@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam A week ago! The cable broke a week ago, this was reported immediately.. and there has been NO progress. I have a key worker at home who needs the internet first thing in the morning.... please tell me how you are going to resolve this issue...

Call @SkyUK and get told ive called incorrect department, colleague transfers me to again the incorrect department, on 3rd time I get told its not their fault I keep calling wrong number. Awful customer services.

@SkyHelpTeam your customer service is appalling. On telling 2 of tour colleagues i only have 1 tv. They ignored that fact and tried to up sell me multiroom, presumably for a better commission. I highly recommend you retrain your staff, to listen to the customers needs first.
