    @SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

    @SkyHelpTeam can you advise what number I call to find out if I am still in contract. Your broadband service is bad at the best of times but to be completely out for this length of time is ridiculous

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi my broadband is fine but TV is stuck on Sky blue screen all morning. Tried rebooting several times no change. Would this be linked to the outage?

    @SkyHelpTeam The problem is there are no updates. All it says is there is an outage. What your customers need is an estimated time on when our services will be back and up and running. It says it takes a couple of hours but it's been over 12!
