@virginmedia I have WiFi at the moment. . . The problem is intermittent, it doesn't seem to coincide with times of high demand necessarily. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when working remotely from home and losing signal cuts everything off.

@CharlesGreig @virginmedia If you can, try to avoid Virgin Media, today’s the third time this month they’ve left us with no wifi and their customer service is appalling, both for broadband and everything else (I know because I’ve unfortunately got a simcard from them.)
