They have been an absolute nightmare from April for my 85 year old Mother who has memory issues. We phoned TalkTalk to Cancel as she couldn’t remember her password they said they couldn’t get into her account but no advice!

They have missed several calls from the hospital, as callers get an error message. They don’t have call barring, call safe, or anonymous caller reject. Can you help them? I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! They have set up their end incorrectly, and seem in no hurry to fix it. Their engineer not coming until Tuesday pm Not sure why they insist on an engineer to my house as the problem isn't here
