    @virginmedia I still have 0 signal and i have rung the number for the customer services and we tried all the restart and trouble shooting and nothing happened they seemed to agree with me with the idea my SIM has been hacked and are sending a new one out.

    @virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

    @virginmedia My complaint relates to paying for a service and not receiving it. Being hung up on by virgin media. Breaching GDPR in order to raise a complaint and then no one willing to deal with said complaint. You tell me what an community forum or other virgin customers is going to do ?

    @virginmedia I have finally spoken to someone who has almost resolved my issue, the engineer apparantly called at my work on Saturday morning but got no answer, which is strange as I was here from 8.00am. Now there are no engineers availble and the adapter is being delivered next Sat 10th.

    @virginmedia Looked at that, but apparently the person who took my call on Tuesday and booked the engineer appointment apparently failed to log it on the account although I got a confirmation text of the appointment, so no compensation due, its really treating a long standing customer badly
