@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

Is it just me or is @SkyUK broadband been absolutely shocking recently? Ring them up and it’s over an hour wait with no help, the help online is basically “unplug it and then plug it back in” you pay all this money for nothing

@SkyHelpTeam Morning. We've had an ongoing outage since Tuesday 16 Feb. The broadband started to come back intermittently over the weekend, and it's been like that ever since. It seems to work between 8am and 12pm and then 1pm to about 9pm. Then it goes out completely overnight.

@SkyHelpTeam you’ve reported online another issue within the LS27 area leaving us with no broadband for nearly a week in total making working from home impossible. Again 48 hours since this occurred when will it be fixed ?
