My wife has just come off the phone to #talktalk an hour of persistently being told by them that their internet is fine, we don't need a new router as our original 6 yr old one is fine its probably my 6 month old laptop that's the problem!!!!!

@TalkTalk I am so fed up with the inconsistencies with the service since upgrading to 150mbps. Now I’m being told to pay for new router when clearly there was a fault in installation. Time to move to a different provider!

@TalkTalk We bought from you a device that was supposed to inhence our internet, which kept disconnecting and being slow, got the device and now it's even worse 🤦 And I am waiting for 40 minutes for anyone to answer the phone and your website only have the chat with costumers 🤷

@Amzla1a @TalkTalk Talk talk,worst provider of broadband by a country mile,my contract ends in may,they won't even waver the 3 months fees left as a good will gesture for all the poor internet services and excuses I've had the last two years..

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk 14 days with internet issues, second time being told an open reach engineer has been booked and a false promise of 2-3 days to resolve. Never received a direct update or call backs that were promised. Online support just follows a script and does not resolve anything

@TalkTalk @talktalk, how many days of no service before you are in breach of contract so I can leave and move else where. The customer service is non existent.

@TalkTalk I sent a complaint to you three months ago and you have done nothing at all, other than asking for my account details 30 days ago, so you could look into it further. I sent this information immediately but once again you have chosen to ignore this matter. I find it so incredulous
