bob mitchell (@bobmitchell82) reported from Margate, England@virginmedia I checked on the app and it says my account has finished . If only the customer service were as helpful as your Twitter team

-
Sheradon Dublin (@sheradondublin) reported from Margate, EnglandMorning @virginmedia, I’m starting to become a little fed up with your current business model. You take my money, but supply a less than reliable WiFi service. Will it take a cancelled direct debit to get your attention? Please fix. 😡
-
Daniel Burke (@D4nBu7ke) reported from Broadstairs and St. Peters, EnglandI sent a email to @virginmedia on the 15th January, I was given the following Complaint reference: C-150121161 And promised contact within 28 days, by my counting it’s been 2 months.....

I had an engineer booked tomorrow and VM cancelled that and now can’t send one until Monday? Awful service.
-
Sheradon Dublin (@sheradondublin) reported from Margate, England@virginmedia The new box arrived, and the WiFi sorted itself out for now at least. The boosters are still generating the old network also. I’m planning on leaving everything as it is till it goes wrong again, then I’ll call.
-
Heaven And Hell (@heavenndhell666) reported from Broadstairs and St. Peters, England@virginmedia Seems every night I lose my tv, on my router I have a flashing red telephone. Sick of paying for tv and not having it, not even got an aerial so when your service goes off I’m left with nothing

Grant Saffery (@grant_saffery) reported from Margate, England1st day with @virginmedia & **** all is working. Spent the rest of evening on phone trying to sort. Appalling service
-
Cary Wright (@CaryAWright) reported from Margate, England@virginmedia not had internet, for 24 hours. I spoke to customer services at 18:00 who “guaranteed it would be fixed by 21:25” I checked this 3 times as, at that point, I could arrange alternatives to finish work for Xmas. Now I can’t and still have no internet. Appalling!
