@SkyHelpTeam I did try this. Your Sky Community Help pages are riddled with people having the same issue for various upgrades. Clearly a problem on the website when a range of devices get the same errors. Perhaps you could escalate it to the relevant team.

@Pt2537 @SkyHelpTeam It shouldn't be failing but it's not unheard-of either. I have intermittent issues where I either lose certain batches of channels or everything altogether that lasts for 12hrs or so.
