@SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

@jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

@SkyHelpTeam why does my sky go app keep saying network connectivity issues when my network is fine? Have tried over WiFi and 5g. Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

@SkyHelpTeam That's just another complaint into a system moving just as slowly as your call centre system is moving. Everything is a 3-5 day turnaround, it would be nice if in situations like this where we are being seriously affected by your company there is a real person we can email direct

@SkyHelpTeam I can't login to see the Sky shield as you set up my broadband and TV separately and you won't let me use my email to access my broadband account because it is already associated with my TV account. And you won't combine the accounts without wiping everything off my Sky Box.
