    Talk talk are ****!! Called to just get a new remote the Chinese were partying in the background and have stall me tv!!!! @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk got no tv no remote!!! Disgusting behaviour not only are we on a lockdown but u guys want to rub it in partying!!! Send me a remote!!

    @TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

    @TalkTalk You are overcharging my father-in-law - absolute joke when you can’t get in touch! Signed him on a new contract without him really understanding & now we cannot get in touch at all 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Phone lines are not open at the moment. Terrible customer service!!!!

    @MammothWhale My experience of TalkTalk was terrible. Very unreliable and the worst customer service. That and losing my credit card details to hackers. Found my account password hard coded in plain text in the authentication settings of their router.

    @SigniusNetworks @HeyBroadband My next @talktalk appointment will be almost four months after the first attempt. Two failed attempts whilst the same issue existed (blocked duct) and three missed appointments since. Finally feels like it's escalated to the right level so fingers crossed for sixth attempt

    @TalkTalk how do I get a hold of someone to help me with my new FTTP service? Been installed a week and not been able to connect yet. Online chat hopeless,! Call centre hopeless! Even tried cancelling can’t do that either. Losing the will to live with it

    @TalkTalk is it really OK to leave an 86 year old customer with no other means of communication, without a phone until Wednesday next week. No it is not. An engineer came to connect her and then left before it was working. She will be a week without a phone.

    So an hour of DM-ing @TalkTalk I’ve now been told I need to call the full fibre support team tomorrow so still no internet… and “I can try them, they tend work on holidays but close early”
