@SkyHelpTeam I would like to cancel sky, I've been messaging and asking since April and now I've ended up with a bill of £102. I really can't believe 2 months on I'm still trying to cancel it. This should have been done a couple of months ago

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

@SkyHelpTeam We have done numerous times and it’s always come back that it’s fine - there was an update in our area about a month ago and ever since the WiFi has been shocking! To the point where we are leaving as it’s so bad you can’t do anything!
