@SkyHelpTeam just had my net set up today and after installing the router I’m having low signal strengths in multiple rooms as I live in a high rise flat with thick walls. Can’t find how to either add boost to my package, but do u have a router with more than 2 Ethernet ports? 😢

This would all be sorted if @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach actually finished the install of fibre to our estate, but they still seem to be dragging their heels on that. I've put up with these slow speeds for too long now! Its 2020, and I'm basically on dial up. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam I have a family member who is have a problem with their sky system and she has try contact. On different numbers but all she gets 3 ring then the line goes dead and she has the onscreen information. And the online chat can you get. Information. That can help herout

@SkyHelpTeam Nope. I spent an hour on the phone to be told that customers in NI are being given a substantially lower level of service than Britain (and Ireland) despite having the same contracts. @Ofcom this is so far about @CISASUK that I think you lot need to intervene.

@SkyHelpTeam Your agent told me that WiFi engineers are not provided to people in NI. If this is true, this is discrimination. If he lied, this is direct discrimination to prevent service I am legally entitled to.

@SkyHelpTeam I was actually ringing as instructed by D&G to ask for a refund due to loss of service & to find out if there was an issue with your system as it was showing I had no sobscription. He said he couldn't do anything till after the engineer visit. 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam Is there a way of having a narrower time? Say 3-6? It’s really not practical. I’m also not paying for a weekend slot when it’s an issue with the service Sky are supposed to be providing. ‘The engineer may contact you’ isn’t exactly reassuring either.

@SkyUK have just told me that NI customers with WIFI issues can't get WIFI engineers. GB customers can. We are on the same contract and a major service level is not being provided. BTW - Ireland have them too. Just not us. @ClaireHanna I swear to god I am about to go *more* nuts
