    @faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

    @Ray_Delauney @TalkTalk I wouldn’t bother. They are horrific. Been having issues with them since the lockdown started and still no further forward. They are now threatening to affect my credit rating even though I have made payment on my account

    tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

    The thing is right... I have 12 devices connected to the Internet and I always have done, sometimes more with no issues. But when I actually do have an issue, TalkTalk will tell me I have too many devices. 🥴
