    @scotgov have funded ultra fast broadband in our area to help with families and home-working however @SkyUK won’t let you connect. @SkyUK engineer attends and advises that it would take 5mins to connect however they still refuse to connect you. Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I currently don’t have Sky in my property since I moved house on the 17th January, it isn’t set to be installed until mid-March, was told because I’ve no service I’d not be charged yet £103.11 has been taken from my account today.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky don’t help at all. They just deny you have an ID with a standard email 3 times even though you are paying them a subscription and have been for years

    Absolutely disgusted with @SkyHelpTeam sky broadband ... its taken over 5 weeks to attempt to set up our broadband wifi after - cancelling the order because they got address wrong / setting the date back two times / sending an engineer out on week 5 /line not working DISGUSTING

    @SkyHelpTeam It's her landline, not her broadband. They're fixing it as far as we know but it has been frustrating that as an elderly and vulnerable customer with no mobile she has not been prioritised or given compensation (yet). Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam One of your engineers was so aggressive I've just had to call the police. I can't get through to anyone because your help system rejects anyone that isn't already a sky customer. (I'm not and after this never will be a customer)

    I’ve been a @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK broadband customer for 9 years. I’ve had no broadband for a month because of a street issue and they’ve been incommunicative, evasive, have frequently missed fix dates etc and now are refusing to let me cancel my acct without paying a fee. Avoid!
