@SkyHelpTeam Currently have no way of controlling my heating as hive won’t work (glad it’s only 2°) can’t access most of my sky tv and having to use up my phone data as broadband still down in CM23 area and all you keep saying is no update! Don’t you think you should give us some info?

I gave up trying to contact them for help (ie contract pause, payment reduction or rebate perhaps) as a result but am currently in some difficulty over it.

@SkyUK i would like a refund as this is not the first time my internet has gone down. This is the 4th 5th 6th time. Again last night until this morning. I pay £28.50 a month. I would like my bill cut down for my broadband as the service is not good enough for what I pay
