    @SkyHelpTeam I have a family member who is have a problem with their sky system and she has try contact. On different numbers but all she gets 3 ring then the line goes dead and she has the onscreen information. And the online chat can you get. Information. That can help herout

    @SkyHelpTeam where do I stand on my Broadband package. I am not getting the guaranteed speeds. You gave me the option to cancel but time limited me to 30 days. Now I cannot get hold of anybody on phone, email or chat to discuss this. Other providers promising better speeds.

    @SkyHelpTeam A message was displayed saying tests unavailable. However, it's now saying there is a known outage in the area, so you might want to stop giving people a generic response now and let them know it's being dealt with.
