@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyUK @OpenreachHelp 3 wks 3 days with no internet (neighbours also affected). Both of your CEO’s emailed with no reply. No promise of fix date. No idea what else to do, WFH is stressful sharing a phone hotspot!!! Please help get this fixed!

@SkyHelpTeam hi. I have a Sky Q hub with devices connected to it. Some are Ring security cameras which some have poor WiFi connection. Can I connect a TPlink wifi extender to my Sky Q to increase range?
