@SkyHelpTeam Whilst I wait for my 5th engineer, I thought I’d scroll through the tweets on here. Oh dear Sky. You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I currently don’t have Sky in my property since I moved house on the 17th January, it isn’t set to be installed until mid-March, was told because I’ve no service I’d not be charged yet £103.11 has been taken from my account today.

Terrible blasé service at @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam .... unable to keep my installation appointment that I waited two weeks for, due to unforeseen circumstances and next appointment is in three weeks!!!. I only need the box sending, i can fit it myself as everything already here!!

@SkyHelpTeam Is there a way to book an engineer visit without getting someone trying to upsell me on new stuff whilst faffing around on the phone for ages? I know why it's not working - there was a tornado.

@SkyHelpTeam Whenever this problem occurs it's due to no DNS name resolution. Pinging by IP address works, and manually setting a DNS server of 8.8.8.8 works, but using the DNS server set by the router's DHCP fails. It's not a line or in-house issue.

@SkyHelpTeam That's the problem though, I call in, get put on hold told no one available at the moment and promised a call back. I can't keep wasting my time on the phone. Anyway have a good evening, hopefully I will get a call but not holding my breath. Thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam No but the lady said they will finish working at 8pm so running out of time soon. I know there is nothing you can do I just think it's poor service, especially as I've been with sky 17 years now.
