@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

@janekwrites @TalkTalk I can’t recall! The real issue for me has been speaking to people and being kept informed. Eg, today a guy came to my home - I had no warning and it was v lucky I was in.

@The_Reviewist I had nothing but trouble with TalkTalk a few years back. Line slowed to dialup speeds, they wanted £125 to send an engineer out to look at it, I said no and asked to cancel and they wanted a few hundred £ cancellation fee. Thankfully, a complaint to Ofcom changed their mind.

@janekwrites @TalkTalk it's not been easy! Three different OpenReach people have located three different issues but I have not been kept up to date at any stage and have spent many hours hanging on the phone. Good luck though!
