    @SkyHelpTeam @marieandscott25 Marie I continually got asked in surveys about sky’s service I didn’t have . Once I got them I realised how big a mistake I’d made . Now on the minimum package for 2 months then out

    @SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

    @SkySports really need to sort there shit out because I was wanting to watch the @NewYorkRedBulls v @LAGalaxy game but changed the time because of the EFL match I have now missed the game because of this shit I am absolutely disgusted with @SkySports as I am a big @LAGalaxy fan

    @SkyHelpTeam it cut off 10 mins later🥲having the problem where I cant download specific programmes, ive followed the forums and your advise on here and reset box etc nothing is working. it just says ‘item unavailable’ and wont even begin to download,fails on 0% but other programmes are fine

    @SkyHelpTeam we’re still unable to download anything to watch. Some recordings aren’t working either. Engineer came on Sunday and advised that the problem was known. Any idea of when this will be resolved? My son is home with Covid and the ability to download films would be good

    @SkyHelpTeam catastrophic service issues today. I bought a sky glass and I’ve now spent nearly three hours on the phone trying to sort out the contracts! I thought virgin was bad but this takes the absolute biscuit!
