@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam Yep loads of times and have even called customer service loads, and all they’ve said is that “the area has poor connection”, something like that. All we want is a new router, we’ve had ours for YEARSSSS.

@KarlaHilton1 @SkySports Last year defence did well. This year admittedly a lot of teething issues but we're still rebuilding & we already acknowledged we needed a CB. Doesn't reflect on the manager. Look at Liverpool is Klopp suddenly crap now? As long as Ole fixes it for next year there's no issue
