@virginmedia I'm well aware of the service status page, but when it just gives a generic 'we know there's a problem and hope to get it fixed by 3pm' it's not very helpful. But seemingly the chatbot is even less so. Just lost connection for the 3rd time in 28 hours. #Anyone4Starlink?

@virginmedia Yes I’ve done the factory reset and still having issues. Sky boxes need to be reconnected to wifi every day and I’ve checked it all out with Sky and it’s not a Sky problem. It’s a Virgin wifi issue.

It’s still bizarre and confusing how a @virginmedia representative said that there was a high chance they would be available in my area in 6 months…..and it’s been 7 YEARS!!!!. Would have been a loyal customer since 2007 if they were here. Well at leadt there’s @bt_uk
