Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@VirginMediaCorp what does it take to speak to someone at Virgin media. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. I am having issues with my broadband and I can't speak to noone to rectify the issue. Waiting an hour to get through to someone. Disgusting

@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia @lionking2014 Interesting tactic, get all your customers to wait in your interminable telephone queues so they don’t notice how long the broadband outage is! Your service stinks @virginmedia, get it sorted and don’t tell people to call you when you know damn well your service is down.
