@SkyUK Your complaint email address please. My elderly parents have been without sky tv for 3 weeks(despite paying for it)Your engineer visited today to fit Sky Q. He refused to go into the house citing covid. My parents had PPE as did the engineer. #terribleservice #sky

Heads up everybody. I saw a Sky offer that was cheaper than what I pay. Contacted Sky, and after 1/2 an hour on the phone I am £40 better off a month and have been upgraded to Sky Q multi screen and faster internet. Customer service was really good. @SkyUK

@flarebear @SkyUK Yeah but as normal @SkyUK didn't have a clue what was happening. I Haven't had my landline working with them for 6 weeks.but they still claim i haven't rang to report the fault. 8 times on the phone 3 on here..not the only one in Nuneaton having this problem.but they play dumb
