@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@virginmedia 1. He swapped out hub 3 for a hub 5 as he said the hub 3 was giving out slow speeds 2. He said due the speed issues he would get one sent to us for free as it’s not our fault 3. He already tested the connection speeds around the flat therefore I won’t need to do this again
