@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkyUK - why do need to contact you to negotiate new offers? Surely customer care means the onus is on you to care for customers! We’ve been customers for 14.5 years & the best you can do is nothing to help as we’re in contract until February 2022!

@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@McGlynnius @SkyHelpTeam Hey, just thought I’d let you know we made a complaint this morning by phone. They looked into it and said they’d send out an engineer to to take a look asap as to what’s happening. Guy on the phone said it should be ‘fixed soon’, but that’s what they said a week ago 😒
