@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam If I do or not is a moot point, it’s an area wide issue and lots of elderly people do not have mobile phones. If the fault is not ours why should we spend all our time chasing it? For a help team I don’t think you understand the word help!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve been doing that constantly and it keeps saying there’s an outage and you’re working on it. I’ve been trying continually to check for further updates and either your website has crashed or is on the brink of something for it won’t load 😤

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, this is one of the first things I did. I then went around each room checking the signal strength on every channel and none of them solve the issue in the majority of rooms.

@SkyHelpTeam I also have boosters, and I tried adding one or two on for the worst affected part of the house and it made things worse and also affected the tv (the issue not fixed for over a year).

@SkyUK No mine, has my @O2 mobile beside it, because right now I get a better connection over wifi hotspot to that, than I do over my piss poor wired connection provided by you! #bad customerservice

@SkyHelpTeam Good Morning, my Sky Broadband was connected 8 days ago. I appreciate that speeds may vary for the first 14 days, but I’ve had 35mbs everyday since it was connected; never gone up or down. It falls well short of the minimum guaranteed speed of 52mbs.

Can anyone suggest an alternative to @skytv ? They are charging me far too much and their customer services and website are inconsistent and not helpful. @SkyHelpTeam
