@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia The agent said the fault would be fixed by the 15th, however this is a local issue apparently. I can get internet connection through a wired connection which tells me no issues with the service. However the issue is with the WiFi speed from the hub which is a hardware issue😩
