@virginmedia on a 200mbps download package and I’m averaging 9mbps this morning! I understand there might be heavier traffic at the moment, but we can’t do any work from home with such poor service!! #stayconnected I would if I could!!

Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

Finally have my internet back @ToniaBuxton 🥳 though it was the hubby sorted it out after multiple phonecalls as @virginmedia support was a complete waste of time and basically just theatre. Also turns out Andrew who said "that's not happening" about a re-connection was wrong.

After being a customer of @virginmedia for over twenty years I have decided my battle to have my early disconnection fee refunded is lost. From pillar to post you wore me out. I'm living with my dad. I can't give you a tenancy agreement, utility bill etc.
