    @SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

    @SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Glass does not support it on the Sky Sports football channel. Plus as you have a glass subscription you can no longer watch it on the sky sports app on iPad etc which is unreal given how much we pay per month

    @TheFrostyOne @SkyHelpTeam Yes. Same here in SE8. Sky internet has not been working for the 3-4 hrs. I have tried everything from following instruction on sky tv and online, including rebooting and live chat who all confirmed there is no internet connection and cannot help. Not even available on phone

    @SkyHelpTeam Managed to speak to someone who was EXTREMELY RUDE & UNHELPFUL! As a result iv now cancelled my Sky subscription! Very incompetent you are!

    @SkyHelpTeam “a valued diamond vip” customer is what you quote when you send me emails with sky rewards, I have never been able to access these on the sky app, any idea why?
