    I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I couldn’t wait 20 minutes. I’ll try at a quieter time but that is another month passed. Every time I’ve tried to cancel on line I get that same message.

    @virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, despite an engineer unable to find any faults our Internet it's pants. It's been below the guaranteed minimum speed since 3rd Feb. I read on sky if its below for a period of time we are entitled to a refund and cancel with no penalty is that correct plz?

    @SkyUK having submitted two complaints about our broadband speeds dropping well below the advertised 16mbps we have not heard anything at all. How can the boys do their remote learning with such bad broadband. Any help to get this resolved?
