    @virginmedia I was told yesterday in a webchat that the issue is in the area and not with my phone! Apprently in the area I live you are doing enhancements or something which is the cause of the issue!

    @nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

    @guardian @virginmedia will not honour prices online over the phone. Website won’t let me downgrade and @virginmedia only do this on the phone. £52pm vs £34pm online. I can only downgrade on the phone. Any advice as they don’t have a clue and are holding me to ransom! #help

    @virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

    @virginmedia I allow cookies already. This still doesn't rectify my problem, as I am locked out for another 6 days. I need to be allowed access which I normally do over the phone, but no one answer. I have done it by live chat link that you have sent me. Can you do this again or call me?

    @virginmedia Thanks. Yes, with update text just after 6pm. Surely an informative, direct message advising impacted customers of your current service faults, outage as they happen, w/out one trying to figure it out, then having to request info is possible? Kinda important, don’t ya think!?

    @virginmedia It did come back on but has dropped out a few times this morning so I don’t think it’s properly fixed. Not ideal foR WFH and home school. Frustration comes from inability to communicate with anyone and service status stating no problems when local VM neighbours also affected. Ta

    @virginmedia 3 years with the hub 3 and internet was flawless and over 100mbps. Just a few weeks into the hub 4 and the speed is always 108 ish BUT it has spent several hours with no internet on one occasion, and regular (probably once a day) disconnections for a few mins. Wtf?

    @virginmedia WIFI. After 3 hours another engineer said it’s a local intermittent problem, wait 24 hours, but why was that not detected by the first engineer? I still have no internet connection unless I stand next to the router which is impractical . I suspect I’ll be phoning again at 4pm

    @virginmedia The boosters that you guys have issued me are not working and solving my WiFi problem. So I was trying to speak to an engineer regarding this.
