Signal dropped so often but always told to reboot modem even after trying to. Got slower set up now but at least it works when I want it and not at their whim. Rant over.

I will ring up and cancel in the morning and get a refund on my phone line that hasn’t yet worked too. Had a letter to say increasing price by £3.50 a month too, 6 months into a contract!

Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

I will need to cancel or downngrade to a price I can afford. Can't be hard can it. I am out of my 11 month contract and go anywhere if I don't get a reasonable offer to stay
