    @virginmedia Hi John the broad band issue is still there, could not get through on last night. The internet drops out for no reason and I have to power off my router . Did this more than 5 times yesterday. I have factory reset router and still the same issue.

    I'll be glad to leave @virginmedia superfast nothing most of the time! 'Reliable' my a**e only thing thats reliable is that it'll go down every 3 weeks... we must be entitled to leave for free surely with how often this has happened.

    @virginmedia I need to lower my broadband speed as im moving and Virgin isnt in the area i'm moving to but my parents need to retain it. I tried calling but call centres are closed and theres no obvious to do it on the app. Any help!

    @virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

    @virginmedia Yes, have checked service status - no issues. Done factory resets on our router to no avail. Our broadband has been dropping out every 10-15 minutes for the past week making it impossible to work from home.

    @virginmedia It’s away from everything, it’s only a small house, I want to use the Wi-fi upstairs as part of having to do a bit of work from home but it’s shocking, I have tried everything the superhub 3 is a terrible router, the 2 was much better

    @virginmedia @FreddieBeGaming I appreciate you’re trying to help but if you read the tweet at the start of this thread you can see it’s not an issue with WiFi black spots and the technical team have already been contacted with absolutely 0 resolution. A complaint’s already been submitted and is being handled.

    @virginmedia It's not a service issue. It's pre-install work not being done, even though I received a message saying it had been done. I scheduled my home move specifically to coincide with Internet installation. The customer service truly is poor. I would never recommend your service.
