Ridiculous I have to pay @SkyUK to watch #F1 live as they advertise it’s ONLY on @SkySportsF1 then for the first 3 races this season @SkyOne has had LIVE coverage - I’m tied into a contract so can’t even cancel sports because of this RIP OFF - @SkyHelpTeam I want my money back!

@SkyHelpTeam your online “tests” are unavailable so how are you going to resolve this? Ping the elastic band? I pay for super fast broadband. It would be decent if (a) you could provide a service which doesn’t hobble around & (b) online solutions which actually work!

@siannybach @swanseacleaning @SkyUK Same, Alexa is fine on our local (no internet) network, but everything else is off, despite having all green lights and sky service status saying everything is fine (I'd post that cartoon of the dog in the burning house saying 'it's fine' but barely any internet)!
