ian (@xStormxBringeRx) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandIn all fairness to those that have @SkyUK broadband. It is an awful service. We suffered nothing but outages so we changed to #virginmedia as soon as we could. Went from around 35Mb to 200Mb then upgraded to 350Mb before I went onto Gig1.

Been on the phone to 150 to non-English speaking people and being hung up on. Awful awful service. Not one to moan
