@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no way of controlling my heating as hive won’t work (glad it’s only 2°) can’t access most of my sky tv and having to use up my phone data as broadband still down in CM23 area and all you keep saying is no update! Don’t you think you should give us some info?

@SkyUK Had an ongoing complaint with CISAS about Sky since October. They've still not resolved the issue and refuse to call when they say they will. I've called them 3 times today,they're now telling me I'm not the account holder of this address despite living here for 7 years.
