    @SkyHelpTeam I REALLY need help with my Sky bill - you are trying to charge me for services I’ve cancelled. Who can I speak to via phone / chat / email to get this addressed I CAN NOT fix it from self help online I’ve tried - I just need to contact sky support it’s urgent now

    @SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

    Dear @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK ... over the last few weeks you have consistently disappointed me with the way you treat good long standing customers - in order to reduce my huge Sky we had to commit to you for a further 18 months (for which I had to pay for the “privilege” (1 of 3)

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I was told that issues with my broadband would be fixed within 5 working days & it still isn't working. Please can this be resolved as soon as possible as its now getting ridiculously hard trying to work from home

    @SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

    I’ve said it before @SkyHelpTeam it’s not an offer if by accepting it and upgrading you then charge me an extra premium for the service I was already paying for. That’s just conning a loyal customer 🤔

    @jammierooroo @Su15100307 @SkyUK And then spend 20+ mins in a queue listening to piped music before losing the will to live and hanging up. If you can add packages online then you should be able to cancel / remove them online too

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK My 77yo MIL was recently scammed out of 75,000 by fraudsters and M&S, MBNA and Santander also loaned her 20,15 and 20k . Problem is she didn’t apply and is a pensioner living alone, half deaf and early stage cognitive decline . The police are looking into the fraud which involved clearing her savings accounts at BoS, opening a Revolut and Kraken crypto account to funnel all the money to from her savings accounts and the loans on top. To say the BoScotland, Revolut , M&S, MBNA and Kraken have been unhelpful is an understatement of enormous proportions. The elderly need better protection from services that insist they hold online accounts. How does anyone lend a 77year old 55,000 in 48 hours with no affordability checks or veracity checks and then only want to talk about paying on time. The elderly are so vulnerable online and none seems to give a monkeys. BoS allowed over 130,000 to flow in and out her bank account over an 8 day period on an account that averaged 280 pounds per month flows over the last 2 years and total balance never changed more than 1-2,000 in that time. M&S will lend online easily but to complain or speak to anyone about you have to write to them and after doing so they refuse to discuss it . The elderly are cannon fodder online.

    Never had an issue with Sky but this last few weeks they’re testing my patience. @SkyHelpTeam wanna tell me why you think you’re charging £41 for early mobile termination when the number that was cancelled belonged to my Dad …. Who died 6 weeks ago and you were told this!!!

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Dreadful customer service, always were. I called them to cancel my father's contract after his death and was passed on "cold" twice, so I had to say "my father has died" 3 times. You'll know how distressing that is, and completely different to every other service provider he had
