@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam Actually, managed to get the Sky support number from a forum and got through to a brilliant support guy called Stan in Bulgaria. He solved the issue and left me pleased… but your VA just sent me round and round in a spiral of shite…

@SkyUK, can someone please contact me and help me understand why Sky has taken £947.81 from my account in the last 3 months. This is more than double our normal subscription costs, and when we called up, the advisor was very rude and just tried to blame our bank! Not happy.
