    @virginmedia The point is the contract sent out on 15th Aug wasn't what was agreed when challenged I got put on the virgin no customer service merry-go-round which due to our personal circumstances i had to give up u are an absolute rotten company ur service agent admitted this was appalling

    What's going on with @virginmedia broadband just now? Just managed to find out on 150 that they seem to be doing (emergency?) maintenance of some sort. Is this how they justify "returning to the office"?! 🤪

    @GSpellchecker @virginmedia They are rarely competent, not as bad as Vodafone but no one is. Broadband speed wise though no one is close so no interest in cancelling.

    @virginmedia Hi, it's been like this since last Thursday. Our Tivo box is constantly flashing and apps don't work as we have no Internet probably. Internet not worked since then. Its a real issue as we need Internet to work.

    @virginmedia Absolute shambles of a company with absolute zero customer care. Phone up and agree a contract only to get something totally different phone to complain they tell you the phones getting cut off, the goalposts get moved continuously, communication atrocious. AVOID!!!

    @virginmedia OK. That's fine . Every time I service check my broadband it tells me there's a fault in my area and its being investigated and to come back in 24 hours and it will be looked into but when I do this it just gives the same response . Its very confusing. And not very helpful at.

    @virginmedia you are not very good at keeping your side of the contract but you expect regular FULL payment for INCOMPLETE SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT. Your customer service need more training on how to complete work orders and deliver the proper equipment.

    @virginmedia Yes, we got our package reduced.. And was quoted a price for basic TV, phone line and WiFi.. We received an email confirming this but upon receiving this our TV services was disconnected. On the email it stated that no TV service was included, upon calling up.. We were told this

    @virginmedia Cannot be rectified as the services have been disconnected. I spoke with someone on Friday that said services would be reinstated within 4 hours. After 6 hours, we received nothing. Called back and basically said that call never happened and have no log of the call.

    @virginmedia For the past 5 days I've had limited Tivo use and no access to apos at all in Ml15hd also no Internet 90%of the time. Virgins site says they're working in my area to fix this by 20th October. So will I get a reduction on bill for a week of no service.

    @virginmedia Thanks. I'll try that. When I do a status check it flags Tivo right away but shows no issues with broadband or phone when I then run a broadband check it says there's an intermittent fault in my area. !

    Get a call from @virginmedia at 8pm THE DAY BEFORE I'm due to get it installed to say there's an issue outside and installation has been rescheduled for November 10th, a whole ******* month later! Fuming mate.

    @virginmedia it says the following Your membership will be cancelled at the end of your current billing period. So it will cancel on the 11th November that is when it was supose to go to from your payment method to my Paypal account for payment

    Just back online after internet went down 11.5 hours into my 7.5 hour shift. Rebooting the router for the third time this week eventually fixed it. Cheers @virginmedia - wasn't keen on actually finishing for the day, anyway.

    @angelinebadams @virginmedia My internet went off last night, so I stopped with netflix and went to stuff on my hard drive, but then couldn't download subtitles :P Virgin is the worst ISP since TalkTalk. Hope you get your line sorted soon.
