Today marks one week without internet at home - one week since @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam promised it would take 'two working days' to fix and it was an @OpenreachHelp issue. Still no date for fix, still paying £20 a month for sweet fa, still the stress of being unable to work properly

@SkyHelpTeam Did so, got an automated message that if I was having a problem with broadband, I'd get a text when it is fixed. Not hugely helpful. I'll call again tomorrow, but I don't hold out a lot of hope. Needless to say, as a customer I feel very shoddily treated.

@SkyUK sky is a joke, not been able to watch Sky most of the holidays as my remote for my Sky Stream is not working, I was also promised Tesco vouchers for the cost of the time I'm loosing, nor recieved them 😡

@SkyUK @skytv I've moved house and it says sky will be switched on next Saturday with an engineer but I have a dish on the house and the box is plugged in can yoh help it get switched on without a visit.

@SkyHelpTeam afraid to say I haven't had Internet now for nearly 12 hours, not so much of a problem while I was asleep but automated messages of "we're working on it" aren't really informative customer services. Trying to start a workday with no network isn't going to go well...

@SkySports your bias towards the so called super 6 is so bad when Leeds beat Chelsea that got no chat after the match whatsoever has you had another game to show now you can’t give Leeds 1 second without going to adverts you haven’t given the teams out yet

@SkyHelpTeam why won't any thing download from Sky channels on my box? 4OD, BBC and ITV all work fine, but nothing from sky will download. Sometimes gets to 23% but then fails, most of time it just stays at 0%. Are you having problems with Sky content again?

@SkyHelpTeam It sat at 0% until I added something from BBC to the download queue, then it downloaded to 26% and now it says it has failed, but it doesn't give any reason. The BBC show queued after it downloaded perfect though. So it's clearly a problem with Sly shows.

@SkyHelpTeam Since I got their super new router, I have to follow this advice at least once a week. Sky are probably proud their instructions work. I’m just irritated that I need to use them so often, especially when the cut out means I lose work.
