@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

It’s not like you’re half way across a football field. @SkyHelpTeam need to investigate further.Pointless paying for it if it’s not transmitting to devices
