@SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

.@SkyHelpTeam is there a wider problem with Sky broadband (fttc) in the Dunfermline area. Our broadband has been down for 15 minutes, restarted router/checked cables etc. My partner is WFH (for Sky ironically) and can't do her job.

@SkyHelpTeam It is an external issue. I was told that it could be 2 days to resolve. However, given that it appears to be affecting a larger number of people I would hope that they manage to resolve it today. It would be handy if Sky could get something up on their service status page.
