Works fine when connected to WiFi there and it connects to my sky q box? No one seems to know the answers....

Router goes all green, then back to amber for internet and voice every 5/10 mins. Please acknowledge and fix the issue! Getting no work done, it’s infuriating!!

I believe it will revert to 4g if the 5g cannot connect and 4g is an acceptable signal for most things though.

Three engineer visits just to get the boxes working properly and now the red button doesn’t work only on the main box. I spend my life constantly rebooting and reading help blogs. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
