    @SkyHelpTeam Main box keeps losing network connection assume that is why mini box keeps disconnecting. Mini box multiple reasons, no connection, lost Sky Q box, no sat signal. New router but everything else - phones, laptops, iPads all connected and holding connection.

    I’ve spent the last couple of hours resetting routers, switching everything on and off and swapping HDMI cables! 30 secs on Twitter and now I know sky broadband is down! Come on @SkyHelpTeam has there been a nuclear strike or something? I’m been driven to gin drinking!

    @SkyHelpTeam No phone line - internet speed 6.7 this is a great tier 4 No phone calls not able to WFH or watch TV as can’t download a film or watch Netflix. Good job I like my own company and reading. Sick of your service

    @SkyHelpTeam @DarrenB1994 Zzzzzzzzzzzzz especially when Sky charge for UHD. It's 2023 and can't even release an episode on time yet will happily take money for probably the worst 4k picture out of any TV service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah we regularly watch Netflix, Disney Plus and things like BBC iPlayer/ITVX with no issues at all. This has been happening with amazon prime since before Christmas

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. Please don’t let this delay happen with The Last of Us UHD file next week. I pay a premium for UHD and you really should be promptly delivering on it, especially with a flagship show that you’ve relentlessly advertised as an exclusive. Treat it as such.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah especially when there seems to be no reason for it as the weather has been fine here today. Its been off since before we got up this morning. It also doesn't help that some neighbour's sky internet is running fine. Will see in the morning.
