@piersmorgan My husband is an engineer for Sky and they somehow see it ok for engineers to go into customers houses to install/service their satellite system when we are not allowed to visit our own families homes. TV is a luxury and not an essential. Shame on you @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam Ok, thanks, issue not highlighted this time, or this morning in the steps - but this morning the people on the phone knew there was an issue at the exchange. Been waiting an hour and 45 minutes now
