Promised to return my call (you record your calls so you have evidence you did). Didn't return it.

The transitions are so ugly and seem to be without any regard to what is already active before you just dump something right onto the active program. It’s ragged. It’s unprofessional. It’s unacceptable. Viewers watching Sky News do not suddenly want to see an advert interrupt their program. Then there are the repeated stoppages right at a segment end.
