@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam £15 is a joke for a weekend visit because our sat dish is completely broken! You obviously know that's the only time many customers can book! We already pay Sky £100+ a month and have been a loyal customer for over 18 years and this is how you repay loyal custom! 🤬

@SkyHelpTeam Its just random, it will ask for it for 'world chase tag' but not 'house of the dragon' but does for 'game of thrones' i just dont understand why it has option to remove it when it doesn't work.

@SkyUK is there a problem in the BD17 area? My broadband is constantly dropping in and out every 2 to 3 mins. A real pain in the backside.

@SkyHelpTeam sky q remote stopped working, couldn’t play pause etc but could turn volume up n down…reset at wall and changed batteries and nothing working can’t turn box on as remote won’t work
