@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

Even with stiff competition, I think @virginmedia mobile account system is the worst I've encountered. Can't check anything in the app and seems like every time I use their service I need a new password. One for phone and one for online? Not that it ever works. Is it 2021?

@virginmedia At work but will run the speedtest again later. From previous experience it’s up and down. An independent Engineer put a meter directly on the feed into the house and we could see the dBs drop inexplicably. That’s why I don’t believe it’s an issue with the router or wifi.

@virginmedia Since it's not a total loss of service this seems to have suited virgin since they don't have to compensate us. However the internet has been unusable for almost 2 weeks and I'm not prepared to wait another 2 weeks for something I paying for and not being compensated for.

@virginmedia Hi, I recently logged a complaint and after a few days received an email saying it has been resolved. Without my consent? At no point was i even contacted to discuss a resolution. My father has been overcharged and needs a refund. This is not fair at all.
