⭐️Ashby⭐️ (@TellerMarie) reported from Bromley, England@SkyHelpTeam hi I’m not at home but my dad informed about 2 hours ago that the internet went down and workmen had turned up outside our house cutting wires and destroying the telephone pole nearby. Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.

That was three weeks ago and the outage is still present three weeks later. Someone in my road later said were then told it would be fixed by 02/09 but that hasn't happened either.
