On hold after 50 mins about a final notice for £126 for a package we never had in a house that has no TalkTalk service and it’s because there is a cancellation charge on a service you don’t provide. -
AJ (@AjWordsly) reportedI saw your update re customer service but you are not replying !! We've had no WiFi since Sunday! @TalkTalk
-
MaggieTat (@maggie_tat) reported@tesssummers98 I've just spent over 4 hours talking with a TalkTalk chatbot. Eventually managed to resolve my issue by cancelling the service. If I'd spoken to an actual person the problem would have been solved in two minutes. It's absurd.
-
Kieran Firth-Bernard (Animation account) (@KFBanimation) reportedWednesday was my four-year mark I've been printing paper at school, and Thursday was the one MONTH mark of having NO WI-FI after coming back from Sicily! 😣 TalkTalk have been utterly useless to help us throughout the month, and we're hoping to finally get it sorted on Tuesday.
-
Angela (@angelajazz2) reported@TalkTalk Our internet has been virtually non-existent for days even though Openreach are supposed to have fixed the exchange. Obviously not! What’s going on TalkTalk? I have a fault logged but I can’t even access your website from my phone. We so need to cancel our contract with you!
-
xsandwich (@xsandwich) reported@TalkTalk Utterly abysmal customer service. Initial chat online re: end of my contract; misinformed and dismissed. Apparently escalated to Customer Service management to hear back within 24 hours. Nothing; it's two weeks later. #badcustomerservice @Ofcom
-
Carly Louise Abbott (@CarlyLouiseGlen) reported@WeAreOpenreach As per my original message... It's Openreach that keep cancelling coming out to fix the fault ! So what good is trying to go back to Talktalk when the fault is with Openreach?!
-
Danix The 3rd (@DanixThe3rd) reportedMy internet from TalkTalk is dog ****. Paying £29+ for this crap.
-
Twiggy Bigwood (@devilscustard) reported@Andy_Ross1962 @TalkTalk Sounds brilliant! We are using a Smarty sim in a mobile router. Have done for nearly a year. It’s the only way to get any WiFi. Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!
-
SweetJane451 (@SweetJane451) reported@talktalk Next day, 1 July 2026 in W2 Westminstwr London and broadband out again. Connected without internet? What is this? I pay £50 month for this service?
-
Catherine Arthur (@CatArthurian) reportedUpdate... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🤨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...🤔 They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – £150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?
