    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    @virginmedia My broadband is down it’s been down since yesterday and on the box all the lights go green and keep flashing every so often like it’s trying to gain back connection .

    @virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

    @virginmedia I've seen the link but none of the options so far have worked. Kits aren't arriving and we haven't been able to arrange a collection as they keep contacting an outdated phone number even though this has been updated on the account. Tried to raise a complaint unsuccessfully.

    @virginmedia Already reported our virgin box is out of date and not working properly, but now told to have an up to date box we have to pay £35!! We have the full package so why do we have to pay for an up to date box when it should be included in the service??

    @virginmedia Hi, are you able to share any further tips to fix a virgin tv box. Ours starts up with Welcome screen then just nothing. Followed all fixes on your help site, but still nothing. Not really wanting to wait a few days for an engineer.
