@scotgov have funded ultra fast broadband in our area to help with families and home-working however @SkyUK won’t let you connect. @SkyUK engineer attends and advises that it would take 5mins to connect however they still refuse to connect you. Why? Lot of money waisted. Anyone?

@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I currently don’t have Sky in my property since I moved house on the 17th January, it isn’t set to be installed until mid-March, was told because I’ve no service I’d not be charged yet £103.11 has been taken from my account today.

@SkyUK has the most appalling service. Fraud has been committed on my account and I’ve made several phone calls and sent numerous emails and nothing back. This is the worst service I’ve ever encountered especially because it’s pertaining the FRAUD and the police are involved!

@SkyHelpTeam our sky box has not worked since May, we had a replacement box and an engineer out who said he could not fix it. He told us he had arranged a call from you to swap to sky stream but a week later we still have had no call. Please help or we will be forced to cancel.
