    @SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

    @SkySports #gooners as both an @Arsenal and @ntfc fan I find it hard to accept modern whinging fans! Yes we have been terrible at times compared with aw set high targets. But please reflect how infrequently how fans of other clubs get to see their teams lift up trophies!

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm entering the exact wording on both laptop and mobile apps into the text box and nothing is coming up at all. Just getting frustrated now. We believe it's to do with my email being linked with an old ID which is impossible as I'm a new customer/email. Any ideas? Cheers.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been though all this last week and have already tried rebooting everything today. SkyQ cannot hold connection to router as a assume signal too weak - have 2 kids using 4G off their phones! Not good enough
