Online search says there's no issues but it's down over a wide area. At least support the people who pay for this service correctly.

The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!

It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

Never had so much trouble with broadband, the only resolution you can come up with is to give me another router (the same as I have) or CHARGE me for a super router! BT have already confirmed there is no fault!!! No wonder you are so cheap! ๐ก
