    Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    @virginmedia on a 200mbps download package and I’m averaging 9mbps this morning! I understand there might be heavier traffic at the moment, but we can’t do any work from home with such poor service!! #stayconnected I would if I could!!

    I'll be glad to leave @virginmedia superfast nothing most of the time! 'Reliable' my a**e only thing thats reliable is that it'll go down every 3 weeks... we must be entitled to leave for free surely with how often this has happened.

    @VirginMediaCorp what does it take to speak to someone at Virgin media. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. I am having issues with my broadband and I can't speak to noone to rectify the issue. Waiting an hour to get through to someone. Disgusting

    @virginmedia You don’t support customer contact in anyway - your telephone and WhatsApp teams are not dependant on 3rd party browsers, and your systems don’t support basic iOS software, evidently - how isn’t that a failure on behalf on VM? Am I the only person using Safari? I doubt it.

    @virginmedia I have been with you for nearly 20 year's i have a problem with my router /wireless being fobbed off after going through to 3 people on phone for over a 120 and you still will not help me out on my wireless being faulty....disgraceful service!!!!

    @virginmedia So you ask me to call- can’t fulfil, then you ask me to use WhatsApp / text- can’t fulfil, now ask me to webchat, and low and behold, you can’t fulfil. I’m not willing to download another browser, no. I will just cancel within 24 hours and allow VM to make the expense. Laughable.

    Sort your **** out please. Either @bbc #Radio1 has broadcast issues or, more likely, @virginmedia has problems on the network. Radio keeps dropping out. It's 2021 guys, simple stuff.

    @virginmedia My Broadband has not been working properly for 4 days, my wife and I are still working from home and can't do so, call handler I spoke to when I dialled 151 wasn't much help, I would like to speak to someone who can help

    @virginmedia only had broadband from you for 4 days. Speeds way lower than my minimum allowed and called customer support to be told I have to wait 7 days for them to even consider sending someone out. Appalling customer support, especially considering I’m a new customer.
