    @SkyHelpTeam hi my sky go app keeps giving me error 1204, but I have a subscription an it has been working for ages an yesterday when i went to watch sky go it started giving me this error!! Very very annoying please help!

    @SkyHelpTeam so having done every test under the sun and spending 1 hour and 20 mins on the phone to the โ€˜help teamโ€™ Iโ€™m still suffering with pathetic WiFi and have to wait till Feb 4th for a visit! @virginmedia hurry up and come to Newhaven! #notimpressed

    @SkyUK being advised to use your online service of which Iโ€™ve done after making a 3rd call for the same issue after having 2 engineers sent you...... clearly I already did that no one wants a painful hour conversation where your not trusted to plug something in correctly

    @SkyHelpTeam I recently tried to cancel my sky package but was offered a good deal to keep it going. Shortly after everything was confirmed I received a letter warning of an Early Termination charge, this was odd as there was no break in contract. At the time I spoke to C service who said..

    Abomination. PL needs to make a rule that penultimate games must be play in Sat and Sun. Itโ€™s the final home game for half the league. Cancelling @SkySports and never going back. Shameful and greedy. I hope the relegation battle is all wrapped up before that fixture.
