    @SkyHelpTeam hi my elderly father is having trouble with his sky box. He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

    @SkyHelpTeam @Treegy Well that’s a joke! The whole ex area is down! Dread to think how many customers you’ve fobbed of by telling them they have a faulty router rather then actually looking into the issue!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I activated my Sky Rewards Sainsbury’s coupon, but it wouldn’t scan at checkout. The cashier said there was a Sainsbury’s-wide issue and none of the coupons were working today. My 60-minute activation has now expired. Can you reinstate the reward? Thanks!

    @danielsjourney1 @SkyHelpTeam Buy a Mesh WiFi system. It'll permanently fix your upstairs signal without adding to your monthly bill. Sky lock whole-home coverage hardware behind an extra monthly paywall, so you’ll buy the add-on.

    I commented "we all notice it, right?" on that training video and got bamboozled. Maybe those morons will shut ******** up now and agree that video was indicative of what Tuchel said (and what SkySports has confirmed) He is nowhere near fully fit, and hasn't even recovered from his injury.
