@SkyHelpTeam aarrrgghh! Sky mail not working. Initially on I phone and I pad, then the phone but not the iPad, now created app specific PW for pad and now it works on the pad but not the phone. Heelllp!

Just monitoring the @SkyHelpTeam feed on Twitter for information about the fibre cable problem affecting SE England. I have no idea why people think being extraordinarily rude or casually offensive will get the job fixed quicker. Bullies will bully, I guess.

@SkyHelpTeam still no internet and day 2 home schooling! Please reply and send an engineer to fix it! 2 hour waiting time on the phone last night. This is the worst week to have no internet - stuck at home, no Netflix, no kids you tube, no interactive learning! HELP!!!!

Actually hate being with sky broadband. Over priced for poor quality wifi and internet. The app says I'm getting a good signal 12mbps (not good by today's standard imo) but my devices struggle to stream anything lately. @SkyHelpTeam are pretty poor too.

@SkyHelpTeam at the end of this month I will be cancelling my direct debit with yourselves and will ask you to end my contract of TV services as I will not be able to afford the luxury of all channels so rather than build up debt I shall no longer be able to.use that service.

@SkyHelpTeam day 5 of no broadband. Despite calling sky twice and being told it would be fixed by now. I now face another day of calling and listening to fake promises. This is the service given to a customer of 9 years.

@SkyHelpTeam am really surprised that your more interested in looking after your existing customers, dont you think getting new customers should be top priority. I was a sky customer for 25 years left because I moved and large trees prevented me getting a satellite dish.
