Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

@JJFletcher7 @LANGAS1892 @andy_gurr Not true... Sky could cancel all live home games of Newcastle and reduce their payments..they have the right as it harms the name of SkySports. Its in the contract all clubs sign. Sky do NOT want to be broadcasting empty stadiums around the world, it hurts their business image.

@SkyHelpTeam Issue has been resolved by email team. However in future it would be helpful if the first person who can't resolve the issue and has to pass me on to someone who can explains my problem beforehand so I don't have to explain everything again 1/2
