@katiexmiddleton @virginmedia VM is big in my area for internet but the last house I was in could only have TalkTalk. When I moved, I just transferred my address over instead of moving across to VM. The trouble you’ve, and everybody else it seems, had makes me glad I did! I’ve not had an issue with TT once!

Honestly, @TalkTalk are an absolutely shambles of a company. Never received customer service as bad as this in my life from anywhere, they should be ashamed. Never ever register with them for any of their services, they're an absolute joke and they need investigating.
