@SkyUK @skytv why do I pay nearly £100 per month (including tv, broadband and phone line) for a disrupted, distorted signal to my televisions which make watching my favourite programmes implausible?? I’ve done your suggestions and it’s made my signal worse.

@SkyUK please help. My elderly parents are being charged for a contract they no longer have. Cannot get through to any humans as all phone lines ask for a contract number. It’s now gone legal, with threats - they do not have a contract! We need to speak, please!

@SkyHelpTeam is there issues with broadband in WR5 area? Our connection has dropped on/off for the last two hours and it is making working from home very difficult. This has been an issue since we signed up with you last year. We had better connection with our previous provider!

@SkyHelpTeam That's looking at it very charitably - you still have an issue beyond the outage - that second image asks me to click on the "Service Status" page for updates - which, if I click on it, then tells me that there are no issues. It's not helpful.
