    @virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    @virginmedia Yes. I am going to try get an RJ45 cable w/ USB-C adapter to test wired connection. Seeds are slow afternoons and evenings. At 6am speeds are good. My sense is you have too many ppl sharing a line. I’be write to customer service complaints.

    Called Virgin Media to renew broadband contract- 40 mins on phone, the sales person could not help- will call me back within 5 days or email me??? Obviously don’t want to keep customers when the customer discovers they are paying over £20 per month more!!
