Never had so much trouble with broadband, the only resolution you can come up with is to give me another router (the same as I have) or CHARGE me for a super router! BT have already confirmed there is no fault!!! No wonder you are so cheap! 😡

The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. A1_Gnarly_Dude (@A1_Gnarly_Dude) reported from Cliffe, England@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!
