@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

@SkyUK I have just discovered that I have to sign into the sky store app on the sky glass in order to access purchases I have made. In order to do that I have to remove access from one of my daughters who are at university. Are you going to address the sky store access issue?

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve emailed requesting a new voice control remote as well as someone fixing my wifi and i’m still yet to receive any support or a response. hundreds of pounds and no one can be bothered to provide me a service that i’m paying for. maybe you’ll help if I stop paying.
