    @virginmedia My broadband fluctuates, but even when I’m getting above 200mbps WiFi , my Ethernet to the back of the house is 5-10mbps. I’ve done all your tests, but read lots of comments that this is due to the virgin hub. Can you find a solution so I can work from home please!

    @virginmedia You’re call centre is not helpful. I’ve spent 2.5 weeks trying to contact you. I am not cancelling the contract - you are- it’s not my fault you don’t provide my new house but you expect me ti@oay £300+ To cancel a contract that I want to keep- you r cancelling. Not me.

    @virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

    Oh joy. Christmas Eve and @virginmedia has a fault that apparently won’t be fixed until 4 January. No TV or internet then this Christmas whilst stuck at home on my own 😢 ...although the service status page says ‘good service’ 🤔

    @virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

    @virginmedia Hi John the broad band issue is still there, could not get through on last night. The internet drops out for no reason and I have to power off my router . Did this more than 5 times yesterday. I have factory reset router and still the same issue.

    @virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

    But guess what it gets better… The @virginmedia agent apologies and gleefully tells me to resolve my issue, they will send out an engineer on in two days time (i.e. today) to come and install the modem ‘FOR FREE’ Looool. I’m telling you, you can’t make this up.

    @virginmedia There's an 'outage' but this has been the same scripted response for over 2 weeks now, link on message says engineers are on their way it's been saying that for 2 weeks, was going to be resolved yesterday at 4pm then 8pm now 4pm today, I give up!

    @virginmedia Hi, I have been a loyal virgin customer for over 10 yrs. Due to a failed connection by virgin for a new home we have decided to stay in our original home & have had 96 hours of loss of internet, phone & services. I have made several calls but still not fixed!
