    @SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

    @SkyUK Has it got as many adverts as skygo? Adverts are getting ridiculous. Been a long customer but it's easier getting it in places you don't need subscriptions. Sort it put.

    @SkyHelpTeam Well that’s one great big inconvenience that I don’t have time for. Please advise of an email address to send a complaint into so that they can then pull the call up themselves and come back to me with a resolution
