@SkyHelpTeam The internet is slow too slow and had 2 visits from engineers who said the problem is fixed but now the rest of the streets is not working and getting questioned as to what our issue was! I just want my internet with the minimum speed you guarantee not 20% of your minimum

The difference in agendas is if @Arsenal had been 0-2 down & bagged a late winner in a cup match the usual @SkySports pundits would be lining up the ‘club in a rut’ cliches & the #ArtetaOut brigade firing up their Twitter accounts. Football reporting is just so tabloid

@SkyHelpTeam As I expected customer loyalty with sky comes at a price. New customer £76 compared to existing apparently platinum vip customer - £103 for same package. No brainier really - cancel and become a new customer!

@SkyHelpTeam Have done that 4 times so far has two engineers and still not fixed and still can’t watch tv on my mini boxes because the internet is too slow! I’ve spoken to someone to escalate it as it’s an issue outside of my house and my control

@SkySports 0 it’s piss poor. It’s well known but is only being mentioned because of what happened between Liverpool and Tottenham. Newcastle have had awful decisions against us all season which is why we are making the complaint.

@SkySports The problem with refereeing in England is the arrogance of the refs to not adopt methods that work in Europe+ rest of the world to the Premier league. Look at the first season of VAR where they had monitor but hardly ever used it. Atm 0/10.
