@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

@virginmedia Hi.Visit was eventually arranged. The call operator on Saturday was very poor. I called again today to cancel an upgrade and the operator was much better. However your website is difficult to use, older people tend not to use apps and I think it’s deliberately made difficult.
