@SkyHelpTeam I’ve had a terrible support experience and Sky said they would take care of everything and they didn’t do anything apart from take my money and open an account. This is what they call good customer service. I would not recommend anyone opening account with Sky

@SkyHelpTeam sky broadband up here in Liverpool has been on and off for weeks, sometimes 5 minutes sometimes 5 hours, it's awful, yet status ALWAYS says there's no problem. Gonna move away soon if it's not sorted. Also find out could've had superfast for £10 cheaper last 7yrs🤬
