    @SkyUK pretty appalled at your customer service. No internet for three months, fobed off, been told its a signal issue on the box. Moved the box, changed channel's. Still no improvement. Left to go to another provider. The complaints team have never phoned me back

    @ManCity Really just **** off @SkySports ... some of us have re-arranged work to take into account the original fixture change. 2 weeks notice means miss the last home game of the season now. You'll probably run a feature on empty seats whilst you're at it ... with no mention of your role

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes and been advised that should I want to swap a handset I will incur significant extra costs. Which was never explained when taking out the 24 month contract

    Fuming with @SkyHelpTeam , ringing me at 19:00 to cancel my installation for my engineers calling in sick. Even after making me pay for my subscription for 3 months of no sky as they wouldn’t suspend my account. If I was off work, it would get covered. #joke

    Phoned to cancel @SkyUK but I’m in contract passed to cancelation, said can’t help me if my reason to leave is we employ @adamboultonSKY as @SkyNewsBreak is just a division of sky I said I don’t need your help just cancel me. Been with @SkyUK 8 yrs but can’t wait to leave!

    @SkyUK it has to be said between sky and open reach/BT I have had the worst service possible! I have had no broadband for over a month I have had to take three days off work for engineering calls I dread to think what having no internet has cost me very disappointed indeed😡😡😡

    @SkyHelpTeam Waited 3wks for installation. Day of installation man came & said would be “back in 40mins” whilst he went to look at a nearby line but never showed up again leaving us without any internet. Sky said the best they could do was come back again a week to do it properly

    @SkyHelpTeam Why does to Sky Go app on a PS4 not support 3rd party remotes like a Logitech Harmony Elite? It works fine navigating round the Home Screen, but once I’ve opened Sky Go, nothing, and I have to use the DualShock to navigate in the app. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I called. Went through the motions then told wait time is 10 minutes after 15 mins the line went dead and I got a text saying sorry we couldnt help. That's it. I'm working from home, but can't without Internet and no assistance from sky. I bet if I cancel my dd it'll be fixed!
