@SkyHelpTeam It's not that it's an inconvenience its the fact you never get notified of either the works or the outage! I'm not really annoyed that its happened I'm frustrated that when it does happen no one has the decency to say anything. We have to enquire!

Absolute shambles of a service from @SkyHelpTeam as wont answer questions on billing, just had to recontract and the amount it quoted is about £24 less than it’s says my future bill is going to be yet you’re happy to take the overpayment with no explanation 😡

@DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

@SkySports @SkyUK As I’m self employed please can you “pause” my subscription now. Your contact centre/online is not working so take away my pain & just suspended everyone’s now. Simple but I’m not holding my breath. Oh & @prodnose would like his paused too whilst you’re at it.

For e.g with social media everyone having to verify identify themselves on their account
