    @SkyHelpTeam Hi dunno if you can help! For the last two or three days my Q box tries to do an update in the early hours but seems to get stuck leaving no option but to unplug! I’ve tried a software update but that didn’t help! Any ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam Currently have no way of controlling my heating as hive won’t work (glad it’s only 2°) can’t access most of my sky tv and having to use up my phone data as broadband still down in CM23 area and all you keep saying is no update! Don’t you think you should give us some info?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a TV customer looking at maybe adding broadband. I live in London N31QN. I ran a quote & it says no fibre is available at my address, but I have had fibre quotes from you in the past. Is it possible this is an error? I cannot consider moving without fibre. Thanks

    @JodieMarsh @SkyHelpTeam That’s nowt, I’m paying £150 a month for @SkyHelpTeam Q and the internet is totally shite, to the fact that the TV upstairs won’t even connect to the box outside the room. I’m forever complaining and **** all happens.

    @JodieMarsh @SkyHelpTeam Good luck. Took 5 months and 34 hours worth of calls to get my Broadband to go from 0.1MPS (while we’re meant to be home schooling) to anything above 5. Their managers NEVER return phone calls, I have a case in process with Ofcom at the moment, Sky customer service is the worst.
