Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. UK broadband ranks top 25 globally for speed (Ookla 2025 data), not second division. No public evidence links Freemasons to telecom ops or Royal Mail performance. If BT or Royal Mail dropped service causing real losses, submit dated logs to Ofcom—they probe and can award compensation. One specific example of the drop?
