Fibre with @virginmedia is so slow I can’t even stream 720p without serious buffering. What is your network built on? Homing pigeons? At least that would explain the hordes around Trafalgar Square preparing to transmit Instagram selfies from basic tourists.

@virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

@virginmedia It seems to happen whenever there’s bad weather. I wouldn’t have thought weather could affect tv / WiFi services, unless it’s just a coincidence.

@virginmedia I was given a discount in March this year, what I didn’t know was that meant a new contract, that part was definitely not clear. Plus as I said my landline that you charge for has never worked. I will be making an Ofcom complaint

@virginmedia I didn't pay for just the main event, I paid to watch the under card fights also which were unwatchable, plus I don't want to watch a repeat when I would know the outcome of the fights from the previous night. Think a partial refund is necessary for all the trouble it caused.

@virginmedia Firstly it wasnt short term, the issue affected most of the fights on the under card. I paid £26 to watch them all, not just the main event. The standard definition was unaffected, which means absolutely nothing to me. I paid for HD, I expect HD. 1/2

@virginmedia We first text that number last weekend, and then again this week. And 24 hours it said we could get a call within 24 hours. I'm at a total loss on what to do to actually get any decent broadband, other than cancel with @virginmedia and go with someone who might pick up the phone!

@virginmedia No, this is a stock response you have sent everyone which is not good enough . Many people paid 26 quid for the whole programme not just one fight. I want a refund, and so does everyone else who had to put up with crap service for most of the programme.

@virginmedia Pixilated on all the undercard fights and full blank screen with vigin error message at least 4 times and I'm pretty sure the 26 pound was to cover the whole ppv event not just the main event .poor service and a poor response from virgin
