Terrible blasé service at @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam .... unable to keep my installation appointment that I waited two weeks for, due to unforeseen circumstances and next appointment is in three weeks!!!. I only need the box sending, i can fit it myself as everything already here!!

@SkyHelpTeam Whilst I wait for my 5th engineer, I thought I’d scroll through the tweets on here. Oh dear Sky. You have serious broadband issues. It appears there are a huge amount of us with no, or poor speeds. As a large company you should really address this.

@SkyHelpTeam Sky broadband has been shocking this week. Wish it was just me but the number of people at work who are saying "Sky is down...again" is huge. Seems you don't have a clue, even your status pages thinks I'm in Aberdeen when I'm south coast England!
