@SkyHelpTeam I done a swap on my mobile, sent the phone back. Today I got a message saying damage on the phone. That phone was in perfect working condition with no damage. Didn’t even have a scratch on it. How do I find out what the “damage” is? It’s now taken £108 off the total.
