@TalkTalk Yeah…still doesn’t make sense. I pay in advance and disconnect on the 31st Dec but says £27 is coming out on the 12th when I’ve unplugged it and closed my account. I’ll have to call tomorrow. Sending links unfortunately doesn’t help me.

@Talktalk every night at midnight the internet connection dies, talktalk doing nothing about fixing this. customer service is appalling
