@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam As a valued customer for 8 years I don’t feel the offer I have been given is a good one so due discontinue Tuesday have seen you offer better deals to new customers so was trying one last time but with his attitude glad to be leaving, I’m afraid Laura
