Its in the contract all clubs sign. Sky do NOT want to be broadcasting empty stadiums around the world, it hurts their business image.

@SkyHelpTeam so here we go again, intermittent internet service in North East! The worst service possible! Can you tell me how to claim a refund and compensation for loss of income? I will be leaving Sky as had enough of the poor service on all levels!
