@piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

@SkyHelpTeam Thinking of taking Sky Q. To get full UHD 4K viewing is that possible on the 1TB box. Online info suggests u need a 2TB version of the box but I see no option to choose this. Tks 4 help :)

@SkyHelpTeam I am having issues with my Sky Q mini box, it keeps disconnecting from the main Sky Q box and the internet, this also happens when I connect my PlayStation 4 and laptop via ethernet/Lan cable but all other devices connected via WiFi remain connected, please help!!!!!
