    Lesson learned today: @SkyHelpTeam really don’t want you to use anything other than their services - SkyQ is a right pain in the backside to get to accept and switch to a NON-Sky network took me 6 goes to get the main box to accept it then mini was just as stubborn again!

    @GaryLineker @GNev2 Couldn’t agree more, well done @GNev2. Absolutely spot on and it needs to said. Although such a shame that @SkySports then felt the need to tell @DavidJonesSky to respond in the way he did. Shocking and just down played the situation. Ill thought out.

    @SkyHelpTeam I REALLY need help with my Sky bill - you are trying to charge me for services I’ve cancelled. Who can I speak to via phone / chat / email to get this addressed I CAN NOT fix it from self help online I’ve tried - I just need to contact sky support it’s urgent now

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for posting this - I was going to fight the battle for the call centre but now I know it should be available in a couple of days to sort myself I’ll just wait, let people with more pressing issues call through!

    @_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

    I am sick to death of the poor service I’m getting from sky - my internet hardly connects anymore which means I’m having to use all my phone data 😡 the @SkyHelpTeam hasn’t helped at all

    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    @petercardwell @TalkTV I have been with @SkyUK for at least 5 years now. Not once have I had a negative customer service experience and their staff, both on phone and in person are so happy to be employed by Sky. I can't think of another company I've not had issues with.

    @garylilley88 @SkyUK That’s the hilarious thing isn’t in, buy an old Mac mini and you can connect it to any tv you want, but apparently an actual Apple TV is restricted. Worst is I left Now TV to go back to Sky. Now TV had no such Apple TV restrictions.

    @SkyHelpTeam Like I've said I've done trouble shooting for days now. Same generic answers from Sky. I've been on the phone for 3 to 4 hours and no further forward. I'm at my wits end and I will be posting on every social media and writing to the press about the disgusting treatment from sky

    13 days without the internet!! Without a doubt the worst level of Care and Customer Service from @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach . Avoid these companies because when something goes wrong, no one is prepared to help you

    @SkyHelpTeam no broadband since 12am. Tested hub days major outtages accross the UK. Sky glass customer on VIP. Not good sky. Bot good is it?
