@virginmedia ...Whereas other providers do. .@ThreeUK, for example, lead the way when it comes to roaming. Couple that with not offering existing customers the best deal when it comes to renewing their contract and you’ve just lost a customer.

@guardian @virginmedia will not honour prices online over the phone. Website won’t let me downgrade and @virginmedia only do this on the phone. £52pm vs £34pm online. I can only downgrade on the phone. Any advice as they don’t have a clue and are holding me to ransom! #help

@virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

@nerans1 @virginmedia They are on auto pilot. My best one last week. Letter from HMRC dated April 15th asking for a payment (which I had already made, employer mess up ) to be paid by 31/1/2019! Cut me off but found way round it...refuse to say what problem is about!

@JohnHutchinson @virginmedia Had the same issue no one called me back either. Still waiting for anyone to respond. The one person that did promised the world but delivered nothing. He even said the hub 3 was poor and that It was my fault because I connected more than 10 devices. Now I have 1 and still broken

@virginmedia I'm currently suffering from some insomnia so I can tell you the WiFi has gone down a further 3 times in the last hour. This is unacceptable.
