I feel that this should be a free upgrade, not an extra £13 a month plus installation. I already pay sky more than enough, including mobiles and broadband.

    Sky broadband is having a mare this morning. WiFi to router is fine, but broadband keeps dropping. Phoning for support gets no human to help, and the automated suggestions are a joke. @SkyHelpTeam it’s happed 6 times this morning already..please talk to me!

    @SkyUK thank you for sending an engineer for the 2nd time to install my sky service. Oh yes they're not allowed in so why send them when you were told by the 1st engineer that attended that you cannot access my property. Waste of my time the engineers time
