@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyUK getting really annoyed with how rubbish and slow the broadband has been in the last week. Trying to run Google classrooms for 3 kids home schooling and it either doesn't work or is so slow it kicks us off. Contracts up on 19th thinking of leaving

@SkyHelpTeam We had issues with the connection last week and they were sorted. But there is no issues now when we do a line check. But it's so slow and cuts out constantly. No good when we have 3 kids home schooling and I'm trying to teach remotely
