    @SkyUK I have waited since the 7/7/20 for you to connect my wifi and STILL NOTHING. Vulnerable person in our house who is shielding which you have been told numerous times and the promises made weekly by you NEVER happen. Please DO SOMETHING Appalling service, no service!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I REALLY need help with my Sky bill - you are trying to charge me for services I’ve cancelled. Who can I speak to via phone / chat / email to get this addressed I CAN NOT fix it from self help online I’ve tried - I just need to contact sky support it’s urgent now

    Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

    @SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

    @SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    @_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

    @SkyHelpTeam my mum was pitched by you for a new q box! So much for wi fi the engineer left a ***** old cable to connect to the box! Phoned today no help but happy to take her money! Very poor service, looking for options!

    @SkyHelpTeam I had this. Called up, couldn’t fix it with simple restarts, so an engineer was called. I did some more research online and a factory reset can fix box issues. I did this and it fixed it (lost my recordings though!)

    @SkyHelpTeam got my FTTP fibre installed all speed tests show 400+ speeds yet anything requiring Internet on my phone whilst on WiFi is extremely slow what's going on??

    @SkyHelpTeam Broadband dropping in and out since 2/11/21. From 9/11/21 also no phone line. Can't ring you as have poor mobile coverage and am lucky if the internet stays in long enough to send this. Known faults reported in my area (Rhoose) since 8/11/21. Please help!

    Sort yourself out @SkyUK. Despite providing a months notice beforehand, I am 3 weeks after a home move and still have no broadband connection. After hours of phone calls, customer services are unwilling to take accountability for this mess. Can you help @CISASUK @BTOpenreach1 ?

    @SkyHelpTeam hi after having no internet in my new house for 6 days, my hub arrived & the internet is supposed to be on today but now it’s troubleshooting the connection,saying it isn’t connected via the cables. I’ve installed correctly so I’m unsure why it’s not working?
