@SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

@SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

@SkyUK been holding on for an hour tonight to cancel my TV subscription. Spoke to someone on 38 mins who said hold on a minute, an hr in still listening to music/adverts. You go on the sky page and it gives you tel numbers to complain, what a joke! Seriously peed off!

@davidmillzy @SkySports Of course, doubtless. I do believe that it would be a consistent outcome tho. It sucks that football ownership is now way beyond wealthy individuals, it’s countries/ royal families etc, people who want to cleanse their money making them inherently bad choices in the first place
