    @virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @virginmedia i have criticised VM with just cause in the past. I spent over 2hrs on the phone with your South African and Malaysian(?) call centres getting NOWHERE. Precisely one call to the brilliant Tracy in faults has been more help in 30mins than you’d ever think #ThankYou
