You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

Charged £50 for non-return of equipment that I have sent proof of return for three times. Assured the charge wouldn’t happen but did anyway! Poor girl in the call centre had no manager on duty at peak time for U.K. calls???

Paul Brown (@scouse1412) reported from Ochiltree, Scotland@SkyHelpTeam Been having problems with the TV last couple of days, chucks the 2 mini boxes off the network and says insert card with chip facing upwards, I have to take out /reinsert card and reset the main box, might last 20mins to a couple of hours before have to do it all over

Never used him correctly 1st time around for England though so can't see Southgate doing better. It's pretty easy, win ball, give to Scholes. Let him quarter back everything. They admitted it was insensitive, poor judgement & customer service given circumstances. Contract was cancelled with no penalty & mum rec’d compensation as a goodwill gesture.

I called back and demanded to speak to someone in the UK (they have a call ctr in Scotland). The guy was v helpful and easy to understand. Got my bill down by over £45 a month. Moral of story, demand to speak to a brit!
