Can’t get through to customer service as waiting times are over an hour. Any hints? It’s been a year of lockdown so not buying that excuse.

Call centre cut us off. Engineer gave us his number but couldn’t fix. No signal apart from part of downstairs and room above room where router is. Shocking!
