@tescomobile Hello, I’m still having really bad phone signal problems in Waltham Abbey. Was the fault with the phone mast fixed on 7 April? My phone calls keep getting cut off.

  • andrewjthorp
Andrew James Thorp (@andrewjthorp) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@tescomobile Hey! Brilliant service, it just switched over. Took about 90 mins, your customer service is ace!

  • OconnorSoc
SOC (@OconnorSoc) reported from Waltham Abbey, England

@tescomobile Callum this is not ok, it’s gone on for long enough. I’m not buying your fault free service any longer, terminate my contract and you can come and collect the device as I am not paying £29.96.

  • 5_iron
Brad P (@5_iron) reported from Hackney, England

@tescomobile Yes, they say my only options are the same as when I first got my tracking info - leave with neighbour, change to another weekday, or pay for weekend delivery. First option failed miserably, and the second two don't help.

@tescomobile ... To understand... With no other way than a phone call they'll communicate. Then slow, wrong information, trying to charge early termination fees when in cooling off period, reluctance to meet ofcom rules around PACs, just dreadful.

  • legalstyleblog
    Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported

The vast body of consumer rights legislation still doesn't cover the single most difficult scenario a consumer can face: when a company, @tescomobile, puts one through hours of customer service in a stubborn refusal to accept payment and then says by failing to create an account one has blacklisted from their service (which apparently retains personal data of those who don't have accounts, whose processing is presumably lawful on the grounds of sadism—missed that GDPR ground).

@tescomobile I call customer care (oxymoron no care at all) provide my details on menu-I am connected-the noise in the background is horrendous the line cracks up-I’m barely able to understand them-there are no UK call centres-after over 10 years we are likely to part company

  • nelgxs
    Glen Stevens (@nelgxs) reported

@tescomobile been given a run around in your chat help. I am trying to place an order but for some reason it does not seem possible?

  • Lynzyhope
    Lynzy 🌻 (@Lynzyhope) reported

@tescomobile your call centre is shockingly bad! I haven’t lost my temper at a stranger since I was stupid and immature in my 20’s but wow your staff are ignorant and rude!

  • legalstyleblog
    Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported

@tescomobile (To be clear, it is not the fault of the poor customer service agent, who is simply trying to do a job with terrible material. This is the fault of the company.)

  • simondukamp
    Simon (@simondukamp) reported

It has been nearly 5 months and the horrible people at @tescomobile continue to daily. It is now time for @Tesco to do their jobs.

  • mydogisafreak
    Gracie🐦 (@mydogisafreak) reported

Good morning all xx I have a final assessment at the pulmonary hospital this afternoon. I hope they haven't texted me to cancel because I won't get a bloody text due to no longer having a working phone Thanks @tescomobile !

  • LewisStuff
alan lewis wildlife stuff (@LewisStuff) reported

@silveryk @tescomobile 100% - total garbage coverage - planning restrictions on mast heights is the main issue - not an issue anywhere else. Better reception across Kenya a few weeks ago than rural Hampshire.

  • Goolie6
    Goolie (@Goolie6) reported

@tescomobile its now the 3rd July 2026 its another month without a signal all we hear is yet again a mast is having work done on it. Seriously.
