@SkyUK Nothing annoys me more than new customers getting better deal than existing customers. This results in phonecalls &time spent. I refused 2pay more than a new customer & got it resolved but if I hadn’t called, Sky would have been happy to take my money. VIP won’t cost Sky a penny!

@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

@SkyUK waiting on a replacement phone for nearly a month now as my phone was unrepairable yet still in warranty. the case team have no idea when I’ll get one. Terrible service, the worst I’ve ever experienced. Still having to pay my contract! Feel like you‘ve stolen my phone!

@SkyHelpTeam Been through all of that several times. Check updates, reseat viewing card, reset settings, delete ‘forever’, and a reboot of the box fixes it but as I said that’s not a solution. I don’t want to be power cycling the Sky Q box every time I want to download something.
