    @virginmedia 909041904.26 le35ge .Call a 7 days ago about internet problems. Told we was getting a new router box and booster box. Nothing came and still getting a lot of problems. I want some to come out. Otherwise i will cancel the whole dam thing.

    @virginmedia I called to cancel my account and was offered a very generous offer. So I accepted. However, it’s been an absolute nightmare having my services installed. Your pre-pull team visited, declared the T at my property as blocked, I check it myself and it’s not blocked.

    @virginmedia How do I go about doing that? If I phone I get told to turn it off and on again and told to wait for a phone call in 24 hours that never comes. I have the details of the engineer who came yesterday but no way to contact him.

    @virginmedia I can't believe that the biggest broadband in Uk would use #Yodel They are the damn worst. Every single day, they have delayed the delivery saying that the driver couldn't access the property. Why do they use Yodel when they only have 1 star reviews everywhere...
