@SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

Awful service from @SkyUK delaying our broadband activation. Makes those long winter nights much longer with no internet! I feel for those who rely on Broadband to WFH who may loose out on earnings!

@SkyHelpTeam We are loyal sky customers for over 20yrs. We have been treated appallingly and told to basically change providers as 'there is nothing more you can do for us' all we want is broadband system that works. I'm a nurse working full time from home. Help!!

@brendanwalsh95 @SkyUK Same here mate. It's horrendous clearly something fixable as it keeps working for an hour then cuts out for 4 @SkyUK what are you going to do about my COVID friendly online job interview that cut out half way through due to your poor services? Poor form. Problems since Friday.
