@TalkTalk I’m literally done discussing this - I have wasted half a day today not to mention having to do 2 x 110 mile round trips driving over to my mother’s house to try and sort your errors out. (Losing 2 days earnings in the process) So as you can see, I’m pretty fed up with @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk it’s in my partner’s name, he’s been speaking with your customer service for 2hrs yesterday and another 2hrs today. they’ve told us there’s no service issue, which seeing the amount of people with outages i don’t believe. but we’ll see what the £40 engineer finds 🥲

Still holding again for @TalkTalk's woeful customer service. They don't honour their promises to call back, they're near impossible to contact with dysfunctional automated systems. They won't put me through to a manager. I've lost days of broadband. Companies like this shaft us.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk They treated my mum horribly a few years back. Newly widowed they cut her phone off because the line actually belonged to BT. It was her only life line to me, 400 miles away. I would NEVER employ Talk Talk. They cant be trusted
