@SkyHelpTeam so I'm out of contract with my package paying £143 a month 🤬 if I was a new customer it would cost me £88 a month, do I need to cancel my account and start as a new customer or will you match the price.

@SkyHelpTeam hi Sky, I am a new customer who can't get any on demand content including boxsets. Apparently its a known issue and I've been passed from pillar to post regarding the issue, it was logged multiple times but issue still present and on one is giving me any updates!

@SkyHelpTeam still frequently disconnecting broadband. You sent us a new filter which didn’t even fit, we’ve tried a new cable anyway but judging by your replies on here this is a really WIDESPREAD UK issue and not isolated? What are you going to do about it ?

So now @SkyUK chat is closed and no one has bothered to respond. I’m now being directed again to call and waste more time. Looks like a sit tight situation. Doesn’t help that I’m out of contract. A little lesson in spend £10 to keep a customer or spend £100 to get new!

Absolutely disgusted by @SkyHelpTeam today, due to an error on their part, my dad who is on a state pension has a bill of 290 pound to pay, because they changed over his tariff without his knowledge, I don’t use them anyway but I’ll never return to them!
