    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    I'll be glad to leave @virginmedia superfast nothing most of the time! 'Reliable' my a**e only thing thats reliable is that it'll go down every 3 weeks... we must be entitled to leave for free surely with how often this has happened.

    @virginmedia I need to lower my broadband speed as im moving and Virgin isnt in the area i'm moving to but my parents need to retain it. I tried calling but call centres are closed and theres no obvious to do it on the app. Any help!

    Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

    @virginmedia Also, when I renewed I was told we would get a new router but this has never happened. This router is dated and old. Offering high speeds with a useless router is a scam because you will never be able to fulfill those speeds you advertise with these useless routers.

    @virginmedia It is a WiFi issue. You are the so called experts so you ought to tell us what the issue is. We cannot keep calling you to be cut off after 90mins and still get nowhere with it. No you're expecting us to figure the issue out. This needs to be done by you

    @virginmedia No issue detected. I know it’s not an Internet connect issue as the same thing happens with mobile data. And again, I can login to both my virgin media and sky sport with my virgin media credentials without issue. It’s just virgin tv go I cannot.

    @NryptoCFT @virginmedia I would leave if @virginmedia didn't keep cutting me off after 90mins on hold. I'm currently paying for Internet which I'm not receiving. If they don't resolve my issues I'm going to cancel and go elsewhere. They've been absolutely terrible so far! Regret renewing with them.
