@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

Rang @SkyUK a couple of weeks ago to upgrade stuff (TV service currently problematic unless streaming). New router went online yesterday - lovely speed. Q box coming in early Jan. then broadband died at noon. 90-min phone call later - no idea what’s wring and will have to ... 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam i signed up to sky a few years ago after being told fibre was available at my address. Only to find out it wasn't and went with another provider. If I want to get sky at my new address am i classed as a new customer?

@SkySports Bring 5 subs rule in and write into the rule that he must use 5 subs every game regardless of how the game is going. If its player welfare he is worried about then it won't be an issue.

@PropFreeLFC @SkySports If he isnt using the 3 subs he already has then his players clearly aren't getting more injuries than normal so what player welfare issues is he worried about? A few managers might agree with him but most arent. Its been voted down 3 times already.

@SkyHelpTeam my one week old #SkyQ has an issue. The picture on the 3 mini boxes keep #freezing or pausing. I have followed all the online help but it is still happening. TV on them is unwatchable. Have tried customer services but the wait time is very long. Any suggestions?
