  @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I will, but that does not help other customers who get two pre recorded messages, first saying wait time is one hour, then another saying 20 minutes. Pre-record suggests this is delibrate tactic, not because of a one off busy period.

  @rawkode @SkyUK Oh you'll get MUCH more than that. I've never been so harassed as when I dropped @SkyUK. It goes on for months, by mail, text, mobile and landline calls. (And we didn't terminate our contract early).

  I have tried to cancel @LFCTV for 3 months now. On line you get a message saying they can’t do it right now and you call @SkyUK and they tell you it will be a 20 minute wait. It’s a con stay away from it. @SkyHelpTeam

  @SkyHelpTeam Hi. We have a serious problem with our Sky TV/receiver/cable issue. Called on Christmas Eve. Still not resolved. More frustratingly... Missed calls from engineers because they don't ring for long! Is there a way we can call them back?? They only call once in a day?

  @SkyHelpTeam No date booked because the issue was passed onto the 'emergency response' team for quicker action? And had to wait for a call from them. Which is the call we've missed. So issue is still ongoing. Needed quicker action but feels like it's been long 5 days!
