@SkyUK i am disgusted at the service i have received. Spent 4 hours on phone 2day. Both myself & husband are both keyworkers with 2 small children. Left with no tv at all!! Been told by manager we won't have an engineer until 3rd Dec!!!

changed over to @SkyUK a few months ago, TV has to be rebooted several times a day, internet signal is no good unless you're sat within a few feet of router and it needs resetting all the time. Worst decision we've made #Sky

@SkySports I say this with respect (remarkable achievement so far) but based on Wimbledon it will be interesting to see what happens when (if) the chips are down at a crucial stage. Hopefully Wimbledon was a blip and she's been given good advice on coping mechanisms since.
