    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

    @VirginMediaCorp what does it take to speak to someone at Virgin media. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. I am having issues with my broadband and I can't speak to noone to rectify the issue. Waiting an hour to get through to someone. Disgusting

    @Ian66232919 @virginmedia Always been a nightmare. I used to switch between them and sky for TV/Internet. I tried BT Internet 3 years ago and haven’t looked back. Better service and customer service. The other two are all about new customers.

    @virginmedia again letting me down, move sorted for today, said the new equipment will be with you on the moving date, rang them this morning said the stuff hasn’t left the warehouse yet and don’t know when we will get it and ended the call, attitude and costumer service stinks
