  @SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

  @SkySports To be fair taking a knee has got so watered down that it has lost its impact, and more of a ritual (this is what we have to do). @wilfriedzaha is right that not enough is done, more focus should be on educating people.

  @SkyHelpTeam The steps there cannot get to the bottom@of the problem! The issue isn’t in the house it’s external - there is an issue in the area (seems to be an Openreach issue as not just Sky affected in the area but it’s been down for quite some time). The service site doesn’t help either

  @SkyHelpTeam can you give an idea how long broadband is likely to be down in DY5? Don’t want the normal “our engineers are working hard” reply, just a rough idea of time, eg 6pm, tomorrow, Monday etc. Got to make alternative arrangements for work if it’s going to be off for long
