So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

Internet doing the hokey kokey this morning & on hold with @SkyHelpTeam to be fed nothing but unhelpful twaddle - 6 months of nothing but a joke of a service for broadband Absolutely appalled tbh, makes working from home almost impossible. Something that's a little important atm

@SkyHelpTeam There was apparently a local issue, which was solved on Thursday, and separate to our issue. But now there's an Open Reach issue so no engineer. Either way I have been without broadband for 3 days and no idea when it'll be back online.
