    @SkyHelpTeam Done many times. The coverage is awful and getting worse. Not sure what O2 are doing, but seems to be impacting Sky, Tesco and GiffGaff - other’s networks my friends use. Used to be very good

    @SkyHelpTeam all those tweets I'm seeing about the waiting queue is one of the reasons I've not called up yet but i say this now it will be to Complain about poor Internet service's can't even watch Netflix without the buffing!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, my HD channels have gone into the 800’s channels. How can I change these back to 106 for Sky One HD, 501 for Sky News HD etc? Do you need to send a signal to my box to correct it?

    Trying to run a business through lockdown using Sky Broadband - massive fail @SkyHelpTeam No one to contact, wait times on calls over 40 minutes, no online help whatsoever !! I’m so fed up!!! Please can someone help me fix our broadband! It’s useless!!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam I am having so many drop outs with #skybroadband it’s been a terrible service. Today it’s so bad. I hooked my PS4 up to my iPhone just to be able to sign in to my account and download updates.

    @jammierooroo @Bredebeck @SkyUK Absolutely do the SAR request and make it clear that you want that recording so you can complaint the ombudsman. They'll try and say oh it's a mistake and we've resolved it so there's no need for the SAR but make sure you get that recording regardless. Then hammer the bastards.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK My mum gave me permission to speak to them & it took around 2 weeks to resolve. They admitted it was insensitive, poor judgement & customer service given circumstances. Contract was cancelled with no penalty & mum rec’d compensation as a goodwill gesture.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK BT pulled similar **** with my elderly mum, they persuaded her she needed their WiFi net stuff at 40 quid extra a month. It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK I still came believe in these times, that you can sign up to these contracts and upgrades online or at a push of a button. When when you want to downgrade or cancel your contract, you need to speak to somebody. Rip off
