@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam my mum's internet drops out several times a day (for years). When she calls to report is told "it's working now". Really just needs you to send openreach in to fix this. Help!

@SkyHelpTeam I'm changing networks ASAP, ordered a sim from another network now. Once that becomes active within the next week or two I assume my cooling off period will come into play, and it will be all cancelled without penalty
