Never used him correctly 1st time around for England though so can't see Southgate doing better. It's pretty easy, win ball, give to Scholes. Let him quarter back everything. The same deal with flat earthers watch "beyond the curve", even with undeniable proof earth is round they refuse to acknowledge it because it doesn't support their beliefs

Charged £50 for non-return of equipment that I have sent proof of return for three times. Assured the charge wouldn’t happen but did anyway! Poor girl in the call centre had no manager on duty at peak time for U.K. calls???

Takes 5 mins and would really help her. Shameful.
