Hi @virginmedia spent almost 4 hours on live chat today to get a simple problem resolved and still didnt get resolved , very poor service @skytv or @TalkTalk are you in need of a new customer please.

@faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

@TalkTalk Got broadband65 yesterday which went live.they said I would get 59 mbpm ..Guess what I’m getting 18mbpm. I cancelled!! The cooling off period is 20 days they said I’m still going to get charged for 20 day service. Talking about asking for an orange and getting an apple

@TalkTalk please could you address the letters I’ve sent & chats I’ve had concerning my broadband. I cancelled it in June, in enough time, I was not in a contract, you acknowledged this & I’m now receiving emails from Debt recovery? This is exactly why I cancelled, poor service.
