    Absolutely HATE @virginmedia with a passion. Made a complaint, they said I’d be refunded for kids inadvertently ordering SkySports. I wasn’t. Then they cut me off. Liars

    @SkySports what have you done to the #skysports app? Completely ruined what was a great app. Too slow, terrible user interface and difficult to navigate. What a poor customer experience. I am sure you can do better than that !! If you can’t - DM me ... can help make it better!

    @SkyUK i am disgusted at the service i have received. Spent 4 hours on phone 2day. Both myself & husband are both keyworkers with 2 small children. Left with no tv at all!! Been told by manager we won't have an engineer until 3rd Dec!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

    @SkyHelpTeam So Sky is down, first real chance to test out new @VOXI_UK sim.... wow! Looks like I'll be switching again! Apparently 4G but can't play a workout video, takes a minute at least to load a page or twitter etc. Wtf! So disappointing on all counts. @O2 here I come.
