    @virginmedia My broadband is down it’s been down since yesterday and on the box all the lights go green and keep flashing every so often like it’s trying to gain back connection .

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

    Phone and Broadband companies using the Retail Price Index plus X% really is an atrocious way of increasing price on contacts mid term. Still not as bad as @virginmedia increasing my package by a random amount equating to 25%. Excuse is increased cost!

    Only took 3 days to get through and complete my query with virgin media. Fair play to the person I spoke to though they did me a solid 👍 Don’t ask you don’t get people. Never settle when it comes to your bills. Always chase the deals
