    @SkyUK really need to make their Sky Q platform work with @BT broadband. The mesh network clash means I’ve had to disable my 5GHz range on BT. Changing channels doesn’t fix the issue. Really frustrating.

    @SkyHelpTeam I don’t accept. Until someone explains why a doorbell cannot be rung & why we have been left without service for 3 months (whilst paying) and why it’s ok to blame the inability to fix an external satellite dish on social distancing. I now have to wait until JULY! This is farcical

    @SkyHelpTeam 3rd of JULY is the date we have been given. It has been down since FEBRUARY. This is an absolute joke. Your engineer is clearly taking advantage of the situation. You cut our neighbours telephone line, told my partner we “just need an upgrade”, blamed social distancing for today!

    @SkyUK Our dish has been down since STORM DENIS. The engineer finally turns up today, DOESN’T ring the bell but calls my partner who is working and leave a ridiculous voicemail about social distancing! The dish is outside! Don’t use this pandemic as an excuse #CustomerService

    @SkyHelpTeam since December my bill has risen by £21 a month! Been charged for sky sports each month 😞 want to speak to someone and queues on phone are huge. Not good! Can’t even cancel subs online. #help

    @SkyHelpTeam I understand that, but no updates at all since 7am is terrible. Indicates not even started to fix this. Judging by your Twitter timeline and multiple people complaining about length of time their BB has been down, don't hold out much hope for a fix anytime soon. Hope I'm wrong.

    @SkyHelpTeam do you ever respond? My broadband has been down for over 24 hours. You charge a premium for poor service. To add insult to injury your current wait times are 45 mins to speak to customer service. Post Code BL1! My wife is a key worker we need the service back on!
