I’ve spent the last couple of hours resetting routers, switching everything on and off and swapping HDMI cables! 30 secs on Twitter and now I know sky broadband is down! Come on @SkyHelpTeam has there been a nuclear strike or something? I’m been driven to gin drinking!

@SkyHelpTeam So why do you sell the tv separately. It’s a con really as it can’t be used without having a sky subscription. How can you call it a smart tv when it doesn’t even have a channel guide. So so poor. I’d argue it’s been misrepresented in its advertisement.

@SkyHelpTeam Just had an outrageous conversation with one of your team. After waiting 15 mins to talk wanted to know what better deal you could do me on my broadband. Been a customer nearly 20 yrs. The guy on the phone really couldn't be bothered. 1
