@SkyUK awful company during the pandemic there was no way to cancel my subscription, you can't do it online and you didn't answer the phone, I'm now getting debp emails again after a year, you already had £600 off me for a further 2yrs after my contract had been moved! 😤🤬

Interesting call with @SkyUK - called to ask if they have any deals for broadband for my renewal to match what I've found online. Told no so will be switching to Now - It's NEVER happened to me that a service provider has chosen to lose a customer instead of doing a deal!

@SkyHelpTeam I do not have an installation date as I type 🙈 and have an urge to cancel my subscriptions altogether. Note that my subscription includes Broadband, TV and my landline. I am still also paying for my old subscription with a competitor just to retain some broadband facility 😡😡
