    @SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

    @SkyHelpTeam Can you sort out why my (and looking at your feed, everyone else's) Sky+ box has not switched to the correct time since the clocks went back? Please don't advise rebooting - as others have already told you, that doesn't work!
