    @TalkTalk already done this around 6times & every time it says it's ok. I still need to reset my router 3 to 4 times a day. I wish to cancel my contract please let me know how I can do this as your not answering the phone

    @talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

    @jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

    My TalkTalk broadband was £25 when I moved in. They upped it to £27.27 in the summer and have sent notification that it’s going up to £33 in January… I rang them to cancel and they’ve dropped it back to £25 fixed for 18 months. Madness I tell you!

    @davidc2k11 @TalkTalk Cheers, all sorted with free cancellation. Had to go through CEO. They've admitted multiple errors at their end. Even attempted to charge for a month with a closed account with no service. Would never use again or recommend

    @TalkTalk since joining you we have had nothing but problems. Only now you said it is sorted yet I am completely unable to use the internet. My family and I have work, university, college and doctors that are all needed through the wifi. Any advice or help. This is my last resort

    @TalkTalk Truly they are my worst customer service experience ever. They cancelled my broadband in error on 19th December, no complaints procedure, no ownership of the problem and no new service till 9th January. Appalling.

    @TalkTalk I’ve had 5-7MBPS download speeds since Sunday 18th December, talktalk telephone service team are useless and can’t help, need to wait until 4th Jan for OpenReach to visit! I pay for 55mbps guarantee - what a joke!

    13th day of not having my Tiscali email service from @talktalk even though I pay for it. Told the Tiscali domain was now dead and promised a call in response to my complaint. Never happened.
