Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported@ndabas @TLRailUK More interesting IMO – the IP address 80.0.1.0 belongs to Virgin Media (as part of 80.0.0.0/13). I wonder if the PIS uses VM, or if they're just using public IP space on a private network and hoping for the best?
-
Seno (@SenosLIVE) reported@virginmedia please get your **** together, 3rd day in a row internet goes down at 9pm with no solution to the problem other than check back in 24hours. I’m paying £40 a month not for this. Soon it’s gonna be time to switch providers
-
Stanley Percival Simmonds (@simmo1024) reportedIn addition, ISP have controls that block content. Virgin Media for example have a fairly fine-tunable system. If you go into any school of college, their internet is filtered. The technology exists to enable the bill payer to control internet access. But of course this is not, and never has been about protecting children, it is about digital ID.
