@_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

We have pretty much had to stop using the Wi-Fi on portable devices because it’s just freaking slow and sometimes it decides to stop working for about 5 minutes. This is not what I signed up to @SkyHelpTeam
