He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

ArmchairCritique (@PedroT70) reported@SkyUK Despite following all resolution steps on my Sky Q box, hard resets, refreshing apps, and having a 500Mb 5g fibre connection which is stable, no issues elsewhere, why does Paramount + constantly hang, failed to load/ play properly.
