Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

Hi @virginmedia - Virgin Mobile, has to be the worst company. Family members phone stopped working 3 weeks ago due to your migration. Constant phone calls, complaints & no one dealing,over 20 calls made to resolve, hours on phone, staff promising call backs that don’t happen
