    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    @virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

    @virginmedia I’m sorry too. 7 phone calls, 5.5 hours of incorrect information, mistakes and awful “customer service”. To be fair, the Twitter social media team were the best part but you’re unable to resolve the issues. I have accepted a new package but will be making a formal complaint too.

    @virginmedia Never getting through - none of the numbers allow us through, going in circles and then cutting off. My mothers cancellation went through and still the letters keep coming for outstanding payment which was made in January and then again last weekend of Feb.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Cld however I was told they can’t change my direct debit until after 18th. All I want is both Broadband & Mobile on 14th. Surely as a customer (owner of the accounts) passes (security measures) but isn’t able to something very basic… there’s something seriously wrong!! help

    @virginmedia When you call they extend your contract just for saying your internet is running slow when you do eventually get them to review the call you get told there's nothing we can do about it we can't change the date on a contract
