@TalkTalk I am livid. An engineer out to sort issues and you've made it worse. Now my phone says "sorry this number does not have the voicemail service enabled" and I can't make or receive calls! I'm a vulnerable customer and I need my phone! Please get a manager to call.

@TalkTalk my parents are unable to accept calls from private numbers. They have missed several calls from the hospital, as callers get an error message. They don’t have call barring, call safe, or anonymous caller reject. Can you help them? They need these calls on the landline

@TalkTalk I keep seeing info about updating on my talktalk dashboard but it's always on and no update has been pushed overnight. Until last night DLM was not doing anything to improve speeds for almost two weeks after a recent area outage & powercut. I'm on SG4K10002816t FAST5364

@TalkTalk Well you haven't resolved my problem that's been on going since Saturday. I was messaging your chat line for over an hour today. They took my number and were doing checks. I got cut off and they haven't rung me back. Absolutely fuming. This was the second time I've had to call.
