Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

I’ve said it before @SkyHelpTeam it’s not an offer if by accepting it and upgrading you then charge me an extra premium for the service I was already paying for. That’s just conning a loyal customer 🤔

@SkyHelpTeam I now consider this a service outage. Despite having rebooted both boxes and ensuring the main is running correct the mini WILL NOT join the main therefore is dead and I can’t watch tv in this room - a feature I pay specifically for.. ergo Outage

@SkyHelpTeam QMini very unhappy - crashes daily and protests that I don’t have internet - I do and other devices are just fine & main box is online... needs hard restart - also did a reset on it yesterday after major network changes at home to resync against main q box... ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam 72 hours for an engineer to fix an external issue. How do sky not have the foresite to tell their customers that the internet will be down for planned works? Do you not have a line of communication (pun intended) with BT? If not how do you function as an actual business?
