    Assuming anyone without @SkySports won’t be able to watch the Serbia game legally. What a travesty, considering the only way to see our biggest game for over two decades is on TV. Got the potential to lift the nation and we have never needed it so much.

    @SkyHelpTeam Does it not tell you in tweet !!!!! You team seem to think that someone else reading my emails is not a data protection leak while I can't sign in to read them as my account has been merged with another account.....3 hours wasted today add that to 2 other days

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I switched to sky broadband this week but all social media apps are not working properly or loading information/pictures etc. Work on 4g, and web browser works on WiFi no problem.

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam over 3 hours on phone to 3 different people ...2 cut me off deliberately...Great customer service...problem still not sorted.....would you like your emails being displayed on someone else's account and not being able to sign in to your email account

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just signed up for Sky Broadband and can’t access the MySky app as I’ve had a SkyID linked to my email address when I was a customer 4 years ago. How can I access this again, can I resurrect my old SkyID?

    @luke_sm17 @SamDONWalsh @SkyHelpTeam Their reply makes no sense, because they never broadcast in UHD at 9pm. UHD is for download only unless it's a sports event. So forgive me for not trusting to believe their flimsy, unapologetic reply.

    @SkyHelpTeam really want is going on with sky q these days. The formats are a joke, come on to watch last of us episode 3 and the uhd format isn’t there. The recording and series link and finding episodes nowadays is so clunky and unreliable. Really poor @sky

    @SkyUK why is there still no UHD version of the Last of Us? You’re charging for a premium service that you can’t deliver, this isn’t acceptable, get it sorted.

    @f1cowboyman @SkyHelpTeam I downloaded it in HD in the end. Poor from Sky, especially as we have to pay extra for UHD, there isn’t that much content for it and they don’t even have a UHD channel.
