No engineer still

I’ve done all your tests, but read lots of comments that this is due to the virgin hub. Can you find a solution so I can work from home please!

I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

Will be cancelling and expect them to wave the £108 they want to charge me to do so. Have a complaint raised, apparently I can’t respond to it for 8 weeks! Crap.
