    @virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    @virginmedia Yes it says there is no issues connecting to my account. I have spoken to 3 people and managers also and nothing has happened. I’m sure more people would like to know that their devices could set on fire then you have to be charged. As mentioned I want someone to call me
