I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

How on earth does anyone get this number as assume it's not you calling from India!!
