On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!

My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. I’m hoping my luck carries on, but you never know 🤞

jon baldwin (@JGBalders) reported@TalkTalk , cusotmere service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service
