@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

@MichaelRosenYes @virginmedia @virginmedia are notoriously difficult to get hold of. After a year of chasing them down regarding a serious complaint, they ended up refunding us £58 as a "good will gesture" because of lack of communication. Our complaint was never resolved 🙄
