Hi @SkyUK , internet has been down for three days with no engineer visit, not paying my bill until this is sorted, costing me serious 4g around the house and my wife can’t do her revalidation for her nursing causing bigger strain on the @nhs

@SkyHelpTeam is there an outage in the Southampton area. My broadband is up and down and sometimes says outage in my area. Had Sky out to fix issues last week so not sure if it’s related. Thanks.
