On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. Not sure how that works. But I’m sure you can explain ?

Misinformation , fobbing off -it will be mended in 24 hours - try 10 days . Shocking .and they wonder why customers switch providers !Unbelievable and unacceptable

And yet I get emails telling me their charges are going up!!! Had it with them, I really have. Recommendations for the other WiFi providers please?

Then later on, they handed our account to Talktalk without proper consultation who were even worse .
