  @SkyHelpTeam delighted to wake up on Christmas morning to find our WiFi down. Troubleshooted through the steps & we need an engineer. 29th December is earliest, not best pleased when tv apps run off WiFi and we have a time at home. I get it’s a holiday, but no engineers at all?!

  @SkyHelpTeam Still far too many programmes on Sky Catch Up that do not have subtitles. Something really needs doing about this. The live broadcast versions do all have subtitles so why not Catch Up? This effectively excludes the hard of hearing from using the service.
