    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the reply. I followed the instructions and at least now it is being consistently slow rather than just being so slow it might as well not be working. It is a problem with the way BB has been installed in the building. I’m not the only resident complaining.

    @SkyHelpTeam hospital. We've been with Sky over 11 years, and last time we upgraded was a complete faff. Our internet has been poor for months, but you didn't inform us of empty ports we could have taken for fibre. Now having been a VIP for this long you want to charge us over £30 more...

    @SkyUK This is madness. 11 years VIP customer. New customers to Sky get the equivalent of what we have for £82 p/m. You're trying to now charge us £108. We currently pay £66. WTF.
