    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam Any idea when faster broadband will be available. Been told for last 5 years I will get a port when available and been struggling to work at home with poor 9mb for a house of 4 people. Radio says 55% homes already upgraded. Not mine
