    @virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

    @virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

    @virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

    @virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

    Oh joy. Christmas Eve and @virginmedia has a fault that apparently won’t be fixed until 4 January. No TV or internet then this Christmas whilst stuck at home on my own 😢 ...although the service status page says ‘good service’ 🤔

    @virginmedia No, I received no explanation why it had been cancelled, I received no verification in writing, it came as a complete surprise, which is the basis of my complaint. This is costing me significant amounts of money in mobile data and calling your help centre.

    @virginmedia The first from me, not from my area! We are all complaining one way or another, phone, Twitter, email.. Virgin admits it has been issues, going to be fixed.. But truth is, each time for 1 hour of internet we have a whole day of cuttings or no internet at all! #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia @lindsay Then 16 hours to the end of that day, then 48 hours for reconnection) before I'm even due a penny, and that amount will not even cover the amount of extra data it's likely my household will have to buy. For a problem entirely not of my making. Disgraceful.

    @virginmedia @lindsay Apparently I am entitled to £8 per day for each day past 48 hours after the end of the day I reported a complete loss of service as recompense. I might have lost my job by then, and had up to 72 hours without service (8 hours before I could contact the helpdesk, [cont]
