@virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia There was a never a week goes by without some sort of problem in the area. Sometimes it’s a daily outage for a few minutes. As I am almost house bound I rely on my tv. I am paying over £80 per month. That’s a lot when the service is so bad. It’s all back on for now.

@virginmedia I’ve tried to do that yesterday, and called 8 times before in past month, all I get at the end of conversation is “It’s an issue in the area and will get sorted” and they’re not able to tell how long will take. saying this for one month now, and they avoid to book an engineer
