    @virginmedia No point, tried Twitter several times to no avail. Calls = wasted hours of ones life. Sign for letter now sent to complaints as 2 official complaint emails had “no” response. Next stop Ofcom.

    @virginmedia I can receive the booster free of charge your colleague confirmed this before putting me on hold and hanging up on his return. Your app is useless so when I test the internet connection on your app it says my signal is fine in one of my rooms when that's not the case.

    @virginmedia also was offer a system that would improve the WiFi in the house. The netgear pl1000 arrived yesterday and doesn’t give me@any further WiFi coverage. It just extends the network. I only have the one router..

    @virginmedia I have had a terrible experience with Roshan technical support at virgin media. After reporting a fault with my WIFI network three times, he put the phone down on me. These technical support people are arrogant rude and not helpful at all!

    @virginmedia Thanks the router was out next to the tv by the outside wall, so we’ve never been able to use the WiFi in other parts of the house. It really only works well in that room.

    @albanwr @cybergibbons I don't use any of my Samsung TVs smart features and deny it network access for that exact reason. But my virgin media V6 box and Netflix account are happily sending sweet something back all the time.

    Been a @virginmedia customer 20+ years and they just put my price up from £73 to £103/mth! They will reduce that to £85 for a new contract, but new customers get a MUCH better package for less!! Happy to lose me as a customer so I’m off to BT (plus Now TV), at £61/mth. Bye VM!

    @virginmedia Engineer’s been this AM. Absolutely nothing wrong with our hub/cable connection. The problem is at the exchange like I’ve been telling VM for days. Engineer did another house visit yesterday nearby & reported the exchange issue. Network team knew nothing about it!

    Interestingly @virginmedia threatened loss of my landline number if I terminate, so I’m going to move it first then cancel. Deeply cynical attitude towards customers under present circumstances and with likelihood of wholesale termination of contracts due to #CostOfLiving crisis!
