Class service from @SkyHelpTeam. Broadband broken, an engineer comes. Says it’s fixed, it’s not. Wait another two weeks only to be sent a TV engineer. Now having to wait even longer. My wife - an NHS nurse - and I can’t do the work we need to from home. Great job guys!

@SkyHelpTeam you need to make it possible for people to remove things from their package on the My Sky app, never an agent available on live chat and takes too long on hold to ever get to speak to anyone on the phone, is this a deliberate ploy to stop people downgrading?

@SkyUK Sky TV = Crooked cheating bastards. Sky Q boxes go wrong, phoned, they make zero attempt to fix. Tell me engineer required, will be 2/3 weeks or i can pay £15 for quicker. Accept this then get a text saying £25. Their equipment thats gone wrong! Spread the word, AVOID SKY!
