    @virginmedia The new box arrived, and the WiFi sorted itself out for now at least. The boosters are still generating the old network also. I’m planning on leaving everything as it is till it goes wrong again, then I’ll call.

    I sent a email to @virginmedia on the 15th January, I was given the following Complaint reference: C-150121161 And promised contact within 28 days, by my counting it’s been 2 months.....

    Not sure if it was just me but, my @primevideouk just went a shit for a few mins. Kept kicking me out the game via my smart tv app so switched to app via @virginmedia box and it was stuttering slightly, like a dodgy stream. Rather annoying. #BURMCI #AmazonPrime #Amazon

    @virginmedia Hello, thank you for your quick reply. If i search via postcode it states there is a broadband issue but if i use my app it just states a tv issue. Have try rebooting twice and issue has stayed.

    @QueenieandBlue @RageDarling @virginmedia Im with virgin media mine goes down with really really bad weather like we are having now. But apart that i carnt complain about the service. Because my sky goes at the same time as virgin does in the bad weather.

    Hi @virginmedia my internet has gone down in my house, it has been like it for about 2 hours now. I have the hub3, baselight is staying green, wifi light is staying green and the internet arrows are flashing green. Help please. Have turned off and on, didn't work.

    @virginmedia I am extremely unhappy broadband been down since 1.15pm. Booked an engineer. This has been cancelled with no explanation. Can’t book another. Service status says it’s fine but many others online in CT10 says there is an area issue. First person on phone hung up.

    @virginmedia Hello again. Your WiFi is playing up again. Same problem as before, intermittent signal regardless of where in the house. Booster most likely needed. The ‘contact us’ option of your WiFi-tester app is also not working.

    @virginmedia We spoke to the engineer today who was attending and he said he was only notified of the issue this morning - that clearly shows it wasn’t an upgrade as he admitted there was an issue, and secondly that’s 36hrs after an issue has been noticed!

    @MartinSLewis @thismorning My mum gets calls everyday from Visa/virgin media/Barclays/BT/Microsoft/ Apple support. This isn’t a cryptocurrency problem whether you like Bitcoin etc or not. It’s a general problem that needs much better regulation (especially by the phone companies)
