@SkyHelpTeam i hate having to tweet here on a regular basis but it is a joke that i can't even use my internet properly because getting lower the 5gb download speeds and like 3gb upload speeds. It improves one week but next back to shit! #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam your internet is such poor quality with low fiber speeds and download speeds. Ive had two engineers come out and still piss poor quality an if I'm lucky I'll just about getting over 10mb when should be getting close to 50mb. #Broadband

@SkyHelpTeam Oh & a follow up to my earlier tweet. I’ve had £15 added to my bill for a service call. The last time I had an engineer visit was in January when you failed to send me a new box as promised & Sky sent the engineer. I didn’t request it so please refund the £15 now 😡

I’d just wait for them to fix the problem rather than badgering and pestering agents who can’t do anything for you and who are at no fault. Just get a replacement PAYG SIM in the meantime
