    @virginmedia The new box arrived, and the WiFi sorted itself out for now at least. The boosters are still generating the old network also. I’m planning on leaving everything as it is till it goes wrong again, then I’ll call.

    @virginmedia Already done it and there is an outage in the area and now saying won’t be updated until 9.30pm? How am I supposed to work?

    @virginmedia I am extremely unhappy broadband been down since 1.15pm. Booked an engineer. This has been cancelled with no explanation. Can’t book another. Service status says it’s fine but many others online in CT10 says there is an area issue. First person on phone hung up.

    @virginmedia services in #Thanet have been off since 1am on the 23rd December and now you are pushing it back until 2pm today for a fix and still no engineer on site - that will be over 36 hours with zero updates to customers right before Christmas. What is happening?!

    @virginmedia service down in CT10 area, loads of people reporting this on social media etc but service status says it is fine. Can you please look into this ASAP?!

    I sent a email to @virginmedia on the 15th January, I was given the following Complaint reference: C-150121161 And promised contact within 28 days, by my counting it’s been 2 months.....

    @virginmedia I’m not a technician, can you guys just let me leave my contract after this. Terrible customer service, even worse service, waiting to join @EE but stuck in a contract that only seems to work one way. You really are a shambles.

    @virginmedia The service status page hasn’t updated since 1pm. Everyone in the area has the internet down and yet I’m being told right now on the phone there is no problem. I had an engineer booked tomorrow and VM cancelled that and now can’t send one until Monday? Awful service.

    @virginmedia... broadband has been down all day and expected back at 5:25pm, still not working. Now, recheck the app and not expected back until 8am tomorrow! Seriously?! Why? What has happened? How can it be down for that long? Ridiculous, especially when people work from home.

    @money4nuffin @virginmedia This is the 1st issue I’ve had with them in fairness and not happy with the way they are handling it. Other than screen shots of other peoples phones I’ve had no updates

    @QueenieandBlue @RageDarling @virginmedia Im with virgin media mine goes down with really really bad weather like we are having now. But apart that i carnt complain about the service. Because my sky goes at the same time as virgin does in the bad weather.

    @virginmedia Why would my page have no update since 1pm? I’m only getting updates via community Facebook page and my parents. My postcode is CT10 2SW. I would also like to know why my engineer visit was cancelled and how I make a complaint.

    @virginmedia not had internet, for 24 hours. I spoke to customer services at 18:00 who “guaranteed it would be fixed by 21:25” I checked this 3 times as, at that point, I could arrange alternatives to finish work for Xmas. Now I can’t and still have no internet. Appalling!

    @virginmedia Honestly, the worst customer services aspect I've ever come across from a large company. Awful levels of spoken English, next to no technical knowledge, and they're very unlikely to turn up when they're supposed to if they do decide to try and fix something.

    @virginmedia Yep - I’ve reset the router and Sure Signal several times. I have deassigned and reassigned the SS too. Has there been some sort of firewall change implemented remotely by Virgin?

    @virginmedia Tv which I don’t need, if I was a new customer I could have phone broadband and tv for £30 a month, but my special offer with loyalty is the same but £45 a month, that’s a joke

    @TheHammer180 @virginmedia Best thing to do is give your 30 days notice to cancel and they will call you directly with an offer! Happened to me twice now!

    @virginmedia Just spoke to 11neighbours in group they all have the same fault and website says no issue. LS123RS. I've booked an engineer for the 4th of Jan, not brilliant service considering I've just had you out for a fault and router was replaced.

    @virginmedia I’ll ensure they sign up to Linkline just in case. It’s obvious that all slots are booked, I’m not stupid. I’m asking if you think it’s acceptable for customers to be left without communication for 10 days then offer compensation of £8 per day?
