This has been cancelled with no explanation. Can’t book another. Service status says it’s fine but many others online in CT10 says there is an area issue. First person on phone hung up.

Now, recheck the app and not expected back until 8am tomorrow! Seriously?! Why? What has happened? How can it be down for that long? Ridiculous, especially when people work from home.

Everyone in the area has the internet down and yet I’m being told right now on the phone there is no problem. I had an engineer booked tomorrow and VM cancelled that and now can’t send one until Monday? Awful service.

I get "buffering" and channel failed messages constantly. This happens and a low bandwidth message appears with tbe graphic even when the channel is still working.
