No explanation from Sky for why it took so long. Looking at latest bill the loss of service compensation covers only two weeks.

Landline phone not working at all during the 16 days and internet still very slow, sluggish, intermittent. No communication from Sky as to why it is taking so long to fix or when it will be fixed. #ridiculous

I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! All year the gray overlay thing has been an issue and it has still not been fixed, the commentating and pre-race is unwatchable... I have watched one race this season and it was on @SkySports via the AppleTV app, but they don't show the Sky rebroadcast on demand. I missed the race this morning and have no way to watch it. This also impacts my buying decisions going forward with Apple. As if Tim Cook and his merry band of undesirables hasn't already driven the company to a shameful place, this is just another reminder of why my trust in them is gone. There is no reason for any of this. It is a matter of twisted priorities and a lack of basic reasoning skills on their end. It won't change, people will still buy this garbage so why would they care. But for me, I am done.
