    @virginmedia I never gave out any personal information as I knew it was a scam cus I'm with Sky. The number was 02045099664 but it was spoofed. Lady had an Indian accent and said technicians in my area had fould a fault which was affecting my computer.

    @virginmedia Yes the sim is running off of O2, I got it about a week ago. Calls don’t drop. It’s just the call quality which is terrible on every call.

    @virginmedia This contact was via the phone. He did give a reason, the reason being he didn’t know what the problem was. So told us to sit here and wait with no Wi-Fi and hope it sorts itself out.

    @BorisJohnson I can only get virginmedia (at an extortionate price) as it’s the only one who supply more than slow basic speeds - and this is the centre of bristol. Nothings improved for most of us - not only for this but everything else since you’ve wrecked our economy

    @virginmedia apparently you're working in the Bath area today and its cutting out my internet - I was never notified (checked my emails and texts) and I work from home so this is a massive pain.

    @virginmedia @lavalarue Surely having to pay for things like very expensive nursery fees so my little one can have daycare and I can work and pay for all my bills, and also provide for my family isn't being taken into consideration as a very loyal customer who recommended @virginmedia to so many friends

    @virginmedia It appears we have hit a new low... Apparently having a broken VM services box now off the wall internals exposed to elements is not something that needs to be fixed... It needs a customer complaint to be raised 45mins in and still waiting to complete.... Really VM?

    @virginmedia since virgin media started piggy backing off of vodafone my data signal has been appalling. I pay a lot of money a month and have a lot of data that I can’t use because the signal is so poor.

    @virginmedia It seems u do not understand what I'm asking. U offer 2 technologies: wifi extender and powerline. I need to connect network hub via ethernet but want to know if WiFi pod has ethernet port. The Gen 2 WiFi pod has 2 ports and faster.will call support 4 answers

    Rather than waste time replying to people on social media why doesn’t @virginmedia just address the ****** ******* broadband. ******* sort it out now, genuinely the worst service provider in the UK.
