I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

NP (@NPhil1) reported@TalkTalk I had no WiFi and because in my area there’s hardly any signal I couldn’t check with you on line so my option was to call you only to being told that you’re not open. Is it too hard to leave us a message to let us know that there is an issue?
