@SkyHelpTeam We know there is an issue with connection to our property. The OpenReach engineer identified a fault 4m from our house, exactly where @CityFibre were digging.

@SkySports In Scotland St Mirren and Celtic weren’t allowed to cancel the game even though St Mirren had only 4 first team playing the other 7+ reserves!! St Mirren played a brilliant game and managed a 0-0 draw!! I’ll never understand SPFL powers that he’s thinking or deduction!

@SkyUK 5.5 hours on the phone and Sky have managed to mess up my eSIM. Currently have 2 Sky phones and an iPad all completely locked due to incompetency. Easy to break. Apparently not so easy to fix. Was told would be sorted by 9pm this evening

@SkyHelpTeam hi! How can a customer of 30 years get a worse tv package deal than a new customer for the exact same package and broadband and be nearly £60 cheaper! Don’t want the stream package as WiFi is rubbish in area think this is an absolute disgrace

@SkyUK @weareopenreach it seems like Openreach are the problem. Yr engineer couldn't connect the wire but disappeared, not returned, but told Sky it was connected, who told @virginmedia who cancelled our current internet
