Give up with @virginmedia phone uo yesterday to pay after getting disconnected,they phone back 20:10 to take payment and say service be back on in 24 hours Cos of the corona .phone back at 6:30pm today to say still not back on and they argue payment wasn’t made even thou money

@virginmedia I’ve tried that with VM staff called Marick on 23 Oct for nearly 3 hours - dreadful experience as M had no understanding of issue , said returning my overcharge was ‘good will’ & took ages to answer.I’ve screenshot stuff of conversation. Another example of poor VM service

@virginmedia customer services. Have transferred me 9 different times. Made me go through security 9 times and kept me on the phone for 1 hour. In the end I had to hang up when they transferred me the 10th time. Is this the worst customer service known to man?
