    @_Clarky_ @SkyHelpTeam Don’t know why sky don’t just do this for everyone automatically- the website doesn’t work, I’ve tried it so many times since it went up at different time’s of day and never get on and now you can’t phone either - disabled all billing calls

    New customers to @SkyUK it was all going so well... well, until the problems started v disappointed and upset with service and 7 hours on the phone to no avail

    @GaryLineker @GNev2 Couldn’t agree more, well done @GNev2. Absolutely spot on and it needs to said. Although such a shame that @SkySports then felt the need to tell @DavidJonesSky to respond in the way he did. Shocking and just down played the situation. Ill thought out.

    I am sick to death of the poor service I’m getting from sky - my internet hardly connects anymore which means I’m having to use all my phone data 😡 the @SkyHelpTeam hasn’t helped at all

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve gone through all the checks and it’s saying everything is fine but my broadband is incredibly slow that I have to turn WiFi off and use my mobile data

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for posting this - I was going to fight the battle for the call centre but now I know it should be available in a couple of days to sort myself I’ll just wait, let people with more pressing issues call through!

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there. I spoke with a wonderful support person who tried to help my technical difficulties. Unfortunately, these weren't resolved. However, I was super impressed with how helpful and patient they were. Forgive me for forgetting their name. But they deserve kudos!

    We have pretty much had to stop using the Wi-Fi on portable devices because it’s just freaking slow and sometimes it decides to stop working for about 5 minutes. This is not what I signed up to @SkyHelpTeam
