    @SkyHelpTeam Got a new Q box& connected properly but only got 2 green lights. says, there is no internet connection. Both on phone&on laptop.Sent an online help link. Carried out test & say's it can't find my hub. Got to end & it didn't show the helpline number. Internet light is not lit up.

    @inmonopinion @SkyUK @virginmedia Bit harsh. I mean, I do know what I’m saying ... Sky couldn’t offer us what we wanted. They were absolutely amazing. Virgin can, and are with all the street. No issues. I don’t like being warned either 😳

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ll try but have you tried to get a Sky engineer to actually visit your property over the last year? Hence why we’ve gone through 3 Sky Q boxes and still have a problem

    @SkyUK 1. Why has my internet subscription price increased? 2. Why is there no longer any contact number for customer service to complain about how poor your service is?

    @SkyHelpTeam I did at the time, it was part of the offer. I can't upgrade my service as I pay for the best on offer in this area. My equipment is for sure showing as the most recent available hub.

    @SkyHelpTeam Once this is sorted we’re still having problems our Sky Q box - we’ve had three replacement boxes in the last six months... they just keep freezing
