My day tv deal runs out, no one answers phone to renew then with no warning debits £140 instead of previous deal rate of £84. Thieves!! Now using civic as excuse not to answer phone.

Ive had two engineers come out and still piss poor quality an if I'm lucky I'll just about getting over 10mb when should be getting close to 50mb. #Broadband
