@SkyUK I had Sky broadband big problem since April. 4 engineers after still the same !Engineers come along and Sky doesn’t give notes of what was done previously. So they do the basic again. Sky is sooo unprofessional!Ask for money and no service !No compensation!#skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam I've tried all that and it doesnt give a telephone number. It says the weather is making it slow but it's not slow it keeps dropping completely every 2 mins and is impossible to use! Pls help

@SkyHelpTeam It just says line is slower than normal. But as I said it drops every 2 mins. Been bad for months but never like this. Was told months ago there was a fault but at the exchange & someone would fix it. They never did & now it's just unusable

@SkyHelpTeam Managed to resolve my resetting my router but have an issue when I try and use the app. My credentials don’t work and looks like the Microsoft Authenticator isn’t linked to my account.

@skyuk my wife is a key worker yet we have not been able to use our broadband for days as it keeps going down. Call the number & you just say department is closed. Awful service & we are paying for something we can't even use. So much for your adverts doing you guarantee speed

@SkyHelpTeam I want to cancel a free HD trial one of your pushy employees badgered me to trial saying it would be easy to cancel once the three month period was up, hardly easy there’s no option on the app to cancel the trial and your phone line isn’t working
