BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. They call me on a daily basis on different numbers even though it's the same people. They are aggressive and often call back when you hang up on them @skyuk need to do something about them
