@SkyUK when people sign up with you for broadband and tv. Why don't you tell them if they have no service after 8pm they're fooked until the next day unlike most of your competitors

Wow. Just called @SkyHelpTeam to recontract after 21 YEARS as a customer and, not only do they charge for the phone call but also want me to pay £20 ‘administration’ fee for the privilege! Needless to say, one less customer very soon.

@SkyHelpTeam multiple recordings maybe 150+ episodes/films from the last 12 months have gone from my sky q box. I pay a lot of have something that’s meant to be reliable and this isn’t. It’s poor. I would like a new box and compensation.
