@virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia not even close the most reliable WIFI ever, raising a complaint is harder than getting an alcoholic to quit drinking. HUB 3 is absolutely worthless. Rubbish service, rubbish costumer experience you should be prosecuted by the Wales Ombudsman.
