Ha! No only did Sky fix ma wifi 2 days ago, they actually sorted ma hoose phone. Shudda saw ma face when a heard it ringing, musta looked like a complete ******* heedcase. A never answered it, just stood & looked at it #GettingAuld Thank u @SkyHelpTeam

.@SkyHelpTeam is there a wider problem with Sky broadband (fttc) in the Dunfermline area. Our broadband has been down for 15 minutes, restarted router/checked cables etc. My partner is WFH (for Sky ironically) and can't do her job.

@SkyHelpTeam trying to understand why my bill is going up by £33 with no info. Platinum VIP and been on call for 25 min plus. Put on hold by offshore agent for over 10 min and came back to say can’t do anything. Service is due to move out of contract so know you can! HELP!
