Everyone in the area has the internet down and yet I’m being told right now on the phone there is no problem. I had an engineer booked tomorrow and VM cancelled that and now can’t send one until Monday? Awful service.

What is happening?!

This has been cancelled with no explanation. Can’t book another. Service status says it’s fine but many others online in CT10 says there is an area issue. First person on phone hung up.

I explained the gravity as I needed to finish work for Xmas. They lied!! I’ve now got to drive to London and work through the night! Appalling!

Terrible customer service, even worse service, waiting to join @EE but stuck in a contract that only seems to work one way. You really are a shambles.

I spoke to customer services at 18:00 who “guaranteed it would be fixed by 21:25” I checked this 3 times as, at that point, I could arrange alternatives to finish work for Xmas. Now I can’t and still have no internet. Appalling!

All get from Virgin Media is that it is being investigated. This needs to get resolved and someone from your team needs to let me know that it is working.
