@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

As I said - let them have their 5 mins and normal service will be resumed. Best West Ham team in 40 years they said! Let’s start the campaign for @SkySports to headline every show with “Rice needs to leave to win something” even a non West Ham show.

@claudelittner @SkyUK I had an increase from £94.00 to £161.00 but after a call to a very nice man and dumping things I don't use he managed to get it down to £98.00 but and a big but Iwas at the end of my contract.I think the fixed contract should be Scrapped to create better competition and fairness

@claudelittner @SkyUK Well said Claude, but this is standard practice across the industries of TV, Internet, Phone. Also 'new customer' offers that screw over loyal customers should be banned (like car insurance). Time to lobby the government !

@SkyHelpTeam @claudelittner Mine has risen too,I never had a letter or email to say it was going up, and since I swapped to Sky our internet is so slow compared to BT, we have rang in numerous occasions to get this rectified and have got nowhere, so certainly NOT value for money!!🤬😡
