It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I’ve swapped them, rest them, re-paired them.. nothing. We’ve had no tv for over a week. Help please

The last time was 3rd Nov but an engingeer did not turn up. I was told somebody was coming tomorrow but yesterday this has again changed... Help!
