That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.

Sky have said on more than one occasion it would be fixed by a certain date. Latest date given for the fix was yesterday but still the outage persists. Do you think this is acceptable?

Lee Hendrie asked the commentator why , the commentator didn’t know either. Unbelievable.

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. Every 18months spend a day haggling to get the new price down to roughly just above the old price then every April it goes up approx £10 any way.
