    @SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

    @SkySports @SkySportsF1 can you help resolve an app issue please? all other sky sports channels are working but when i load the F1 channel i get a few seconds of feed and am then told there's an issue with my connection. there isn't. all other apps are working fine! 😡
