@CraigCraigsmith @Thedouglout79 @LiamWinstanley3 @SkyUK Most entertaining game I’ve seen in years was this/last season. Hibs v Hamilton. Accies 2-0 down with 10 men (no pissing about with two bookings, this was a proper red) came back to 2-2, missed a penalty and Hibs won it in stoppage time. Played at 150mph - marvellous fun.

@SkyHelpTeam I have done so several times to no avail. Promises not kept by @SkyUK. You are now 96 hours passed activation date! Yet I received SMS’s that I am activated! How does that work? Why should I get in touch? Sort out the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam Hey thanks i have sky + q box and mini in my bedroom it just seems to be all sky channels are pixelated and the blu signal screen comes on other channels and wifi is absolutely fine

@SkyHelpTeam hi there I'm having wifi connectivity issues with my broadband. The connection went yesterday afternoon and it is still ongoing. I've never had this problem before. I have went through the troubleshooting advice on the website but nothing has changed.

@SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

Class service from @SkyHelpTeam. Broadband broken, an engineer comes. Says it’s fixed, it’s not. Wait another two weeks only to be sent a TV engineer. Now having to wait even longer. My wife - an NHS nurse - and I can’t do the work we need to from home. Great job guys!

@SkyHelpTeam have you looked at your @GooglePlay Store app ratings and comments recently? 1.6 must be one of the lowest ratings going with lots of annoyed customers - what are you doing to fix it? App hasn't been updated in 2 years!

@SkyHelpTeam got new mobile today. Unable to activate sim or link sky ID. Called to request help and was told as ordered online it had created a new account. Been told unable to link to my existing sky ID and only solution was to send phone back and reorder over phone!! Really??

@SkyUK I believe there are teething problems with Sky Glass & was advised to wait a few years before considering it. The problem with an Internet only connection is it leaves you vulnerable to receiving nothing if something catastrophic happens to the already crammed fibre technology.

@SK21878 @jessfearnehough @SkyUK Our virgin package went up to £140 a month, took me ages but got it down to £69 with faster bb speed, 2 boxes, full uhd and Netflix included - this includes a mobile SIM card worth £25 a month I don’t even use, still in the envelope in the drawer! Ask for that

@SkyHelpTeam Hi - no outage (the tick goes green) however it says that it cannot find my hub. I then go through the power off/on process and get back to 2 green lights, nothing lit for internet.

@SkyHelpTeam Found it but got at least a 45 min wait watchdog ofcom and the papers are going to find out about this u fone to cancel then that should be it but not with sky it seems hate to think how many people this happens to thank god I'm with gigclear now
