@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did all that several times. I uploaded a few photos and got a few different numbers to call. When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)

@SkyHelpTeam Is there any way of finding out? Just seems a little mad that a service can “launch” on 8th December and on 15th January Sky can’t advise customers on when they’ll be able to access it Unsure if @ITVX might be able to help out with this, but would really like to find out!
