@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

@virginmedia I’ve contacted them and they cut the phone when I ask to speak to the manager. I called last Monday, last Tuesday , last Wednesday, this Tuesday, this Thursday and today. All of them give me the same answer they will come today wait until the end of the day, never show up

@virginmedia nice to see customer service is as good as your broadband service 3rd time a manager was due to ring back within 24hours 3rd time didn’t happen Broadband speeds paying for is 500mb, getting less than 10 some days. Last agent I spoke to actually turned the router off
