Class service from @SkyHelpTeam. Broadband broken, an engineer comes. Says it’s fixed, it’s not. Wait another two weeks only to be sent a TV engineer. Now having to wait even longer. My wife - an NHS nurse - and I can’t do the work we need to from home. Great job guys!

@SkyUK I am sad to say your 400-500mb Broadband is coming in at 20-70mb and has been like this for me for weeks now. Whilst paying for ‘ultra fast plus’. Very poor and waiting for customer services to get back to me for days isn’t funny any more. Not impressed
