    @SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been trying to get in touch with your customer service for past month and not been able to get through every time. It has been appalling and quiet stressful. My contract is due to end this month and it feels as though I’m being ignored.

    Over the past week-or-so I’ve encountered the two ends of the customer experience spectrum. @SkyHelpTeam were brilliant. Their call handling team are always top-notch. At the other end are @VodafoneUK. Their chat bot is awful, and the customer experience overall is horrible.

    @SkyHelpTeam Anyone thinking of using Sky BB, think again if your business or personal demands depend on a good supply/service. I reside in Broadstairs, and have had no BB with no explanation for 38 hours. Has cost me time, and money. + lots of agg, trying to speak with a human.

    @Theaveragedevil @SkyHelpTeam Yes I know all this! But sky haven’t sorted anything. I lost service on 19th nov and wasn’t fixed till 5th Dec! Nothing on my bills to show a refund of any sort. Supposed to be automatic and I shouldn’t have to chase it but I am.
