@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia @virginmedia avoid virgin mobile at all cost. Its been 6 months and their incompetent technical teams are blocking millions of poor customers by incorrectly porting them out. Customers stuck and not able to receive calls from several mobile operators/ networks.
