    @AlastairCummins @SkyHelpTeam I had that. They sent someone (I think from openreach) to fix it. They did some work definitely outside the house. No problems with rain since. This was maybe 2 years ago.

    @SkyHelpTeam @AmericanQueen22 I think you’ll find that patience is running UNDERSTANDABLY THIN. There’s nothing quite like paying for a service you’re not getting is there Sky mobile? Let’s just hope that nobody comes to harm as a result of not being able to make an urgent call.
