They are saying they might be able to ‘unbar our services’ if we pay. You sent four engineers - two of which gave completely conflicting advice which cost us money - and our account was for fibre broadband. There is NO fibre broadband where we live. Should we send you a bill for four years of payments for non-service? I believe our bill will be considerably larger. Address this problem correctly. Apologise for utterly appalling customer service and call off your spurious claims. You owe your customers for false promises and no service.

A month of no internet, no one in your company even bothering to fix it, BS excuses every time we call. And no one even cares when we cancelled our contract.
