I’ve had such problems with my @TalkTalk internet connection for nearly the past week! Nothing from 07/08 til 10/08 with promises of updates via text when reconnection will happen....NOTHING! Intermittent connection & out for hours at a time since then!! Absolute joke! 😡

@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

@TalkTalk £5 compensation for no service for a week, then ADSL 5mb instead of the 65mb ordered is not a satisfactory offer. We have spent hours with engineers and on your chats and calls. Are we still in the cool off period to move to another? @Ofcom

My dad has ordered the #PovetkinWhyte2 fight on his youview box and when he goes on the sky sports box office channel it’s just a black screen. They’ve still taken the £25 out his account and talktalk aren’t open for him to phone and help him.
