    @SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!

    @SkyUK Had the fibre optic installed Thursday. Had a day off work. Woman who installed it was nice . But her claim it’s 25% faster is spurious at best. Shocking bad broadband and now poor Fibre Optic. Leaving when contracts up !!
