    Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay ยฃ20 โ€˜administrationโ€™ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

    @skytv you like to make it hard for people to downgrade, spoken to two people about removing @SkySports and they couldn't help, so now on hold for 20 minutes hoping I'll give up and hang up! ๐Ÿ˜‚

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I have an issue where the sound is cutting out for a few milliseconds every few minutes, and can't understand why. All cables are connected correctly, and PS4/Netflix aren't causing the same problems

    @SkyHelpTeam multiple recordings maybe 150+ episodes/films from the last 12 months have gone from my sky q box. I pay a lot of have something thatโ€™s meant to be reliable and this isnโ€™t. Itโ€™s poor. I would like a new box and compensation.
