@SkyHelpTeam It seems like you're trying to suggest the fault is on my end of things... There is a shocking issue with the Sky feed of every game. The graphics, the audio, the video feed of the game. Are you trying to suggest there isn't an issue with the Sky sports production of VNSL??

@msloobylou @SkyUK I had a lovely conversation with a man from India when our sky went wrong on Christmas Day. I said I felt bad about him working and he said it didn’t matter to him as he didn’t celebrate Christmas and we got talking about different religious festivals. And he sorted the problem!

@SkySports why can’t you just give a balanced review of a game. You go about your business as if the whole world are only interested in Man Utd and Liverpool. It may help to have non connected ex players in the studio as all they want to do is talk about their team. Just an idea

@SkyHelpTeam Why? The game is done. My complaint was over 12hours ago. To be honest I've been complaining about the poor coverage of @NetballSL @SkyNetball since the season started, and with 3 weeks left of the season, I don't expect any changes now.

@SkyHelpTeam The commentary team even mentioned it... I go round in circles with you all. I'm told to contact during the game as the issue is happening, you take over 12hrs to respond & dismiss me, or point me to V/R, they tell me they're sorry & tell me to contact you as the issues happen...

I think most of us fans are looking for a quick fix, whereas they're making solid structural improvements. No doubt, certain things could have been better, but what they're doing now is pretty promising as well.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes i have, currently waiting on engineer to visit Monday... 5th or 6th engineer callout in last year. Each time the fix one component, then another one goes a month later. Whole thing in the offending green cabinet clearly needs replacing 😡
