    @SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

    @SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

    @SkyHelpTeam So if it's left unattended how would you suggest I do that? Train the pet rat or dog perhaps? Why display it at all? This will physically irreparably damage customers' OLED TV - PLEASE escalate this and get it fixed before it does, someone sues, and this thread is Exhibit A.

    @SkyHelpTeam But why display this when the TV is paused? You never used to, this is new, and it *will* damage OLED TVs at which point I guess I'll be suing you for the cost of the damage to my television?

    @SkyUK oh dear, I've asked for help on being able to watch TV in my bedroom and have asked if we can buy an extra mini box. Your help team have excelled themselves telling me to move a box from another room, how would we then watch TV in the other room ?Time to switch providers

    @SkyUK is there a problem with Sky at the moment? There are no programmes being broadcast on our Tv at the moment but we can still see the options.

    @bizzielizzita @SkyHelpTeam Only 4 times I had to reboot sky Q about 10 times every day. Not one problem in 2 weeks with sky glass
