So after over a year of problems from @SkyUK that we couldn’t keep the tv, now their broadband has packed in and they say can take up to 5 days to fix and and can’t even tell me when an engineer will be sent. Was a Sky customer for 20 years but now they’re a shambles. AVOID THEM!

Following my recent rants across 3 Tweets re Sky Q, Sky asked me to PM them, which I did, took ages to write it all down, and guess what, this mornings reply tells me to contact another Sky Q dept. This will be at least 5 times I’ve explained prob to Sky. Sky Q 👎 @SkyHelpTeam

Seen add on tv to get sky tv even as a existing customer, as I am. Called @SkyUK and spoke with Stuart, most unhelpful agent ever. No conversation couldn’t offer me nothing The call was flat. Great way to keep and treat their existing customers! #badcustomerservice

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, our Broadband has stopped working again, it’s been like this all week now. Thought we resolved it on Saturday but it’s gone again. Was told it was an OpenReach power issue in Enfield.

SKY Q SERVICE, BEWARE !! Horrible, Moved to new build house with fibre optic, ordered SkyQ had nothing but problems, interference and bad picture, sky & fibre eng have visited numerous occasions. 8 weeks still not working. Do not get SkyQ with fibre broadband!! @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK broadband intermittently dropping connection. Your support tell me it’s due to number of wi fi devices connnected. When I was with @bt_uk this was not an issue. Sky support tell me I have to pay £300 cancellation fee to leave Sky!

@SkyHelpTeam Still down and are being told it’s with a network engineer to be ‘hopefully’ contacted within 24/48 hours but the word resolved wasn’t mentioned and no route for escalation. I have one working days worth of data left on my mobile contract!
