@SkyUK hi I’ve just installed sky Broadband and it is active. All devices are connecting fine apart from my Amazon echo dot, this isn’t connecting and I’ve spoken to @amazon who advised to speak to the provider. Please help ASAP!

@SkyHelpTeam 3rd night in a row, 1:30am, Broadband has a "blip" and the Sky Help thing has to reconnect. A 5 second blip. But it loses connection for my home CCTV system and internet enabled devices. Each has to be reset manually due to a Sky "Bad Certificate". #Angry
