@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam After over six months of problems, eventually got through to someone at Sky who knew what they were doing. Not set up properly in the first place hence all the issues. All boxes and boosters not meshed up in the first instance.Basics!!

@SkyHelpTeam voice control remote has just stopped working for the past 2 months "sorry didn't quite get that" error message. Have rebooted, synced remote again, changed batteries..... Still not working 🙄 will you replace? Only had sky q 9months

@SkySports McDonald's is an FA partner. Will this be looked at as well if we're going down this path, given the obesity rates in England? Cars cause massive pollution. Do we ban Chevrolet from sponsoring Man Utd? I could go on and on. Slippery slope, this. Do I even mention Gazprom..?

@0306Jay @SkyHelpTeam I can help, don’t switch to Sky Broadband at the moment. Diabolical speeds and connection regularly dropping out. I’m now looking at Virgin as an alternative.
