  @SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam Finally the outage has been fixed but it took 31 days for the internet to be fixed and and 36 days for the phone service to get back working. No explanation for why it took so long. And looking at latest bill the compensation for loss of service only covers two weeks

  @SkyHelpTeam Stop it! You don't care! Yr product is faulty. I have tried the steps, phonecalls, new equipment and had people in but it is still rubbish. Used to be excellent but passed 7months has been awful. There is obviously a problem in the area! Stop blaming customers and fix it!

  Golf coverage on @SkySports is very bad. Instead of seeing live golf we get tape delayed shots from basically every group except the last pairing. Betting app showing birdies 5 mins before on tv. Tyrell Hatton -3 today, 4 off lead, not even mentioned. #themasters @ewenmurray77
