    @SkySports is anti-spurs. There is no point in listening to the in-studio commentators. I had listened to them when Spurs played Utd, Burnley and now Palace. It is the same crap. Why am I paying for this ****? I suggest people change channels when they are on. #COYS #THFC.

    When you’re on support 24/7 for a week, but your ISP is too poor to hire enough people to resolve issues at night. Or even provide internet connection at night at all. @SkyHelpTeam

    @leonagraham @thesturge @SkyHelpTeam are just as bad. Randomly throughout the day cuts off my meetings online and TV but app says all is OK. Trying to blame the customer and not take responsibility for their shoddy service.

    @SkyHelpTeam @BennettKealey You appear to have an issue with your DNS server. I develop software for a company and all our users who use sky can't access our site.

    @SkyHelpTeam My Sky + box has disconnected from the Internet and no matter what I do ( I have tried all options) but a network cannot be found. Are there any issues atm? All my other devices are connected to my WiFi no problem.....

    @SkyHelpTeam Okay well why isn’t there a proper support number I can call because all the numbers try and sell me additional services or tell me to go to your website. Which is an absolute waste of time. That’s why I’m tweeting. You do t have proper support!!

    @SkyHelpTeam The engineer visiting my flat last year asked me to call SKY and have it changed since everything else was ok. It's a terrible service for someone that's been with sky for 5 years. Looking for a change now.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have been without internet and landline service for nearly a week now. I was told by Sky the outage would be fixed within two working days and it wasn't. It's now nearly five working days. This is ridiculous. Are you going to fix it or not?

    @saintly67 @SkyHelpTeam Save yourself the call. Hold down the small reset button on the back of your router until the lights on the front go off. Then go back to your Q box and reconnect. Your other devices won’t need reconnecting.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Tomorrow will be day 21 of the outage. It's gotten worse too. The internet has gone from slow intermittent to not working at all, in addition to the three weeks dead landline phone. I am going to switch provider if you don't fix this very soon. #disgrace

    @Mr_B_solihull @Villasince82 @SkySports Think the Grealish deal was on the cards and achievable, he’s improved the City team. Unfortunately the Kane deal was never going to happen because of Levy. I’d be more happy if we get Haaland next summer as he is a better long term prospect

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Had similar problem with my late mum - BGas doorstepped her & signed her up to a more expensive deal than she was getting. Had to intervene & used cooling off period. A bed salesman also took advantage sold her a bed she couldn't afford. Vile people. Never buy anything on phone!

    @CindyTh3Dog @jammierooroo @SkyUK They’re the worst. All farmed out to foreign call centres who don’t speak good English. They mumble and constantly try the upsell. When my mum wasn’t budging they just hung up on her. Others have been equally rude. Moved her off from BT to Vodafone and they’re just as bad.

    @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I'm not sure which advisor called me today, to try and 'win me back', but he was incredibly rude and put the phone down on me after what sounded like swearing at me, because I wouldn't agree with him... Not sure that's how you may convince me to come back

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Sky have outsourced customer care and wherever it goes to now is, bluntly, criminal. When speaking to them they brazenly told me they wouldn’t follow their own terms and conditions and refused to escalate the call or let me speak to a manager.

    @SkySports How may more times do I have to block mute & say I don't like this add before Google stop bombarding me with this ****. At least 30 times a day and you can't block the ads via Google manage ads. Google are an absolute disgrace.
