Waited a month for @SkyHelpTeam to come to fix Sky Q after it didn’t work 30 mins after original installation. Swapped the box, yet now have a ‘mode not supported’ message on my TV whenever I try to switch it on. Placed this order in August, haven’t been able to watch Sky TV yet

But those programmes were once on @GoodFoodChannel it had subtitles without fails esp throughout the Xmas season. @BritishSignBSL, subtitles is much needed for the deafs!

Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

@SkySports No red card Haverthwaite had eye on ball at all times and as he jumps his arm are up but burbs arm is underneath his so it can't go down. It was unfortunate but glad burns was able to play so well for rest of the game.

@B0bClark @SkySports We had an awful ref in Europe the other night mind but would at least stop the bias! It’s like these refs were brought up hating certain clubs or cities and they make the decisions subconsciously. PL would be awful with just British players - they need to widen scope for refs!
