@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam Can I have an ETA for resumption of Talk service in the BENFLEET area please? This outage has lasted almost 24 hours now & my parents are both at risk elderly customers with CARE alarms that rely on a working line. Please advise.

@SkyHelpTeam That’s not the worst of it - The beeping sound it emitted from there was so loud, it affected everyone’s Alexa and made it sing “Nessun Dorma”.

@SkyHelpTeam Might be helpful if you actually read the tweet! The email complaint page was and still (5 mins ago) does not work. It would be nice to email customer service to raise the pricing issue without having to find a well hidden complaint form. Is there a direct email address please?

@SkyHelpTeam Service checker is just a tick box exercise. It doesn't work . I get all green ticks yet when I use other software to SKY it finds issues. The checker doesn't find things that are going off its just there to make it harder for you to challenge them about poor service
