@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyUK Terrible customer service from Sky today. Overcharged for the past 2 months now to a cost of £130. THIS IS NOT GOOD. And now they are refusing to sort it out. Very tempted to now leave sky and go to a proper company such at @virginmedia #NOTHAPPY #annoyed #overcharged

@Brycey1986 @SkyHelpTeam The mini doesn’t get the TV channels from your broadband so Ethernet or wifi doesn’t matter. It’s all about the connection between Mini and main Q box as they use their own mesh network. You would benefit from a booster halfway between the two.

@laurenmariaaaa_ @SkyHelpTeam Jesus find anything else to moan about much? Yes your problem is with Openreach and you would have had this issue no matter which provider you went to as they all use OR lines. I get it’s frustrating but not much point moaning the ears off poor agents
