@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam Broadband dropping in and out since 2/11/21. From 9/11/21 also no phone line. Can't ring you as have poor mobile coverage and am lucky if the internet stays in long enough to send this. Known faults reported in my area (Rhoose) since 8/11/21. Please help!

It’s taking soo long for @SkyHelpTeam to remove an old order for Sky Glass that I initially cancelled, and I can’t reorder! Apparently the system is just stuck - I bet by the time it’s off my account the stock will be awful
