@skytv you like to make it hard for people to downgrade, spoken to two people about removing @SkySports and they couldn't help, so now on hold for 20 minutes hoping I'll give up and hang up! 😂

Getting pretty pissed off I can't pause my @SkySports tried at several times of day including the middle of the night (joys of an 11 week old) and still getting a technical error. Shall I just cancel my DD @SkyHelpTeam Bet you'd spring into action then 🙄
