@SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

@SkyUK I’ve tried and tried to speak to someone to help change my TV package and update on my fibre order. It’s so painful as a long term customer I expected better support. Why do you make things so difficult- I was then cut off (from my sky mobile) and had a 35m wait

@SkyUK raised a complaint about my broadband service, before I got off the phone I had an email to say you tried to contact me and would close the complaint down within 28 days. Nowhere on the email does it say how to get it touch. How do I reply or get in touch?
