@SkyHelpTeam poor service today -im a premium customer -3 mobiles w/u & sky prem customer spending over £200/month . My phone is broke & despite having had it less than a year I’m told not covered on warranty u expect me to pay £400 to repair WTF /it cost less to replace 🤬🤬

@SkyUK Just got Sky TV and have to say the quality is absolutely terrible and I can’t afford another £12 on top for HD. Is there any way of improving the picture? It’s just a blurry mess and un enjoyable to watch so may have to cancel 😕

@SkyHelpTeam The constant stuttering and fast forwarding on the app. There are hundreds with the same issues on your support forum but no solution offered by yourself. Have done the uninstall and reinstall and remove all program connected files etc.
