@piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam it’s making working from home impractical and tedious. You may be cheaper than our previous provider BT, but it’s certainly not proving to be value for money. Coverage has gone down completely today 4 times and counting.

@SkyHelpTeam Iv done this multiple times ,not only will it not allow me to test my internet speed , currently won’t even let me talk to anyone to resolve this issue . After discussing these issues previously with your team the connection will temporarily improve for the best part of 5 minutes
