    Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    Thank you @virginmedia, no broadband until the 13th at least! #Le2 firstly we never get the speed we pay for, now we can’t even connect. My advice to anyone looking for broadband = Avoid Virgin, because virgin service and customer service is so poor #Le2 #Virginmedia

    To Molly Mae, For 72 hours I’ve had no 4G at home, no mobile signal and when you use that 4G as your internet because you’re with virgin media who’s wifi is down longer than Margaret Thatcher it makes it really difficult to post content to my fans on Instagram and earn money.
