@TalkTalk No, no problems. The connection seems very fast, both for upload and download speeds, but every evening we get the same warning that our bandwidth is too big enough when on Amazon Prime. So we try many times and eventually we can play a video.

@TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

@TalkTalk Your pinned Tweet says your down from 11pm tonight. But I called yesterday & today & each time was told the system was down & call again in two hours; which I've done. It doesn't help that quality of the line has been poor & your operators ring off when transfered.

@carolecadwalla She'd know about the benefits of data exploitation - wasn't it just a very simple SQL Injection that landed the dataset of the TalkTalk customer base into the hands of potential criminals? Whichever Tory Goon's child was given the task of building that website had clearly failed.

@Jbengz_10 @justkatee__ FYI: BY Sky and EE (and talktalk etc) are all the same networks system being sold as different packages from different companies... so when choosing, it's the customer service team and 'offered features" yoyre choosing between and not the network. It's all Telefonica
