On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .

Not had a problem since changing to Cloudflare's filtered DNS 1.1.1.3 (to protect little ones), but 1.1.1.1 or Google's 8.8.8.8 are both good.
