    @virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

    @virginmedia I don't use a wired connection as I don't have a desktop pc... And even if I did still doesn't take away from the fact the WiFi is not working. It hasn't been working the whole day I haven't been able to do anything.

    @virginmedia Twice I’ve tried and failed when call transferred to appropriate dept. The system has failed me, not the other way round. Why there can’t be a call return service rather than spending hours on hold and the call being cancelled before actually being answered.

    @virginmedia waited 40 min just to be completely ignored. My tv box is clearly broken and u have to be kinda dumb not to see it. Meanwhile the operator is telling me to plug and unplug HDMI. What a absolute joke a week with no tv and 0 help from virgin media team. Good one boys

    @virginmedia Called in September to make you aware and was told the issue would be resolved and then it wasn’t when I checked my bill, so I raised a complaint last week,called again yesterday and was cut off 🙃

    @Sarah_J_Fuller @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph We have checked the hub, restarted and reset the hub, spoke to 4 people on the app who said it was a fault in our area/reset the hub/try using a cable. Since the new hub our WiFi speed has been terrible and not what a M100 contract should be
