There's clearly Internet but no WiFi and we cannot all connect via ethernet as we are spread out in the house. It's ruining everything and stopping our kids from working.

Rizzla (@loopyrizla) reported from Epping, England@SkyHelpTeam Also to add, I've tried support, 2 hour wait time and no engineer will be sent, because according to Sky our internet is working but I can say now from doing Web work since 1997, the damn WiFi isn't! We need a new Router asap and if we cannot get joy from sky we are going to BT.
