@SkyHelpTeam hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. We need the engineer to come back and change it

@SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

@SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

@SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

New @SkySports score app is absolutely horrific. Way too many adverts. Betting shoved down your throat, then you get a Super 6 ad! Can only fit 3 games on the screen at a time!

@SkyUK i called to complain about my broadband being **** and wanted to lodge a complaint. Your advisor said “if you pursue the complaint then you will have to pay the early termination charge and if you don’t complain then I’ll waive the charge” Ofcom here i come!

@SkyHelpTeam The biggest inconvenience is the piss poor service you provide, customer service is useless, no one answers the phone, had ongoing issues since the installation day, but you can’t find any problems, strange how this never happened with BT services
