All I have on my network is my 2 computers and the SkyTV box. IF it's a device issue then the internet would work on the other devices still right? Which it doesn't, not cabled nor through WiFi

I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips and each time I attempt a test, I just get the somethings gone wrong message. Could you advise please.

When the recorded message told me to hang up I did. After the 5th go I stayed on the line and got some more options and eventually I got to speak to someone :)
