@skytv I would have voted no. I was a Sky customer for 20+ year & dreaded the annual argument with your re: the 100 - 200% price increase. Your unethical clause stating you can increase monthly prices whenever you want forced me to cancel for good. Miss SkySports; don't miss your lies.

@SkyHelpTeam unbelievable service guys, three weeks ago I had fully functioning broadband and now after upgrading to super fast broadband I've been left disconnected for two weeks after my activation date. I truly cannot believe you manage to retain customers. #SkyQ

Unbelievable service received from @SkyUK . I ordered sky glass and a puck for the kids bedroom. TV turns up damaged and a non working puck. Have to wait a week for a replacement. Just an apology received the fact I’m paying for something I can’t use, I can’t get money back.😡

@SkyHelpTeam Hi yes I have HD. This sky mini box does this all the time. Always asking me to upgrade to watch packages I already have. Frequently says it loses@connection despite the booster box having all 3 lights on. I had the issue again on Friday

@virginmedia ... I didn't get signals as bad as these during massive storms with a @SkyUK satellite dish. Sort this out, and don't tell NG24 there is no problem when we call you. Listen. Liars
