Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

This results in phonecalls &time spent. I refused 2pay more than a new customer & got it resolved but if I hadn’t called, Sky would have been happy to take my money. VIP won’t cost Sky a penny!

Literally just gave the context everyone can see - Romero deliberately slowed down to shield the ball which was a factor in the incident. Brobbey clearly then pushes him. It’s not a major assault. The collision that follows is unfortunate.
