    @marclparry @Emmapinder10 @TalkTalk @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK I have the same issue - upgraded to sky q with multi room & faster broadband, my WiFi is diabolical and I have to turn it off and use mobile data in the house 😡 I pay a fortune for a crap service .... spending an hour getting through to them isn’t my idea of fun

    @Tomyg1984 @TalkTalk Yea am well foooked off last I heard it would be resolved in 72 hours after been without internet for a month now from moving it’s now been well over 72 hours now an not heard a thing an can’t get any answers then to top it off they put the phone down on my wife appalling service

    So @talktalk advised last night it definitely wasn't their responsibility. @virginmedia asked me to ring the help line again today which I have. They reiterated it was @TalkTalk I needed to speak to but promised to call back before 1 pm with advice or contact details. No call!!

    @TalkTalk , just wasted 40mins trying to talk to your bereavement centre and can honestly say it was one of the worse calls ever, I have never experienced anything so disgraceful. At such a sad time logic would put such a team in the UK

    Please, if you are looking for a broadband, avoid @TalkTalk . They’ve done nothing but causing problems and distress. I’ve been without internet for a month and a half thanks to them, meaning I haven’t been able to work and get payed, haven’t been able to eat in ages. Trash

    @TalkTalk No thanks, that was a couple of years ago. But, to agree a contract on Uswitch and then renege on it by telling the customer immediately afterwards to cancel it and sign up to a more expensive one is surely very wrong.

    @TalkTalk The issue fixed itself. There’s no point going through resources that I already tried on your website. Sometimes it does seem to disconnect for like 30 seconds and returns and that’ll be it… but this was for a good 40/50 mins… but then it fixed itself eventually
