    @jeffharris_665 @SkyUK 5g is quick but it gets a poor signal in bad weather in the winter time you may struggle to connect at all. I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

    @SkyHelpTeam no Satellite signal and first available engineer visit isn’t until 27th May. For the price I pay for your service I would expect a faster resolution. Who wants to watch the end of the football season anyway 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    @isplumm @SkyHelpTeam Had all sorts of problems a week and a ½ ago for a few days, new router included, for the price it's really shocking service. All working now, until the next outage of course.

    @burge2u @SkySports I totally agree with you. Always thought bournemouth were OK under howe, until I was sat by the dugout for a villa bournemouth game. He's a nasty horrible manager. What he was instructing his players to do was disgraceful. Not how football should be done/played in my opinion

    @freebo27 @SkySports Doesn’t matter. 10 games no wins, 6 points adrift with an awful run in! Not to mention this is the worst team I’ve seen for a number of seasons! Like I said - it’s too late

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks Matt. My area wasn’t included in the maintenance list but hopefully it’s part of the same upgrade list and it’s not a separate fault but the app did say there was a known issue in my area. Working fine last night but then waking up this morning it was off
