    @SkySports WHY do we have to continue listening to Andy Walker on Rangers games. He has ONE agenda - and has had one since day 1 - to get Morelos into bother. No doubt we will get umpteen replays of the incident - strangely, we don’t get same when it’s the other way round.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

    @SkyUK no internet connection since 5pm yesterday yet website says no issues - when I call I get an automated message - how can I get an update on this?

    @SkyHelpTeam are there internet problems in Edinburgh? Internet suddenly stopped working and can’t get an engineer until next week!! Not great. I will be seeking compensation.

    The new customer retention strategy @SkyHelpTeam is to switch off email communications and make customers wait 20 minutes in call centre queue. Won’t stop me, I’ll go old fashioned and put it in a letter as per contract terms. It’ll be sent registered post #dissatisfiedcustomer

    @SkyHelpTeam Does it not tell you in tweet !!!!! You team seem to think that someone else reading my emails is not a data protection leak while I can't sign in to read them as my account has been merged with another account.....3 hours wasted today add that to 2 other days

    Well this is ****. Sky broadband down for the last hour and no Engineer appointments until the 7th — I’m sure my work will be delighted! Hopefully just a local issue as others appear in the same boat. @SkyHelpTeam

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam over 3 hours on phone to 3 different people ...2 cut me off deliberately...Great customer service...problem still not sorted.....would you like your emails being displayed on someone else's account and not being able to sign in to your email account

    @ianfieldhouse @SkyHelpTeam We’re in Edinburgh and our sky broadband cut out around an hour ago, we were offered an engineer app for the 11th managed to get one for the 6th but here’s hoping it gets fixed soon

    @SkyHelpTeam Have now lost my Internet totally in nr16 2. So wheres the update sky.amazing 9 years I was with bt and never had a problem 1 year with sky and had 4 engineer visit and 3 total outages. Don't care about contracts and fines you will not get a penny out of me. I'm going back to bt

    @David_J_Stevens @SkyHelpTeam Same. My broadband is down in Portrush, Northern Ireland. Can't perform the online test as I get the same error message as your photo. Phone line says ring in the morning. We are in the middle of a 6 week lockdown here and this is my 3rd outage this year!

    @sturatcliffe @SkyHelpTeam It seems to be an intermittent national issue, however my broadband has been fine, as has my dad’s but others who live nearby are having issues

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so again we have internet problems. Yes it’s nationwide but for a year where many have relied on it for shopping, keeping in touch with family it’s not really a good thing. Is there a major problem somewhere that the customer is not aware off?
