Internet doing the hokey kokey this morning & on hold with @SkyHelpTeam to be fed nothing but unhelpful twaddle - 6 months of nothing but a joke of a service for broadband Absolutely appalled tbh, makes working from home almost impossible. Something that's a little important atm

@SkyHelpTeam hi, are you having issues with the Crewe area, or have I just picked the worst day to have broadband problems. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and each time I attempt a test, I just get the somethings gone wrong message. Could you advise please.

So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

@SkyHelpTeam trying to get through to sky but when I give mothers maiden name over phone the call ends. Posted a complaint but just had an email saying the complaint is resolved, it isn’t! Need to speak to sky urgently and live chat is no help. Need contact ASAP
