    Hey @virginmedia why has the internet from around 11am just gone slow all of a sudden or barely working. OL9 area. I've rebooted the router but still no luck. I'm trying to work from home here.

    @virginmedia You say it's a business number that I spoke to for 23 mins! I checked online & it's not a real area code, but a premium rate number, often used for scams. Thing is, I NEVER ring these people, or press 1, or whatever, I always hang up! But lady said there's nothing u can do, so...

    @virginmedia I've been checking & used the PSA website to trace the call and, seemingly, it is a number from a Dyson "contact us" website! Now, I did contact Dyson, a couple of months ago, but it was via an 0800 number, so I will contact Dyson to pursue the matter. Thanks for your help, John!

    @virginmedia what's happening with wifi at HD9 4 postcode? Its intermittent, keeps dropping off, logged in and it says no faults, reset router but it's still happening, i need it to work from home and its causing issues.

    @virginmedia once again your connection speed is shockingly slow. Not sure why I pay for m600 lucky to get 50mb. To make things worse your chat never respondes and the phone is a joke. 25 years of taking my money and the service is getting worse. Think I will move to #BT

    @virginmedia no TV or internet all day. Even my phone internet been playing up, hardly had that as I'm on 02, which you are partnered with. 10am tomorrow it says to be fixed now, no other updates on the issue or help. Very poor.

    I don't WTF your customer service team are doing, from transferring me to the moving team, then being transferred to cancellation, then put on hold twice, now it looks like I'm being transferred back to the moving team. @virginmedia - shambolic!

    @virginmedia Broadband/TV outage until 2:35pm but can’t register a loss of service as page doesn’t load. On 4G so problem is with you. Why advertise you’ll compensate if there’s no way to get it?!

    @virginmedia There’s no email in my junk folder. Advisor from a couple of weeks ago & today’s both checked my email address. The one today rang me on my mobile after I’d been cut off, she checked my email & said she’d send a confirmation. That call died, she never rang back

    @virginmedia I have tried that now since Monday. As landline does not work I can’t call 150. On the other number no one has been available all week. All I can do is to cancel all my services via recorded delivery- and I am getting to that point

    @OhBendy @virginmedia That can supply fibre in this area? Nope. However, since they were bought by O2 the service locally has greatly improved. Make of that what you will. It used to drop dozens of times a day. Now it’s only a couple of times per day. Luxury!
