    @virginmedia Horrible customer service. Ive been messed around royally lately. Lied to, fobbed off. Then you have the cheek to increase my bill from £27 to £34. Called up and was offered £35 if I signed up a new contact. £1 more than the extortionate price hike. Absolute joke.
