Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

Venerable person in the house who is shielding which you have been told numerous times and the promises made weekly by you NEVER happen. Please DO SOMETHING! Appalling service

When I do a test the speed going into the hub is 79MBPS and then the actual speed on an iPad beside the hub is around 55MBPS but drops down to 5 up in the bedroom. The sky q mini box in the bedroom keeps losing its connection too.
