    @SkyHelpTeam They set up appointments with BT the problem is outside the house it is a BT issue to be honest, BT won't talk to me I've spoken to a call centre in some foreign country they say a supervisor will call me back in an hr no call back twice!!! Sky are trying but to no avail 😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam is here a problem in the Royston area? I’ve not had internet since last night. Open reach engineer came out and said my equipment is fine, but doesn’t know the issue. I need WiFi to work at home! What’s going on!? And yes I’ve followed the steps online 😓

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks i have been checking but no update since 6 hours ago. I've been unable to work and kids have been unable to home school. There's no update and I need to know whats going on. Is there anything more you can do please? Will I receive a credit for the outage? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam What appalling service. Upgraded elderly parents to SkyQ. Earliest installation date was 8 weeks. That day was today. Engineer says it’s a 2 man job because the dish is on the roof. Now have to wait 4 weeks for that. Not acceptable.
