    I give up on @SkyHelpTeam most of the UK are having issues with sky broadband and yet sky are saying there are no issues. Time to find another provider and been on hold to customer services for 45mins.

    @SkyHelpTeam This a message on behalf of my Nan who's been a sky customer for over 25 years. Who's had emails about one of her boxes not being connected to her wifi or phone and 4 engineer visits still not fixed and nasty emails from sky saying she could end up paying more. Gd by

But those programmes were once on @GoodFoodChannel it had subtitles without fails esp throughout the Xmas season. @BritishSignBSL, subtitles is much needed for the deafs!

    @SkyUK dont look after your existing customers daylight robbery, bunch of thieves. Customer for 17 years and still have an original box but wont come out to look at a box unless they get £125 so no tv

    @SkyUK how long does it take to fix your mcafee tool? I've been waiting 21 days so far, so that I can put the mcafee tool that I'm subscribing too onto my new laptop. I have been checking everyday since i got the laptop and yet it's still not fixed.

    @SkyUK What have you done with subtitles on Sky Q? They are now harder to access and don't stay on. If you rewind or change programme they disappear. I am hard of hearing and this is awful. Everyone has complained on the forums. When are you addressing this problem?
