    @virginmedia My broadband fluctuates, but even when I’m getting above 200mbps WiFi , my Ethernet to the back of the house is 5-10mbps. I’ve done all your tests, but read lots of comments that this is due to the virgin hub. Can you find a solution so I can work from home please!

    @virginmedia You’re call centre is not helpful. I’ve spent 2.5 weeks trying to contact you. I am not cancelling the contract - you are- it’s not my fault you don’t provide my new house but you expect me ti@oay £300+ To cancel a contract that I want to keep- you r cancelling. Not me.

    @virginmedia Hi John the broad band issue is still there, could not get through on last night. The internet drops out for no reason and I have to power off my router . Did this more than 5 times yesterday. I have factory reset router and still the same issue.

    @virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

    @virginmedia That is a joke - as I want to take @virginmedia with me - so are you saying I should be choosing a house based on virgin media’s’ service ??? it’s not my fault you don’t service the area.... why am I being penalised ? You are breaking the contract by not providing the service.

    Oh joy. Christmas Eve and @virginmedia has a fault that apparently won’t be fixed until 4 January. No TV or internet then this Christmas whilst stuck at home on my own 😢 ...although the service status page says ‘good service’ 🤔

    @virginmedia chat service is down, no one to answer technical calls, a website that sends you round and round in circles! Is it at all possible that someone is still working who can solve my broadband issues before I cancel my direct debit?

    @virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

    @virginmedia trying to cancel Sky Sports for my mum after my fathers death. Repeatedly On hold for 50 mins each time then you hang up. No facility to do it online!! Any help.

    @virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

    @virginmedia Could you please highlight exactly what clause you want me to read ? I am a disabled mother of 3 with her daughter needing internet for gcse - which You can’t provide- she needs internet to study. I am NOT cancelling contract - you are - by not providing service that I pay for

    @virginmedia any issues with the connect app? Paused my sons devices yesterday and today the app not connecting to my router and can’t unpause his profile. Not the best way to start a brand new contract.

    After 6 weeks of being in our new house we still have no internet. Despite proving to @virginmedia @Virgin that we own the house, they are still allowing the previous tenant who lived here at least 7 months ago to hold an account at our address. Has anyone else had this problem?

    @virginmedia Thank you for clarifying. I wasn't trying to be awkward but these things weren't made clear in the link you sent. The service is still not working by the way. Estimated repair has now changed for the EIGHTH time, now saying 9pm today.

    @virginmedia I’ve spoke to an agent 2-3 times a week for past 8 weeks, just like you they are no help, all they do is apologise and say there is nothing they can do, again, no one is accountable for this, but you should be, do you think 8 weeks intermittent signal is acceptable

    @virginmedia The fix time has changed eight times. It's still not working. It's a shame @virginmedia can't tell me what the problem so I can get an understanding of how big or small it is. Virgin clearly have no idea how long it's going to take as the fix time has changed eight times.

    @virginmedia got hub5 "installed" today & it's not worked since engineer installed it. Constant red blue & white flashing lights. WFH so need Internet access. Customer service say network outage but I very much doubt that #appallingcustomerservice

    @virginmedia Yes there are connectivity issues in the area. However this has not been the case for the entire 3 weeks she hasn’t had internet. Still keep getting fobbed off with this excuse though. You guys sent us a new router though so even you couldn’t of always thought that was the issue?

    @virginmedia 1.refund me ny direct debuts between 25 August and 8 November 2022 ( total broadband outage between this period). 2. Offer me compensation in line with OFGEM regulations for the broadband, audio and TV outage.
