    @faulknerdrew @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I’ve been having similar issues. Their staff haven’t got slightest idea! Rang and cancelled today and switched to Sky. Was still in contract but they said they’ve waived it. We’ll see what happens when I get my final bill, not holding my breath

    @TalkTalk I’ve dropped you yet another DM - I’ve never received service as unbelievably poor as that from Talk Talk, who despite admitting that they failed to correctly take over my line, are still refusing to refund the money they cost me eight months and dozens of emails and calls later.

    @BobollyBee Ah good not just me then. I looked on their website and it said no issues or planned maintenance! I think I'm back now. If they're going to do maintenance it would be good to actually TELL US! Can't wait to leave! @TalkTalk

    tbh I've been using #virginbroadband for 7 years and I've barely had any major issues in that time. not to white knight a ******* Branson company but just keeping perspective because holy shit i remember using BT, talktalk, sky etc and they are far worse

    @Ray_Delauney @TalkTalk I wouldn’t bother. They are horrific. Been having issues with them since the lockdown started and still no further forward. They are now threatening to affect my credit rating even though I have made payment on my account

    @helen_olliver @TalkTalk Did you get this sorted? I'm in the same boat and now they say I was never eligible and want proof I took the deal out, like a screenshot which of course I don't have. I'm adamant I renewed it with the deal otherwise I wouldn't know to wait 37 days!

    Talktalk and Vodafone on direct messages on twitter are both refusing to respond to me about ongoing issues with both services like the train disputes I don't see a solution coming from either too soon if any of the questions they asked of me retro go by

    @TalkTalk Hi Ayanda, Every time we attempt to rectify this with your company the problem worsens which is why this was escalated to your CEO after 6 months of failure to resolve from multiple customer services assistants and managers over phone & chat.
