    @SkyHelpTeam Then I phone today to ad it back and the best offer I get is £20 a month for less sport. Football games with no fans. It’s a joke how sky think they can name there price now for a product what isn’t the same as what it was. I been sky customer for 5 years two no loyalty shown.

    @SkyHelpTeam No customer service did as there was no other option at that point. So I had to as I wasn’t able to pay £15 a month for a sport channel with no sport.

    Incredibly poor customer service from @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam they have taken money out of my account that they shouldn’t have over a few months. Taken me one hour on phone to get it back and nothing offered to say sorry/cover interest etc. Been with you 20 years or so

    @SkyHelpTeam Nope because I never had that option in the first few weeks. But how can sky justify charging me £5 more now when there is less sport and football matches won’t be the same with no fans. I have bt sport and there only gonna charge me 50% next month.

    @PaulBowmer @SkyHelpTeam Thing is they said this to me I still took the option to cancel as I don’t see any sport happening for months now. So they tried threatening me saying I won’t get the same deal. I said I think I will as you will be crying out for the business when it’s all over. 🤣

    @SkyHelpTeam my daughter has been on the phone for approx five hours today. She has a ‘VIP’ account and getting nowhere. You’ve taken her money. Sent a contractor who had no id and smoked heavily on and off before leaving without finishing job!!!! This is outrageous service

    @FeralAtticus1 @SkyHelpTeam You’re talking nonsense. A TVL is required for having a TV capable of receiving and displaying live TV as broadcast. A service provider is fully entitled to stop you using their equipment if you don’t pay a subscription. Plug an aerial into your TV and make the most of your TVL🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam That's not exactly helpful, the issue is with the openreach fibre box you lot installed, Red LOS light means its an issue further up the lines. But nahhh, I'll book an engineer for tomorrow for them to come out and go "I can't fix it"

    @SkyHelpTeam Also, I don’t know if it’s coincidence or you’re just really trying to rub salt into the wounds but my old internet connection has become so horrendously slow I’m convinced I’ve travelled back to 1994. At one point can I request a refund?
