    @SkyHelpTeam @TylerSinnicks I’m also in Portsmouth and having this issue. That link doesn’t help. Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

    @SkyHelpTeam so 6 calls in 2 days to my home number that no one has but you and they say they are from the 'technical team' and I apparently have issues with my broadband. How on earth does anyone get this number as assume it's not you calling from India!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Waited for 4 wks for the engineer to come & install SKY Q for my dad who is 82 years old & hard of hearing. Engineer came ,couldn’t fit the cable as they would have to drill inside said we had an old Sky dish & offered no solution. Very upset,payment taken weeks ago
