Charged £50 for non-return of equipment that I have sent proof of return for three times. Assured the charge wouldn’t happen but did anyway! Poor girl in the call centre had no manager on duty at peak time for U.K. calls???

The same deal with flat earthers watch "beyond the curve", even with undeniable proof earth is round they refuse to acknowledge it because it doesn't support their beliefs

There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
