@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

@virginmedia I had an engineer out 2 weeks ago who tried to trouble shoot the router, he did everything he could and told me to give it a couple of days and factory reboot the router. Then advised to text him if that didn’t work and he would change the router. I can’t get hold of the engineer
