Everyone in the area has the internet down and yet I’m being told right now on the phone there is no problem. I had an engineer booked tomorrow and VM cancelled that and now can’t send one until Monday? Awful service.

I explained the gravity as I needed to finish work for Xmas. They lied!! I’ve now got to drive to London and work through the night! Appalling!

If this is an improvement over the V6 box, someone is having a laugh.

One phone call later & I was paying less than previous (down to £75) & also managed to halve my o2 phone bill at the same time. U just need to be patient with them.
