@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam - genuine question, do you think it’s acceptable for a customer to have had in excess of 3hrs outbound calling, speaking to around approx 8 different advisors to try to move forward on this one issue?! Today’s call was 1.15hrs.

@SkyUK You may want to invest in your customer service. Had to wait 25 mins to report a fraudulent direct debit (not a customer), to be assured they would look into it (this before I gave them any personal information)🤦

It's impossible to log an issue with @SkyUK online. Have to either call them, community help or use their Virtual Assistant which can't understand WiFi is turned off cause it's not used. 6+ weeks on 23mb/s should be min 25 normal 35. Terrible service.
