    @SkyHelpTeam Internet down in WN3 area. Interestingly, your status checker states there are no issues affecting the network. It worked all day then stopped all of a sudden. Can you please investigate?

    @virginmedia Nothing worked pressed the red button did nothing. I’m sick of sky’s apparent lack of customer service and ripping me off, I have everything and pay extra for BT sport and if I want a sky Q they want me to stump up more money! @SkyUK I’m trying to reduce my bills not go up
