Cliff Masterson (@cliffmasterson) reported from Higham, EnglandHaving a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.
-
adrian plummer (@adrianplummer5) reported from Billericay, England@Christi45463861 @TalkTalk Did you resolve your issue? I’ve never tweeted but can’t see my issue being resolved in a conventional fashion. It’s crazy not being able to work from home when you’re told to work from home. Not much fun for kids being dragged into an office to download homework!
-
Daniel Walker (@danwalker0203) reported from Grays, England@talktalk 2 hours on phone trying to get tv boost fixed. Put through to several different departments each one telling me something different. Promised to call me back but I'm still waiting. Boost I'm paying for still not working. I can't even cancel as your website is down!

David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Gravesend, England@TalkTalk Connecting the antenna directly to the service and bypassing the set top box gives reception so it's not the set or the aerial.
-
David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Snodland, England@TalkTalk Visit arranged for the weekend! But it see me from twitter that I'm not the only one with this problem, so I'm guessing it's not a domestic issue but one from the signal source i.e. @TalkTalk
-
David-19 (@Davidp1103) reported from Snodland, England@TalkTalk I have since spent three hours on various online chats with your technical support and got nowhere. They have arranged for a home visit but it seems from other tweets that I am not the only one with this issue .
-
Davidp (@Davidp1103) reported from Gravesend, England@Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38
-
Ben Madden (@Ben_Madden_86) reported from Orsett, England@TalkTalk you really are terrible! Never had so much trouble with broadband, the only resolution you can come up with is to give me another router (the same as I have) or CHARGE me for a super router! BT have already confirmed there is no fault!!! No wonder you are so cheap! 😡
-
richard townend (@Themightyboss) reported from Basildon, England@TalkTalk I’m afraid no one was and someone has ordered a new router. A very poor customer experience
-

-

TalkTalk Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Twiggy Bigwood (@devilscustard) reported@CroneThe86880 @TalkTalk Oh ******! That sounds awful. My partner has now had an email from Moorcroft. It would be helpful if @TalkTalk actually told Moorcroft that they didn’t provide a service - and this is why we do not owe them anything.
-
Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported@TalkTalk what a shameful company to send a disabled customer and email with DAGGERS as bullet points! I am trying to set up a payment plan to pay my final bill but refused as I'm no longer a customer I am struggling with debt I will be taking this to the papers!
-
Tony Notman (@TonyNotman49593) reported@devilscustard @TalkTalk Typical behaviour of companies when you do not pay for the service they failed to provide. Better to ignore them. They will eventually go away. BT, Vodafone, and virgin have tried this with me.
-
George W (@Allez_oops) reported…of course, you and I know that all international numbers are prefixed with 00 - basic info that has been common knowledge for years. If you have setup a premium rate bar on your home telephone - be aware that if you are a TalkTalk customer, this security measure is redundant.
-
SweetJane451 (@SweetJane451) reported@talktalk are you having issues in W2 London again? Just to report the speeds of broadband are extremely slow AGAIN. .05Mbps at £49.61 per month @TalkTalk
-
Steven A. McKay (@SA_McKay) reported@Hayz35Hw @TalkTalk I'm on live chat with them now, apparently there's some fault between them and my house so I need to do some tests. Which probably doesn't help you but suggests it's a fault at my end, so yours may resolve itself on its own soon
-
Debs Kemp (@canarydebs) reported@TalkTalk My stepmum has an issue with her landline. She and my father are vulnerable customers with multiple medical issues. Her son has a power of attorney but this is yet to be registered by you so Customer Services will not talk to him even though she told them they can
-
harley ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ (@whisperwoIf) reported@housecatkai @virginmedia i have mixed opinions on them, like they've provided the fastest internet speeds i've had out of other ISPs we've been with (sky, BT and talktalk) but our services always go down at least once a month and it's infuritating 😭😭
-
I Never Liked You (@sheldon_wo7) reported@TalkTalk you have the worse signal in all of the UK. Are you lot having a laugh, I’m sure they have better signal in the top of Mount Everest
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reportedFor the second month running, @Talktalk have tried closing a complaint ticket by pretending not to have received a reply. The quality of @TalkTalkGroup's (presumably outsourced) African support centre is appalling. #TalkTalk should be avoided.
