    @virginmedia The worst company I have every dealt with. Unless I have total loss of internet I get no discount on my bills. The fact that I have minimum service is irrelevant to your “customer care” #ofcom really needs to regulate your company because you are ripping off your customers

    Not very good @virginmedia complaint C-2901212518 emailed to say they tried to call. No they haven’t. No incoming calls registered and nothing on my mobile! Didn’t even remotely address the complaint in the email. Please call me!

    @virginmedia Before you post this pay attention to making the Internet you provide reliable fist. Advertising high speed you raise false expectations. Every single comment on your site is a complaint. I really hope people draw their own conclusions and decide to not join.

    @virginmedia Distortion/pixelated screen, ongoing for almost 1 yr. engineer came to ‘fix’ (not fixed), sent new TiVo box to fix (not fixed), on hold for hours on end to report then told basically nothing else they can do! Trying to watch football atm and it’s impossible.

    @virginmedia Maybe by the 25th ? Every time one thing gets fixed another issue is found apparently the area network is having problems , for a month

    @robmjanem1 @virginmedia I am waiting too. Virgin is a useless company. Not worth paying for top speed. They make is impossible to call and cancel. Wasted hours on the phone.

    @virginmedia Well you did she has proof but trying to get help is ridiculous. No new contact had been sent or signed. She has spent 2 days trying to sort it out. 5 hours on the phone each day, being passed around and having the phone put down on her.. #illegal #nohelp #badcustomerservice

    @virginmedia I’ve been speaking to the team for a month I’d like my service to work now #ee were very helpful giving me £20 per month unlimited data add on so I can use a hotspot at home I will be expecting Virgin to reduce all my £60 per month bills by however much much I spend on extra data

    @virginmedia Hi! Yes please. Can you tell me what sort of speeds I should be expecting on the 350 service. It never gets anywhere near 200! I understand it can vary with device/time of day but I don’t feel it is as advertised- ever. Usually under 100 or in low 100’s

    @virginmedia Postcode is CF39 8AS. I was sent a new SIM card which I’ve activated this morning but signal is still shocking but apparently it’s ‘excellent’ according to your signal checker. This is 3 weeks ongoing now.
