@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Becca, just to say that I still haven't heard anything. Apparently I am meant to be getting a call back today but nothing yet. Really feeling let down by Sky and very frustrating that the only way of speaking to the relevant team is for them to call me.

@SkyHelpTeam I called vip number yesterday but man transferred me to another lady who told me that the team that deal with this issue would call today. Dont know what team are called, only that no one can transfer me to them!

@SkyHelpTeam It would be nice to know what the fault is myself. All I can get out of sky is they are aware of an issue in my area. But when I check the sky service status is says no issues. When I try to ring I get an automated message saying they know about the issue.
