@SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

@Ofcom @SkyHelpTeam Getting bored of this now. When are you going to do something about this? I had two tests run from the help website (able to use my mobile data to make that happen, whilst my phone was connected to WiFi and could see the line and router was up) you’re just not routing packets

Internets been down for over an hour now, I know its the middle on the night but jeez @SkyHelpTeam upgrade the damn cables here we shouldnt be on copper in 2021.
