@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam It’s getting really annoying, I am at sky HD +plus customer I have a 2TB box in the living room 1Tb box in bedroom, got an email ,the new price increase from April an extra £3 per month, I don’t know why I’m not receiving any new channels or services 1/2

Not much help from @SkyHelpTeam Bill goes up, have to ring to downgrade but wrong number on the app! Incompetent person on the phone who doesn't understand my questions. Bills going up but no one available to discuss how to reduce them. Less for more

@SkyHelpTeam 2/2.paramount+ we get a limited selection, no discovery+, without our money you never be able to bring out the sky Q box,its features, WE are left behind, your answer is upgrade, we lose everything on our box, yet we have to pay another increase,
