@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

I've discovered that the @TalkTalk early termination fee isn't as high as I thought and might well be worth paying to move to a company that can fix faults without trying to charge a customer for an engineer visit when they said they wouldn't charge. Bye @TalkTalk

@owlsfan83 @TalkTalk I have similar issues,no internet for 3 weeks in Jan hours on phone customer service is appalling… no value of customer care at all! Every time book a call back it gets moved to another day and time, then say we have contacted you… so now I have to contact them #TalkTalk
