    .@SkyHelpTeam is there a wider problem with Sky broadband (fttc) in the Dunfermline area. Our broadband has been down for 15 minutes, restarted router/checked cables etc. My partner is WFH (for Sky ironically) and can't do her job.

    @SkyHelpTeam I phoned to review and change my Sky broadband and TV package today. Checked confirmation email and your customer adviser has cancelled services that I didn’t agree to. I only wanted Sky Cinema removed but he has also removed Box Sets and Sky + - why?!!

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s the issue. No information forthcoming so no one can tell us anything. No predicted dates just moving update dates. It’s not good enough chaps. Come on. Why can’t you provide an interim solution if there’s no end date? There are 4 affected just in our house 🙄

    @AspinallT @RatatoskrUK @SkyUK The only way I can see very rapid change happening is if the buy in cost is very low. If it’s not affordable, ie if ppl can’t either borrow it, or save up for it, then it’s never going to happen.

    @SteveGa29834389 @SkyUK @Russ_Eionbot I’ve already pre registered for Glass. We’ve been having issues with our Sky for months. Had the box changed and the dish checked, and the TV is having a black screen every 12 seconds or signal drops out. Having Glass will eliminate that issue as it’s internet only.

    @SkyHelpTeam the red button did not work from 2pm -6pm it started working as soon as euro tour finished and womens event started 4 hrs lost coverage this is a regular problem and i know of others who experienced this yesterday. this seems to happen every week and is nothing to do with my tv

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’ve had no broadband since Friday afternoon in Weymouth, DT4. The service status page says there is a known fault in this area. Can you provide any further information, eg what is the fault and is there an estimated time for a fix? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam @MALCOLMVINTON Looks like it will be the end of Sky TV for us then. No way would I want to get a new TV. My Wifi is bad anyway so wouldn’t want to stream the channels. Everything is getting far too complicated. Don’t even know what Sky Q is never mind SkyGlass.
