    @virginmedia I was told yesterday in a webchat that the issue is in the area and not with my phone! Apprently in the area I live you are doing enhancements or something which is the cause of the issue!

    @virginmedia my grandad is being charged every month for something we have requested to be cancelled months ago, just tried to cancel again but you are still taking this out, just spent an hour on the phone trying to sort this out but the call has been cut off three times!!

    @guardian @virginmedia will not honour prices online over the phone. Website won’t let me downgrade and @virginmedia only do this on the phone. £52pm vs £34pm online. I can only downgrade on the phone. Any advice as they don’t have a clue and are holding me to ransom! #help

    @nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

    @virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

    @virginmedia It’s constantly low signal up and down. We’ve turned it off about 20 times over the last 2 weeks and nothing is happening. I spoke to someone a week ago and they said there was a problem in the like near our address checked the app and there was no fault.

    @ShippersUnbound @virginmedia A month ago BT sent an engineer out to us next day. Have to say (once I managed to speak to a human being in the phone) it was excellent service.

    @virginmedia Yes it has been resolved by me yes, no call back from the team however? All that is left to work out is how much my bill is next month when we look at non service and poor customer experience 👍

    @virginmedia Well what was more annoying was I checked the service status page when the outage was mentioned and for my area your service status showed all green bar mobile which was having issues at the time (22/07/20).
