@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@PirateAndy666 @SkyUK I do find the tedium of the sponsors showing before and after every single ad break incredibly annoying. When rivals like Netflix Etc. can offer everything 100% advert free, it does show how poorly you treat your customers.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s been over 24 hours. If I didn’t pay my bill for 24 hours you would have a thing or two to say. Getting two updates on 24 hours with limited info is not great customer service
