Signed him on a new contract without him really understanding & now we cannot get in touch at all 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Phone lines are not open at the moment. Terrible customer service!!!!

I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!

It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Snodland, England@TalkTalk - so despite touching nothing I can receive NO aerial tv channels. All connections checked and rebooting makes no difference. Not the first time I have had issues with service.. Sort this out @talktalk or I suspend my payments to you.

A1_Gnarly_Dude (@A1_Gnarly_Dude) reported from Cliffe, England@TalkTalk Log into your router via browser on 192.168.1.1 (default) and change your primary and secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google’s) public Domain Name Server. That should resolve this TalkTalk DNS issue and get you up and running!

I just wanted to cancel and kept telling him this. It's only when asked for the manager that he finally cancelled.

If there’s anything you can do re cancelling without paying the breakage fee for services we have not been receiving then please feel free to help because nobody else is!

Marcus Nash (@norfolkbirdtour) reported@Shandazar @bt_uk I would gladly ditch BT, but most alternative providers just use the BT network, so when there is a fault (regularly here!) it is harder to get it fixed (one blames the other). Still getting emails from @TalkTalk offering us full fibre too! Mobile coverage very poor here as well

Promising me a speed that they can’t provide, numerous engineer call outs, engineers not showing up, hours on end on the phone to customer service carrying out the same line checks over and over again, being on hold 40mins to be cut off
