    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    @SkySports @SkyUK As I’m self employed please can you “pause” my subscription now. Your contact centre/online is not working so take away my pain & just suspended everyone’s now. Simple but I’m not holding my breath. Oh & @prodnose would like his paused too whilst you’re at it.

    @SkySports How totally stupid open space open air , first if your worried about passing on the virus you would have to shut down the London Underground and all the trains and busses these spaces are packed and total germ carriers

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for replying Sky. The issue is with the Router, the WiFi is going on and off, off 90% of the time. There's clearly Internet but no WiFi and we cannot all connect via ethernet as we are spread out in the house. It's ruining everything and stopping our kids from working.

    @SkyHelpTeam It's not that it's an inconvenience its the fact you never get notified of either the works or the outage! I'm not really annoyed that its happened I'm frustrated that when it does happen no one has the decency to say anything. We have to enquire!

    @SkyHelpTeam Also to add, I've tried support, 2 hour wait time and no engineer will be sent, because according to Sky our internet is working but I can say now from doing Web work since 1997, the damn WiFi isn't! We need a new Router asap and if we cannot get joy from sky we are going to BT.

    Absolute shambles of a service from @SkyHelpTeam as wont answer questions on billing, just had to recontract and the amount it quoted is about £24 less than it’s says my future bill is going to be yet you’re happy to take the overpayment with no explanation 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam RH13 - no internet since Fri. Run diagnostics -outage in area - phone ctr confirms- no idea when will be fixed. Someone somewhere must know what is going on-why are sky not telling customs anything? don’t send me links to webpages tell me when prob is due to be fixed

    @jackpotrulesok @SkyUK Exactly and it makes no sense why you can't when in America they have cloud based DVR systems on the Comcast Xfinity boxes... We just get downgraded crap.

    @MikeyStephenso @SkySports What's the issue? A lot of people refer to Man United as "United". I've never ever ever heard anyone go "I support United" and actually mean Leeds or Newcastle etc.. Where is the disrespect?
