@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam is it really neccessary to send 5 sheets of paper plus 2 envolopes unsolicisted for a “Sky Protect” offer? You must have cut a forest down to send this down to all of your customers. An email surely would have sufficed? Very poor.

@SkyHelpTeam another disappointing installation issue!!! Having specifically requested a two man team to go on the roof - only one engineer has been assigned. Installation can’t be completed as it’s a two man job. Can this be rebooked ASAP!?

@SkyHelpTeam Yep. The main sky q box never cuts out but whenever the internet goes the mini boxes do too and it’s always when I’m watching a new episode of a tv show. So annoying.
