@joelycett Used the text chat service of @virginmedia once. Response after 3 days waiting was to call their helpline. Only got through on the 4th attempt on the helpline, after first 3 attempts disconnected after an hour on hold. 😁😅

@virginmedia I've had enough of this shite. Internet keeps switching itself off all the time. This is a disaster and NOT worth the £60 you are charging me for it. Sort it out or I am leaving. Your customer service is a joke, not even contacted me directly with an apology!!!

@virginmedia No again it's only when test is complete it tells you there a problem! When we call they say there is a problem but the service status for the area isn't updated with the problem or estimate fix time! The cust services have no idea what I'm talking about! Scripted calls!

@_ran1gers_ @BazBowsk1 @virginmedia YouTube to rename one of the two signals the box sends out. I found this helped. then I got a another router and put hub 3 into modem mode and now it works as it should. The hub 3 is a terrible box.

@virginmedia The up load speed keeps dropping out to zero resulting in loss of connection! Think engineers call that surging! We have had the same issue at our property before but according to your engineers was only us and they couldn't find fault!

@chateauxwindy @LadyCatHT @SkyHelpTeam @Ofcom I now pay for a landline with @virginmedia because it would be more expensive to have broadband only 🤔 I have never used the landline, there is no phone plugged into it, no idea even what my number is.

@virginmedia Want 2 explain why our internet and tv goes down for a change instead of the usual "known issue crap" . If it's maintenance why not just tell the folk that pay your wages the real issue for not bein able to watch the shows they want browse the Web or even work.

@virginmedia Yes, I’ve already had the copy and paste from your SMS team. My monthly bill has increased by nearly £20 (52.5%) in the last decade while my service hasn’t changed a bit. Meanwhile I can switch to BT and receive more than double the bandwidth for a lower monthly cost.

@virginmedia I won’t bother because you as a company make it such a task to complain and the time and effort it would take wouldn’t be worth it for a £20 refund. I raised a complaint December 8th and had to wait 30 days and several calls totalling to over 3 hours to get it resolved.
