@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@virginmedia Virgin wifi disgrace! Had a service no service in my entire area for 4 days. False advertising for £8 compensation per day. Called to complain but 2 many callers so virgin cut all calls. Now can get my £32 back, when I was using hotspot ran up a £50 bill on top!

@virginmedia Just to let you know, the stream has suddenly gone back to normal. All my uncle did was log in to see if there'd been any improvement. FYI, instead of the page taking ages to open, it opened within a couple of seconds. When the picture was bad the pages took ages to open. Thanx!

@virginmedia Broadband is great in main room but terrible in all others. I haven’t time to wait to get through again. I just need some range extenders sending. Also the guys who fitted the fibre cable dug up and killed my grass and still managed to leave it showing. That can’t be right???
