    @SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

    @SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

    @SkyHelpTeam It's not possible, they called a number that the bill payer, Janet, has never used. It is in no way linked to her other than her being the previous bill payer of that @O2 phone number. They didn't even know she was already a customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma, unfortunately the sub titles aren’t working on any channel or program on our new sky stream box. If I can’t get them working I’m going to have to cancel my contract inside the cooling off period so would appreciate any help.

    @SkyHelpTeam That only mentions if I'm cancelling because I am moving to another provider, but I'm not as I don't need broadband where I am moving to. How can I just cancel completely?

    @DannyWoodwad @SkyUK If only that were possible. @SkyUK force an 18 month contract with penalty for early cancellation. If there was no contract I would have binned everything “Sky”. Actually, let’s see what the penalty is, maybe I’ll take the £ knock in favour of better, reliable service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, last Thursday I reported my SkyID as being locked, after speaking to 2 people, I had a text that evening saying my issue has been referred to another team but have heard nothing since, I would have assumed this was a simple account unlock? please help.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to talk to someone now about this for 2 days. Can’t get speaking to anyone online or via phone . Just the assist bot, which while does provide many options, was unable to help.
