@SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

Anyone having issues with their @SkyUK box that’s fitted on a wall behind tv? Not downloading or deleting or connecting to WiFi. Engineer first said it was due to broadband provider then said it was because it was on the wall behind tv. Get nowhere with #skytv

@SkyHelpTeam Tried all that several times last night. Your website when checking for local issues didn’t respond. Also reset the router several times. Thankfully the @SkyUK broadband outage across parts of Northern Ireland seems to fixed this morning.
