@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam Got in contact this evening, spoke to a nice and knowledgeable advisor, Matthew. Will need to ring back tomorrow as we’re still not sure if we’ll stay being a VIP customer with Sky 🥺 Pricing still a bit high for what we’re looking for.
