@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

So, to recap; LFC and Manchester City run their clubs in pretty much the same manner and both have foreign owners who infused cash to make the clubs successful. @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my sky Q failed last night and the quickest you can send an engineer to just plug a new one in is in 2 weeks time, surely you have a quicker response time than that when a customer loses all TV & mini boxes!
