TalkTalk Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Rob Ranby (@Rob_Ranby) reported@TalkTalk No, we can do it in public. After 3 months of zero service you're now refusing me compensation by lying about the events, when clearly I had no service.
-
Dr Prakash Nayak (@SRIPRAKASH76) reported@TalkTalk Thank you Mandisa. I have sent email to the team hoping that the problems will be resolved soon and completely. Thank you
-
Dave O (@llqdave) reported@TalkTalk Sindy, why do you think that would help? Who would you refer me to, other than the customer service department that is ignoring me? #Talktalk lie by email. And then lie about the lies. They have no idea how the billing system works. If they phone you, they just talk over you.
-
JU51LNS (@JU51LNS) reported@TalkTalk This just doesn’t affect me. Cancel the policy of charging for legacy email addresses will solve it.
-
Debs Kemp (@canarydebs) reported@TalkTalk My stepmum has an issue with her landline. She and my father are vulnerable customers with multiple medical issues. Her son has a power of attorney but this is yet to be registered by you so Customer Services will not talk to him even though she told them they can
-

You continue to steal money from our bank acc. It’s been 16 months & you know it

-
Tigol (@bigoltiddies) reported@JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.
