    @TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

    @TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

    @TalkTalk why is it impossible to communicate with you except via premium number (as a non TalkTalk customer on-behalf of a ceased TalkTalk customer). Why do you not have online chat where problems can be resolved swiftly? Why are you so deliberately non-customer friendly?

    @TalkTalk Is there any chance of resolving the lack of internet availability to a single mum with 3 children out. I'm sure you don't need telling how important the internet is to a child's education. It's only been 5 weeks so far so your service is pretty poor

    @TalkTalk your telephone service is abysmal, I explained to your agent I want to cancel my account, got put through to a final payment person and their phone was just garbled stuttery nonsense, couldn't understand them kept getting hold music then that again so they hung up.
