@SkySports why can’t you just give a balanced review of a game. You go about your business as if the whole world are only interested in Man Utd and Liverpool. It may help to have non connected ex players in the studio as all they want to do is talk about their team. Just an idea

@skytv @SkyHelpTeam I ordered a remote control from sky, it never arrived, I phoned again and I was promised it will be sent out , it never arrived, I telephoned last week and I was assured that I would get it within 72 , it never arrived. Help please.

@piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

@msloobylou @SkyUK I had a lovely conversation with a man from India when our sky went wrong on Christmas Day. I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

@SkyUK @Channel4 - A number of customers including myself are reporting issues with Channel 4 HD on Sky Q where the picture keeps breaking up, becomes pixelated / sounds dips for a few seconds at a time - all other channels OK - Is this a known issue?

@SkyHelpTeam Haven’t got time for a line test. Please be aware that Twitter is clearly demonstrating that Sky has once again shat the bed. There’s no point me doing a test. This service has been exceptionally good throughout lockdown but these past three weeks have been woeful
