Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

@jl7213 @SkyHelpTeam Yes so your line is okay (thats what the test tells you) but your wifi is poor. So after the test runs and it asks you if you think there is still and issue and to run wifi troubleshooting you need to do that

@SkyHelpTeam Activation date 12 December. The new box is to be sent by courier so nothing to do with strikes. This problem is not the past office. This is sky. I have made 9 phone calls to sky thus far. This is not Royal Mail.
