    Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @VirginMediaCorp what does it take to speak to someone at Virgin media. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. I am having issues with my broadband and I can't speak to noone to rectify the issue. Waiting an hour to get through to someone. Disgusting

    @virginmedia internet connection has been so shoddy last 24 hours! Customer service says nothing wrong , amount of resets and hearing Alexa and google home saying no connection suggest otherwise

    @virginmedia another household with no services, G81 area. You really need to start updating customers with real answers. Your website is down and customer services when you phone know nothing and cannot help. Sort it out and best be refunding for shocking services in December!

    @virginmedia I mean yeah, I can do that every day but it doesn't fix your service. My whole house is CAT6 networked (And part through moving to CAT8). I should not have to reboot your HUB every single day.

    You only have to do a quick search to see this is a national problem. There are even huge groups on Facebook about virgin media problems. @MartinSLewis
