    @virginmedia Potential cancellation. My mother was present at the time of the call, and I wanted to discuss options, whether to downgrade/cancel. But contact centre were so unhelpful.

    @virginmedia Fortunately, though unable to resolve the problem, the 4th person I spoke to didn’t feel the need to hang up on me or lie and has arranged an engineer visit for next week. All this after listening to the same hold music for a combined total of 83 minutes (3/3) 👍🏼

    @virginmedia Not surprisingly told that I couldn't be transferred to a manager then told they'd transfer me to collections, incompetence of the highest order, shameful customer service, another hour and a half wasted! 😡

    @SupportPDC **** them then mate! Having a similar problem with @virginmedia - given them ample opportunities to sort an issue, no joy. Just cancelling the direct debit instead, that’ll instigate them to contact me!

    @virginmedia After my repeated calls and issues I won’t believe it unless I see it. I haven’t directly spoken to a manager but last time it was apparently approved by a manager and out through while I was on the line. I won’t make anymore calls about this as it’s pointless. I’ll DM my details

    @virginmedia Just been on web chat for 45 mins then phone call for 25 mins to someone who doesn't understand or doesn't want to understand, waiting on hold again, disgraceful customer service.

    @virginmedia Let me explain ...for the umpteenth time...I don't want to cancel... cancelling may incur a fee....my contract has come to an end and I do not want to renew it...this is completely different from me cancelling. But regardless...your customer service will not help me

    @virginmedia When it works the wifi is ok. The box doesn’t pause/ rewind or store anything. been dealing with customer service on WhatsApp all day for over 8 hours I’ve never had a worse customer service experience in my life than today. I’ve been a customer for years but they don’t care

    @virginmedia The WiFi completely goes down regularly. And the tv is literally a waste of money as the box hasn’t worked for months. I was offered a free upgrade today then told it wasn’t actually free then have been passed to about 4 different people and 8 hours in have gotten nowhere

    Hey @virginmedia my mum’s phone line isn’t working. She is vulnerable and has a 24hr Careline attached to the phone. I have now been “talking” to bots for over 2 hrs without getting anywhere. In what world is this good customer service?

    @VirginMediaCorp by insisting I give my phone number when check if I can get your service at home, you have lost a potential customer. I don't want you calling me over and over again, I just want to be able to make an informed choice, that choice is now Virgin Media free!

    @harrisharrison @virginmedia Two years before they fix ours mate replace old router with old router, make sure they give you the newest hub (&brand new) cos they dish out second hand crap over and over .
