@virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@virginmedia You having a wing up!!! Look at the thread this is on. Been 2 and a half weeks with one of my TV boxes not working. Quite simple to fix. Send me a new one and pick up the faulty one, then refund me for the service I couldn't use through your companies incompetence in responding!
