@ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

@SkySports WHY do we have to continue listening to Andy Walker on Rangers games. He has ONE agenda - and has had one since day 1 - to get Morelos into bother. No doubt we will get umpteen replays of the incident - strangely, we don’t get same when it’s the other way round.

@SkyHelpTeam You know you are just repeating what the previous person said. You have no idea how frustrating it is! We had to raise a formal complaint to even get SkyQ in the first place. Then your engineer doesn't turn up and noone had the courtesy to tell us they weren't coming. Really poor

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I’m due to receive a new broadband hub tomorrow and the service will be turned on on Monday. I currently have sky broadband anyway. Can I set the new box up tomorrow or do I have to wait until Sunday night/Monday morning? Thanks
