    @virginmedia my wife @sj_rooksby has been ringing u this morning first time for 30+ mins and someone hung up and then again for 56mins before being hung up on again she only wants to add cinema and Disney plus one well and truly pissed off customer

    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    @virginmedia So are you saying you’re not aware of any problems from London up to the midlands. Seems I’m the one to do all the checking for you. You know there’s a problem,explain it diagnose it and fix it,you’d have no problem chasing a missed payment.

    Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

    @virginmedia I’ve re-set the box, I have to do it almost daily, so I have no interest in going through any more reset options. It’s interesting how your sales team were happy to call me back when I didn’t take up the option of an upgrade, but your customer service team aren’t so keen.

    @HollyGo55 @smerconish Ever since Virgin Media lost CNN, we can no longer watch it. Not all presenters are bad, or dopes, some are quite good, so I do miss certain ones. But there's definitely been a slant towards poking at Biden.

    @virginmedia Thanks. Have you tried contacting @YodelOnline? It’s a black hole of misinformation and highly confused communication. I gather there are delays at this peak time and fully accept and appreciate this. Just don’t appreciate the shoddy service and misinformation.
