    Worst decision ever was to join @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam for fibre never had an issue in 3 years with @plusnethelp @Plusnet changed and it’s been poor from the 1st day!!!

Sky have completely stood back from it and say they are only responsible up until 5 days after delivery, despite the fact that they are technically the vendor. LG are claiming accidental damage, which is strange as it had never been out the box!

    Incredibly disappointing response from @SkyHelpTeam re a problem with the @LGUK tv received via the Black Friday deal. An 11 year old is now in tears 2 days before Christmas! Let’s hope @lguk support can assist in the morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam @UKTVPlay are you aware there’s an issue on Sky Q not allowing me to download “Help! My House Is Haunted?” I get a message saying, “Sorry, this item is no longer available.” even though it says it’s available until 12 August.

    @SkyHelpTeam No it doesn't I'm afraid. I can't avoid the news for 24hrs+ until you re-run it. I ended up watching the highlights on channel 4 for free. I accept that problems occur but it took an unacceptable amount time to rectify.

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam so about 20mins later after the call, our sky gets cut off, and about 20 mins ago, again my dad had answered another call from openreach and straight after putting the phone down our sky gets cut off. This is ridiculous, as we do pay the bills with you guys.
