Virgin media, tried all day to call and the line is constantly not available, terrible service , make a complaint on line and they say it will take up to 28 days to respond , who gets away with treating customers like that , unbelievable

@2wheels2dex @virginmedia No, as in the internet cuts off a lot. The reason I think it’s a MacBook problem is I’ve sat with both a laptop and a MacBook on zoom simultaneously, one has cut out repeatedly whilst the other’s been fine. Every MacBook (three) in the house has had the same problem.

Very unimpressed with @virginmedia #virginmedia , no surprise there it would appear. Sales pick up after one ring but when transferred to customer service currently on hold for 30 mins and counting. Each of those minutes brings me closer to wanting to cancel my subscription.

Anyone else having WiFi issues with @virginmedia done everything they suggest online and now been on hold for 20mins. Two days without wifi is far from ideal. Lucky it’s the weekend and I just want to watch Bridgerton and not trying to do more important things.

@virginmedia That doesn’t really resolve the issue as its seems to be a VM issue. As the broadband speed frequently drops & disconnects randomly. It’s not something the forums can help with it. The frustration is that the phone line won’t go through to an actual person to look into it.

@virginmedia The problem is an outage somewhere,We have over 250 people on our estate waiting for the problem to be fixed.I very much appreciate the magnitude of the problem but find it unacceptable for the service to be off for over 28 hours and still off as we type.

@virginmedia very disappointing, required 1of your engineer to come fix a very slow internet, ended replacing modem, now have an even slower internet speed (currently 6Mbps from 200Mb m/package). Still have not fixed the issue of Ethernet not connecting to the modem as well.

@virginmedia I work with the cable and even that has no connection. We have tried to reboot the router a number of times but nothing changes. This is an issue affecting the whole area, so surely rebooting is not the answer here!

@virginmedia Hey, Thanks for getting back to me faster than the time I spent 10 hrs on live chat. So I’ll just keep checking that (to find that there is no problem) and constantly have to reboot my router, and you just keep providing 1* advice and a router that’s as stable as the environment.
