@SkySports It was tough they played well but taking off Jack Glealish I don’t get that at all he’s the only one that could get into there defence to cause a bit of trouble no wonder he looked a bit pissed as for the penalty I’m not sure about England must move on from this quickly

By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

@SkyHelpTeam He said we should use an ethernet cable to the sky box because the Sky box and hub are close to each other. He did that and initially everything was good, but within days it was slow and we tested and speeds were nothing like speeds we were told we're getting, and still aren't

@SkyHelpTeam It’s not working still. My preference is set to download in HD but everything keeps ‘download failed’. I can start download in SD but I pay for HD and expect HD. With all the problems I’ve been having I’m considering binning SKY off!
