    @virginmedia The fee is to change my husbands name (which actually has wrong initials) to mine as I have always paid for it and dealt with it. You also want to close down account and start another with new direct debits!!

    @virginmedia It seems ok the last few times I have checked it, but the whole point of this is that several months have passed with poor service poor management and me getting not the service I am paying for. Only time you want to telephone is when you want more money

    @virginmedia We have tried diagnostics and it told us there was an issue. The broadband was working fine last week, nothing has changed. The router has not been moved or altered in any way. Either issue with the line or the router is faulty.

    @virginmedia It was from broadband team the gentleman name was Robert. He was not listening to anything I had to say he was beginning to annoy me so I had to put the phone down before I said something I would regret

    @virginmedia out the number that we had been calling from the start and so after all that we were back to square 1 explained our issue once again for the third time. the new woman who answered was very blunt but she did move our delivery date to an earlier time which is all we wanted

    @virginmedia twice. without us knowing he made us another account with virgin for the WRONG address which has now caused them to have their wifi cancelled due to his mistake! he then told us to call a specific number to get through to someone who will in fact help us but he ended up reading-

    @virginmedia Yes and my hardwired connection was terrible as well paying for 350mb was only receiving between 40 and 70 MB on download. The Wi-Fi I resolve with my £400 mesh system

    @virginmedia I telephone back in June to report an issue only to be fobbed off by one of your call representatives. Then I telephoned again in August because my issue had got worse to be promised a manager will call me back on several occasions no one did.

    @virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

    @virginmedia there seems to be an issue with running Microsoft Teams. Was fine until last week now I can receive calls but cannot make them or message on the app. Shows "as no internet. Reconnect to keep the conversation going" at top of screen. Any others with same issue?
