@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

Hoping the @SkyHelpTeam can fix the outage of #broadband in local area before we all wake up because if not none of us will wake up due to reliance on smart devices & also #SheHulk tomorrow morning was looking forward to that while having lunch before work.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. But there is a phone line issue in E13. Its over 2 days now so it should be fixed. The landlines is important to us so it seems its not something you can sort or control. This leaves us with no options but to change providers.
