@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam is there and issue with Sky in Chippenham SN15. Some channels saying there is an issue with our satellite signal other channels are fine. We do not have an aerial, all tv comes via dish.

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, but none of the steps have worked as it drops out for a minute or two and then comes back on, usually before any diagnostic has been completed. It’s now also affecting my Sky Q box’s connectivity. Seems like a number of others are having the same problem.

@ODDSbible @SkySports is a ******* joke. They hardly show any games anymore, sharing with BT. Time the prem had their own streaming service, costs too much for everything, robbing bastards!!!
