So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

@SkyHelpTeam I believe it may be a phone line issue as the whole village has lost home phone lobe. It is not an equipment fault as was working all morning and two of three green lights on. Test says external problem
