    Betweeen them @SkyUK and @WeAreOpenreach have disconnected our phone line, without telling us or warning us We have lost our number which we’ve had for 35 years. We’ve never not paid a bill and are supposedly VIP customer. I am shielding at the moment & now have no landline.

    Sad that we had to leave, go to @SkyUK - was worse. clearly focused on sales and NOT Service. All the engineers from @virginmedia & @SkyUK were really nice people, but did not seem too technically skilled passed - replacing router, swirling in/off etc. Today’s guy new his stuff

    @premierleague clubs are willing to 'consider' finishing the league if relegation is cancelled. No problem but only give the bottom 3 parachute payments and TV money that they would get in the @efl. This will give everyone something to play for on @skysports.

    @BellaCHO72 Ive updated my package coming out to upgrade wifi plus new uhd box etc adding all skysports as new contract was on offer , no pub option kinda forced the issue 😂

    Also @SkyUK and @virginmedia the engineer that solved the problem today is what customer service looks like - Gavin Wilson from @virginmedia get him to train your teams. We had at least 8 engineers over past 15 months between your services and this guy sorted it in 1 visit! 5*

    @SkyHelpTeam @SOTONYE_ It would be useful if you updated that page, as multiple people have said. It's been a while now, and that page reports no issues, which is clearly not the case.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, when I try to call certain numbers it is saying the number doesn’t exist. I’ve tried to call the exact same numbers from my work phone which is Vodaphone and it works fine so guessing it’s a sky network issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam @rob_wakeling Agree this must be a network issue with sky. I can’t make or receive calls (getting a number doesn’t exist message) but daughter can who is with Tesco mobile (who also use the o2 network). Would assume you’re working on a generic fix?

    @RefaNona @empireofthekop @Telegraph During the international break, German journalist was on SKYSPORTS saying Dortmund where opening contract negotiations with Jude about a new contract with a buyout clause. It went on to say his agent (His Dad) will sit down with them later this month. This was 2-3 weeks ago.

    @SkyHelpTeam Bought a new pixel 7 unlocked but sky message the terminal cannot be configured please contact customer service I requested on the app for new protocol to be sent but sky hasn't done this please advise

    @SkyHelpTeam all of my calls are going straight to voicemail and my doctors can't get through to me. I've tried turning the Bluetooth off, the do not disturb & ever other trick including turning my phone off and on again. HELP PLEASE!!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. There seems to be an issue. I have 5 sim cards on my account. For me and my children and all of our numbers are not letting us call out or allow anyone to call us. It goes straight to voice messages saying we're unavailable. This needs fixing asap please
