They have missed several calls from the hospital, as callers get an error message. They don’t have call barring, call safe, or anonymous caller reject. Can you help them? They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!
